Quiet, easy to get to (2 metro lines nearby, one of which is line 4 to Gare du Nord and the station is minutes away), comfortable and friendly staff. You can also buy breakfast for 7.50€ (2 pastries, 1 coffee, 1 juice) if you didn’t include it in your booking and need it last minute. I was also lucky to have a room with a view of Sacré coeur, that was a nice surprise. The staff is really friendly. There are reviews that say the area is not safe and I don’t agree. I’m a woman in my 30s and was travelling alone and I didn’t feel unsafe at all. Yes there are groups of men hanging around nearby cafés or on the street but they mind their own business and that’s mostly during the day, evenings were very quiet.

Great hotel option for us for a stay for the Olympics and very good value for money. Breakfast was good, everything was clean and tidy, the staff were great and the location to the metro straight from Gare Du Nord was perfect as well.

I have seen reviews talking about the area being dangerous -- the hotel is located at the end of a metro line but still on the fringes of the touristy area of monmatre -- just like any city, you have to pick where you walk alone at night (i.e. heading south is probably fine, heading north is probably not). I think people that have left reviews saying the street 'feels dodgy' are just not used to cities.

The bed was very comfy. The towels were of good quality and the staff very exceptionally kind and welcoming. The free coffee/tea area on the first floor made our evenings even more cosy. On top of it all, the places felt emotionally warm and tastefully curated with a selection of interesting art books 🤍 P.S. there’s a metro just 2 minutes away.

Nothing very serious. But here are a couple of things that you might want to consider: - The bathroom was kind a cold because of constant ventilation - There were a few drunk people around the neighborhood and it didn’t feel very safe after 10p.m. but my guess is that applies to most areas in Paris. - The breakfast being 15€ per person price isn’t reasonable when you can get adequate food in the nearby boulangeries for much less.

Great location, helpful staff and great value for money

With an upgraded refurbished interior, the room looks inviting and smell fresh. The pillows, mattress, duvet and towels have a very good scent. Room has some soundproofing at European standard. We have a window which is nice to have & does not feel claustrophobic. We didn’t opt for breakfast but there are few choices around the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is very local and the hotel location is off the Main Street which is quiet. At night is where some refugees are out in the main road but I don’t find them threatening while my male partner feels the opposite. There are lots of restaurants to try if one doesn’t feel like travelling out too far.

Soundproofing could be better in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience overall. One of the best things about it is the location—super close to the metro, which made getting around the city really easy. There are also plenty of cafes nearby, perfect for grabbing a bite. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also loved that they offer free coffee and tea in both the lobby and the room, and the view of the Sacré-Cœur from my window was absolutely stunning!

On the downside, the bathroom was a bit cold, and I had to ask for a hairdryer since there wasn't one in the room. But overall, these were small inconveniences in what was an otherwise pleasant stay.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had everything we needed. Even though the room was rather small, it had everything we needed and we were very happy. The bed was so comfortable and it was quiet!Very close to two different metro lines and all kinds of restaurants. Only short drive with the metro into the city, montmatre only two stops away. Surroundings seem kind of scary at first (some groups of men standing around) but it was no problem at all and we felt safe. Price was good, would recommend!

Rooms, service, and location (5 min walk from the subway) are all great. Also, the staff is very nice, welcoming and helpful, props to all of them. However, Karim, the receptionist who works only during weekends, and the best guy I’ve met during my stay in Paris, was the one who impressed me most through his kindness and willingness to help. He was my partner in “preparing” the birthday cake for my wife. All things considered, I certainly recommend Dalila. Thank you, once again!

'We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious and even had a sofa bed, which was a nice bonus. The shower room was large enough for two people, making it feel luxurious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff were exceptional—especially the cleaner, who was incredibly respectful and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy. I loved this hotel -- the staff, the building, my room, the bed, everything. It is a hôtel de charme (with an elevator and 24 hour reception). I arrived at midnight after a long train ride and was happy to see how close the hotel is to the Porte de Clignancourt metro stop (but not too close). This quartier of the 18th arrondissement has a wonderful mix of cultures which was fun to live in for this short stay. Special thanks to Yolande at the front desk.
