Perfect location in Montmatre very close to Sacré Coer and Moulin Rouge and easy to get to other attractions via nearby subway. Local bakery recommended for their croissants and lunch baguettes. There is a large selection of bistros and cafes within walking distance. We found all the reception staff friendly and helpful - especially Anna who went out of her way to arrange transport to the station for us as the hotel shuttle was fully booked.

The walls are paper thin and can hear other guests in their rooms but we are told that some work is going to commence soon to soundproof it.

Nice hotel perfectly located with a beautiful view from the window. Very nice staff at the 24 hour reception.

There are slits in the headband of the bedspread filled with very large clots of dust right next to the head. Everything else is very clean, then this point was very stressful. Dear hotel owners, please take notice of this place on the head of the bed and clean it thoroughly. We found a bug in this dust hole. Also will be good to have in a room a fridge and a pair of disposable slippers.

The reception team (24/7 service) was friendly and helpful - fairly knowledgeable about the local area and public transport. Our room was clean (as was the rest of the hotel) and the shower was perfect, although a bit cramped for the larger person.

If you don't know about the local public transport or can't afford a taxi l'hôtel de Flore is slightly awkward to get to: from Gare du Nord, board the metro (4) toward Porte de Clignancourt, change at Marcadet Poissonniers for the other metro (12) toward Marie d'Aubervilliers, alight at Lamarck Caulaincourt - the hotel is down the hill on the right side of the road.

It was clean and very close to the Métro. Restaurants and other sights was close or easy to get to from the metro. I recommend you buy a metro ticket your first day, for 5 zones. And a map. Breakfast was lovely and the staff helpful and kind. It was nice to get back from sightseeing and the room was clean and the bed was made

Good location, polite and helpful staff, best value for money in Montmartre!) The nice lady at reception and the guy who had amazing British English made our journey excellent.

It’s a great location right next to the metro and very close to Montmartre village. The room was extremely clean and they cleaned it everyday. I loved the Parisian view of the houses outside and the staff was very friendly. We also ask for an ironing board and they gave as one. Especially Nada the girl at the reception was very sweet, polite and helpful with instructions on how to get to places. She made the experience very pleasant. Nearly forgot to add that it had a full length mirror which is very important for as girlies on holidays.

The room was a bit small for all of our luggage but we made it work. So overall great stay

We loved this hotel. We were staying in an apartment when we discovered at 12 am a live mouse. After trying to deal with it we called it quits and tried going to any hotel. This was the only one who answered at 4 am. It was like a blessing. The reception staff is soooo helpful and understanding. The rooms are actually great: really comfortable bed, nice shower gel and shampoo, towels that get changed everyday and just the perfect clean room. The area is amazing and actually quiet at night, the metro being only 5 minutes away. We really loved the fact that we could leave our bags after check-out until our flight. The breakfast is not that versatile but for 13.5 euros and if you don't have time to eat out it's perfect. For us it was a lifesaver. We would definitely recommend it.

The only issue i would say is the lack of a fridge in the room but we didn't mind that.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was fantastic. Just on the fringe of the touristy part of town and super close to the subway. There are great cafes, boulangeries and restaurants nearby that feel a little more local which we enjoyed. The steps up to beautiful Montmartre are just a few metres away. We enjoyed the history and vibe of Montmartre and also returning to the quieter area of Hotel de Flore. As a family of five, we needed two rooms and the triple room was really large and comfortable. We loved that this hotel was in an old Parisian building and each room had the traditional French balcony. Great bathrooms, comfortable beds, and air-conditioning. There is also a lift of stairs are not your thing. The concierge was really lovely and helpful and happily stored our bags for the day after checkout as we had a late flight. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

The staff went above and beyond! Getting us an earlier check in was great. We arrived on an early flight and got to the hotel around 10. They let us have breakfast and stored our luggage. After enjoying Montmartre they called and we checked in around 1pm. Gave us time for a nap before we headed out again. They also helped us out when our Uber failed to show up in time to get us to a dinner cruise. So very grateful to them.

The toilet seat kept getting wobbly. We told them and while they did a rough fix they didn’t fix the screw that was the problem. Also both mattress and pillows were too hard for our taste.
