We stayed in a room with a mezzanine, a double bed and two single beds on the mezzanine. The room was lovely with large windows that we could open to cool and ventilate the room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was ok with hot water. The elevator, although old, worked well. The building is old and clearly needs renovation, but it is comfortable and clean and very well located. We did most of our sightseeing on foot. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel and many restaurants nearby, and it is also close to the train station on foot. The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, which made things much easier, and the staff are all very kind and attentive. The breakfast is great, including the hot chocolate and croissants. The only observation I need to make is about the lighting in the room, only a lamp, there is no central lighting, which makes the room very dark! And the linings of the single beds on the mezzanine smelled of dust.

I liked the room as it was as exactly on the advert and it was clean. I liked that the staff was friendly , and that I had a lovely breakfast option as well. Some of the lights in the room were not working but plenty did so was not a problem for me. Also I spent only one night so really just needed a shower , sleep, breakfast. The stairs on the corridor leading to 5th floor were not clean but that was just the staircase could do with some carpet cleaning and hoovering but the room was really really clean and neat so did not mind the corridors really but would boost the first impression . The wifi did not reach to my room my phone could not find it but again not a big deal for me as all I needed is a good night sleep , a clean and neat room a comfee bed , nice breakfast and lovely staff and I got all that so that is all what matters to me.

Location was good, a 10-15 minute walk from Gare du Nord, and close to other metro station, restaurants and shops. Nice hot shower too.

I had a small room. Bathroom had obvious repairs by 'dodgy brothers'. The shower head holder positioned the head in such a way that the waterstream would almost go over the top of Shower curtain. Maybe it is supposed to be a hand-held shower, which is not handy if you're trying to wash.

Nice, old-fashioned hotel in a typical Parisian building. Staff were friendly and on call 24/7, which made me feel safer as a female traveller with small child. Really liked the location too, on a busy street with lots going on in the nearby area.

Nothing it was great

My room was very clean and large enough for 1 person. The bathroom was clean and practical. Hot water, bathtub/shower...all what is needed. It was very silent during the night. The included breakfast was much better than expected. Choice of breads, croissants, pains au chocolat, cheeses, jams,.... And a very good coffeemaker with plenty of choices. Wifi works well but the password is a challenger :) Plenty of convenience stores and nice restaurants in the direct vicinity. And last but not least, the reception ladies are wonderful!

Check out is early at 11 and check was strict at 14:00. The entrance looks rather low profile but I think that this hotel is anyway underrated by the feedbacks. It deserves a better rating. Just try to find a hotelroom below 100 euro in the center of Paris at walking distance from the Gard du Nord.

The staff was wonderfully nice, patient and welcoming. Breakfast was a buffet and was also nice, both in sweet and savory version.

Bedrooms were a bit little but comfortable for a couple; they were a bit outdated

The location is great, they serve the best breakfast buffet and the Staff is very nice.

The place could be more put together. The rooms could be cleaner in the sense that the repaired edges are not covered, it gives very shady look.Also start providing guests with temp footwear it ll be great gesture.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing and the staff were really helpful. Location of the hotel is great, everything is within walkable distance, and metro stations are near. Amazing value for money.

The location is great! The room was clean, comfortable, good shower, and the breakfast was very good! The staff was also really helpful and it’s very cool that the reception is open 24/7.

Really happy with this hotel, perfect location, clean quiet room, great breakfast, lovely staff. We had a good rest after the long days in Paris, couldn't ask for more, really! Thank you!!!
