The room was fantastic with lots of space. The Japanese bathroom was outstanding with a very restful bath to soak in for an hour or so with an apero. The madeleines presented were a lovely touch. The bedroom was very clique with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was extremely delicious with a wide variety of choices. On the whole the staff were very helpful and eager to please.

The check in was slightly confusing and I was a bit disappointed that the bath was not run before I came as I specifically requested it by email. It was slightly disappointing that different types of bath soaks were not available at the hotel as advertised in YouTube videos. Some of the command of English of some staff members was not I would expect at a 5 star rated hotel.

This hotel has it all - quiet, good service, comfy, big rooms for Paris and stylish. Best hotel I have stayed at in Paris. We were 6 friends but I feel it could work for family and romantic stays.

The area is not as 'cute' as other parts but close to shopping and centrally located for a Marais and Montmartre. The spa was closed when we were there which was also disappointing.

I wish they served dinner… especially when I got into town on a Sunday, many restaurants were closed. Would have been nice to have an option in house! But overall great property!!

Very clean and well maintained. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The location is very central and has easy access to metro within couple of minutes walk. The hotels interior is beautifully designed and most rooms are very spacious compared to Paris standards.

This was our second time staying in this hotel and the first time we were there the room we stayed in was very spacious. However the classic room is quite small. But in all honesty, even their smallest room is spacious for Paris standards.

Breakfast was great, and the soaking tub was lovely to use after a long day walking around exploring the city. The staff were attentive and very accommodating.

Construction is happening on the building across the street, which is to no fault of the hotel’s - but the early morning crews and noise were somewhat disruptive.

The staff was caring, quick to respond, accommodating, and professional. The location was great, close to many eateries (a popular destination for locals/tourists to pick up lunch), grocery stores, and transportation like the Metro. Beds were very comfortable.

Feedback on a design issue: The lighting in my bathroom could have been brighter. If I return, I will carry a light-up mirror.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The place was impeccably clean and had a cozy atmosphere. The staff, particularly the lady with black hair at the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully appointed, and the bathroom was truly amazing. The night service was a thoughtful touch, preparing the room for sleep and providing oils that my wife loved.

My only minor concern was the noise from nearby construction, but since we left early each day, it didn't significantly impact our stay. Overall, it was a minor inconvenience beyond the hotel's control.
