Simply put, we would never stay anywhere else in Paris. Our hosts were kind, helpful, informative and made our stay so enjoyable. The entire apartment is beautifully furnished and feels like you are staying in a piece of Parisian history. Everything is a comfortable walking distance away and the great restaurants our hosts recommended were on the doorstep for when we felt too lazy to go further. The breakfast is incredible and you will find it difficult to leave the table and go outside!

Nothing, our weekend was perfect.

It was a wonderful stay . Highlights: A very carefully prepared and delicious breakfast. The baguette is irresistible. Very cozy room – spacious by Paris standards. Very clean. Beautiful interior – you can feel the Parisian flair and influence in everything. It is definitely recommended. Alexis is very helpful, and communication is excellent, also in English.

Everything in the apartment is in an authentic French style which I appreciate it very much! I especially enjoyed the GREAT breakfast displayed delicately on the table! The dining room is well-decorated and furnished while the bedroom is also very nice and comfy. Just remember to close the window tight or it may be a bit noisy at night. The location is ideal and it won’t take long to travel any popular spots by metro. Last but not the least, Alexis is a very kind and considerate house-owner! I’d definitely recommend it to all my friends who travel to Paris!

A fantastic apartment located in the 10th arrondissement in central Paris. Alexis is a perfect host who leaves you alone but is also good at giving tips on what to see and do and booking good restaurants. The breakfast was very good with yogurt, juice. fresh fruit, coffee and pastries.

Comfortable sleep in the room nicely decorated with classical furniture, new bed, and renovated bathroom. Wonderful breakfast with fresh bread, homemade preserved, honey, fruits served in authentic tableware. Personal and friendly trip assistance from the owner was very helpful.

I don't really know where to start! I’m so happy about this stay! This B&B is amazing! I really don’t believe you could find a more welcoming and wonderful place in all of Paris. At our stay me and my wife were the only guests, since it really only has one bedroom for the guests. First of all, our host Alexis is a wonderful man! A genuinely warm and kind man who has a real interest in his guests. If you are interested in French culture and architecture, then Alexis is the man to talk to. We had long talks about French and Parisian culture and history and was able to give us valuable insights that we didn’t know before. The B&B is located in a 200-year-old apartment in the Strasbourg-Saint-Denis-area and just less than a half-hour walk from the central parts, with Louvren, Notre Dame etc. The room (and the whole apartment) is beautiful, comfortable, really clean and well organized. The bathroom is newly renovated and lovely, with a bathtub and a sink from the late 19th century. The area surrounding and the street below are quite busy, but closing the insulated windows makes it extremely quiet, so sleep was not a problem. We slept really well in the comfortable beds. We have to talk about the breakfast! It is a continental breakfast, but nothing you are experiencing on an ordinary hotel in France. Alexis is taking great pride in his breakfast and it shows. The table setting is beautiful, with fresh bread and croissants, fresh pressed orange juice, amazing homemade peach-, cherry- and quince jam, yoghurt and muesli and great tea and coffee. We made the breakfast time a long seating, which always ended with long discussions about Parisian history and culture with Alexis. I should say, Alexis was very polite and sensitive, and he left us alone during breakfast so me and my wife could enjoy the breakfast together. All in all, a truly wonderful place that really gave our stay in Paris an incredible experience, and we definitely will come back!

Alexis was warm and welcoming. Everything was perfectly laid out. His attention to his guests' needs and questions is perfect balance.

There was nothing I didn't like, and when I do go back to Paris, that is where I would stay.

Alexis was an amazing host! He spoiled us at breakfast by incorporating our preferences. He guided us through Paris and always shared great recommendations. The location is just fantastic, quiet street but not far from bars/restaurants and cafes. With multiple metro stops nearby, everything is extremely accessible! We were able to move in and out of the apartment independently. Charming apartment, beautiful and spotless room and made even more special with all the beautiful antiques and art that Alexis has collected.

The hosts were amazing and super helpful. Great breakfast, decoration, bedroom. It was a perfect stay.
