Clean room, nice atmosphere, nice breakfast

I was here with my friend for a concert and visited the hotel again two weeks later, for another concert! The stay was amazing and we were surprised by the quality to price ratio! The hotel is reachable by metro from every place in the city. The staff were the nicest ever and spoke perfect English. They were so welcoming. Ken was super super nice, I wanted to mention him specifically as a great employee. This is now my go to hotel in Paris! Will visit a lot in the future, especially since I go to a lot of concerts.

I liked that it was pet friendly. The location and the room was nice n clean.

The check in time was 15.00 they were not flexible at all. Even when the rooms were ready n many people was with their luggages sitting n sleeping on the couch for hours with small kids. They did not bother n waited till 15.00 on the clock before handing over the key which i thought was very poor service. We come for a holiday and the whole day we spent sorting n waiting for the room where else we could have handed over the luggages and left out to start pur holiday. Same happened the next day when they were changing our room. We spent 3 hours waiting. So very poor service there

Breakfast was so-so. They had the same menu everyday. Eggs were not good and so are the sausages. Cleaning lady was polite but we noticed that everytime she cleaned, our things were shifted around the room. For example, my neck pillow was on the floor, below my friend’s luggage. My charger (which was on my table) was placed on my friend’s night table but the rest of the items on my nightstand were untouched and so we were wondering why that single item was moved. Location is a bit far from the center, around an hour to the Louvre and to the shopping areas. There’s also a bit of walking from the hotel to the nearest train station (though it got more bearable as the days passed).

We could connect to youtube etc.. place was clean .. housekeeping was nice and came to clean our room after a day we arrived..rooms are big enough worth price..

The ladies at the reception were not friendly… they failed to recommend restaurants around …the rooms had no ventilation we had to open windows in the middle of the night as the rooms was stuffed.. and its getting cold.. the location was a bit far from city though there was a metro and bus that helped a bit…they kept getting my status wrong even after correcting them that its not Mr its Miss…

Room was very big and spacious but hated the fact we had 2 bunk beds and adults could not sleep up. Unfortunately, hotel was fully booked so there was no way to change room. The convertible couch saved the day as it comfortably slept 2 so no need for the upper bunk beds. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and Gregory is a whole vibe. Fantastic well equipped gym and transportation is 5 to 7 minutes walk away. Good value for money. Will definitely recommend.

Upper bunk beds too small for adults as they are very close the ceiling. You cant escape bumping your head on the lower side. My 10 years old refused to sleep on it as it was very uncomfortable.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The accommodation was adequate and clean. I liked the bathroom and the spacious living room. The TV, wifi, hair dryer worked. Towels would have been changed daily if requested. They even brought a fan to the room and turned it on. We traveld by metro for half an hour before we reached the city center.

The dining table and the living room in front of the reception could have been cleaned more often. Another chair in the room would have been nice.

Quite conveniently placed, not far from Porte D’Ivry which gives good access to the rest of Paris via line 7. Away from the hustle of Paris, good local restaurants and cafes. Staff were friendly and spoke multiple languages which suited their very diverse guests.

At first it seemed a bit far from the downtown, but on the other hand it's 5 minutes walk from the M7 metro, and in Paris if you reach the metro, the whole city is yours. The hotel itself is above my expectations, in terms of modernity and facilities. The lobby is amazing. Our room was nice, and in Paris standards it was bigger than I expected, and it was made up every day, while we were out in the city, that's a big plus.

The hotel is next to a pretty busy road, so the noise is constant, the windows can't be covered totally, so the external lighting of the building reach inside. The breakfast is boring after 2 days, it's always the same, and if the scrambeled eggs runs out 2 hours before the end of the breakfast slot, they won't make another dose. I missed some fresh vegetables from the choices as well.

Hotel it self was just ok

The location of the hotel is very far away from the city, rooms could be improve with kettle and some coffee and tea. In winter time they should make sure radiators are working properly because it was cold in our room. I didn't like at the reception while checking out my deposit will be refunded after lunch time when housekeeper will check the room. I was not happy about that but receptionist make a call and refunded my deposit back, it needs to be improve as well.
