I loved the staff for their genuinely friendly helpfulness. My room was an apartment style with a full kitchen, and it had a lovely and large terrace which I just adored. That felt so much like home to me with the garden that was along the edge of the terrace... it was a magically peaceful way to start and end my day. I had a nice view of the eiffel tower there as well, which was fun to see lit up in the evening.

While there were many nice touches provided by the staff and as a usual part of the stay, there was one thing that could have been better. The bed was a bit too extra firm for my taste. As a side sleeper I find it doesn't take long to experience a good amount of discomfort or pain in my hips if there is no give to the surface I'm lying on. With that said it was a small price to pay for the wonderful accommodations.

Location is excellent. Both in terms of location in Paris right next to the Trocadero and the Eiffel tower, and also very close to the Metro if this is the preferred option for transport. Property was very clean.

Room was cleaned but not replenished well on a daily basis. For example coffee was not replaced and neither the water on some of the days. Complaint was lodged at reception but coffee was not delivered although this was promised.

1- Staff are very nice and they let’s checkin early without additional charges. 2- clean and good size rooms. 3- the hotel’s area is safe. 4- mini market very close by. 5- around 20 minutes walking distance to Champs and Eiffel Tower is very close.

Sometimes there’s an unpleasant cooking smell in the ground floor and sewage smell in our room. However, it’s not a big of a deal and we didn’t say anything about it.

We selected The Eiffel Tower Suite for its breathtaking Eiffel Tower view, generous living room with a convenient mini kitchenette, and its impressive two-bedroom layout. The master bedroom, albeit simplistic, features a small circular window, while the master bathroom, though functional, is comparatively compact compared to the second guest room. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, yet there were instances when the staff seemed less available when needed. The amenities on offer are of a standard variety, and the housekeeping service, while adequate, could have been more thorough. However, the incredible Eiffel Tower view and the prime location undoubtedly stand out as highlights of our stay.

+Location was fantastic - central but not in chaos. +Close to metro, market and cafes in Trocadero. +Room was spacious and beds were comfy. +Staff was friendly and helpful. -View was not good as expected - only tip of the Eiffel Tower could be seen from the room. -Don’t have high expectations as similar to a ‘5 star’ hotel overall.

The hotels atmosphere, design and location are amazing. The stuff is friendly and very helpful.

Forgot to tell in advance about car parking. So when we arrived there was no parking for my car and I needed to find a parking on the street. Basically, my fault

We wanted to cook our own food in Paris. In this sense, I think we made a very logical choice.

We had a problem. We were given a different room than the one shown on Booking.com. I think it's a problem with booking. There was a balcony-terrace in the photos. The room given to us did not have a balcony-terrace. However, the hotel manager upgraded us to a larger room. We are glad that.

The staff were really friendly & helpful. I wasn't well on one of the days and they did everything to help. The room was so much bigger and better than I'd expected it to be online. The stay altogether was exceptional.

I just wish it cost a little less so I could afford to go more often. But I would definitely stay again nonetheless

Great location, lovely relaxing atmosphere. Communal areas were well furnished and to a high standard. Room was clean and had what you would need for a short stay.

We felt the hotel was understaffed as although they were very attentive, they seemed rushed and mistakes were made that delayed our check in and for a 5 star didn’t deliver the personalised service expected.
