Great location, staffs are warm and friendly. The complimentary filtered water, which come with still or sparking, is excellent.

It would be good if there is complimentary coffee machine in the room. The map shared by staff is a little too small, it will be good if highlighted main shopping and restaurants nearby the hotel.

My spouse and I really enjoyed staying in Le Basile and we are already hoping to return back one day. - The staff is kind and helpful, they welcomed us warmly. - The breakfast was amazing, it was like having a meal at someone's home as well as the price was reasonable. Pastry was delicious. Special thanks to Alexandra who made our breakfast even more cozy. - The room is perfectly equipped with everything one needs: a few pillows to choose, wardrobe with enough space, shelves, a tea station, a make-up mirror with jewellery storage, complimentary water, silent air conditioning, hooks near the door and in the bathroom, enough space in the bathroom for cosmetics, various lightning scenarios, big mirror, a bathrobe and slippers. The surrounding is very silent and we had the room overlooking the inner yard. We could leave the keys at the reception for our comfort every time we leaved. - The location is great, just near the Opera Garnier. There are a few good bistro and places for branch nearby, as well it's reasonable distance from all the main sights.

The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The lobby, lounge and dining area are very nicely decorated and comfortable. The room we had was a decent size for the area and our budget. All in all, a very nice place to stay and on a fairly quiet street, especially for the Opera area. I like this location as it is a short walk to many different Metro lines, with Opera being a major one. An easy walk to the Louvre area. It was a nice balance of not being the the most expensive part of town, but also not having the inconveniences of the cheaper parts of town.

The only "ding" I can think of is the couple steps to negotiate into the lobby and another couple to get into the elevator, so could be a bit awkward with a lot of luggage. I am sure the staff would help if asked, but we did not have much luggage, so we did not ask and it was a non-issue for us.

Gorgeous hotel, fab location, immaculately clean and comfortable. On top of all, staff went above and beyond (especially Natalia!). Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The hotel is more than exceptional. The location is premium, easily accessible by public transportation, very close to Gare du Nord and Gare Saint Lazare. The cleanliness and comfort of the room is impeccable. But the main point of the hotel is the service, the staff treats every guest with the highest possible standard. By far it was the best hotel experience in Paris (in a total of 10 stays in the city, all in different hotels).

The room is a bit small, could bit a little bigger. But it is nothing unusual for Paris and certainly does not diminish all the other very positive points of the hotel.

Very nice and very clean hotel with interesting consept to keep our earth clean ! We stayed in this hotel for a week and feeled ourself like at home. Comfortable bed and pilows, small room, but with enaugth place for everything. Amazing water flow in shower. Good breakfast . Very close to the center , 20-3O minutes to the Luvre , Place de Concord, Opera and other interesting places. Metro station just a few minutes from hotel. And all the staff in hotel was amazing ! We got a lot of usfull and interesting information. Big hug to Pascual - the owner of this lovely place and wonderful manager . DEFINITELY WILL STAY HERE FOR NEXT TIME !

The location was brilliant, so much to see and do in the area. The hotel is beautiful, we stayed in the wheelchair accessible PRM room as an ambulatory wheelchair user and it was perfect. Really spacious, enough room for my wheelchair, plugs next to the door to charge, very clever. Fully accessible bathroom and the shower was brilliant. It was spotlessly cleaned and everyday it was cleaned again. Really lovely bedding. The bed height was perfect, beyond impressed, exceeded expectations. The room is located right opposite the lobby in the entrance of the hotel, with a curtain to block the noise from the lobby but it was very minimal noise anyway. Perfectly located and very well thought out. Accessible wardrobe handle, low down fridge and safe too!

Nothing, it was perfect for us and we really hope to visit again in the future. If you have specific access needs I would contact the hotel before as they are extremely accommodating!

Location; it’s close to almost everything; many attractions are reachable by foot

The breakfast was kind of weird. Upon arrival we got the papers with list of food they offer. We had to pick in advance ( a day before) what would we eat. They offered only three kind of ham and none of them was neighter chicken, nor turkey. The breakfast itself was not bad. It just was strange picking up the food the day before.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Le Basile in Paris! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the Opera Garnier, and with metro stations nearby, getting around Paris was a breeze. The rooms were very nice, cleaned every day to the highest standards, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, ensuring a restful night after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also offers 24/7 front desk service, which was very convenient. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The combination of excellent service, cleanliness, and the unbeatable location made it an unforgettable experience.
