We liked mainly the welcoming staff, the location and the facilities of the hotel. The hotel is located 2 minutes walking distance from the metro and the bus station, even uber drivers were reaching us within 2 to 3 minutes waiting time! We enjoyed the quiet room we had and the spacious beds for a family :) Oh and don't forget to hang the cleaning sign on the door otherwise you will not have room service :D

What I think that should be improved is the cleanliness. We had to move the sofa bed for my child to stick it to our bed for safety and when we moved it, we found plastic wraps and food crumbs (pop corn ..) under it! For the price we paid I expected a bit more cleaning!

Rooms were newly redecorated so clean and fresh. staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was having some work done so breakfast was served in rooms (not a problem) but it wasn’t the best. No general area to sit.

The Hotel was a Nice surprise. Its sort of a small boutique Hotel with probably all required facilities. LOCATION: Its in a very convenient location. The metro station and Bus stops are 1-2 min walk. RER station is 2 minutes walk or even less. you walk for 15 seconds and there's the Tour Eiffel! The neighbourhood is safe. There's a nice cafe REGALIA right around the corner to have some French vibes ROOMS: Spacious by European standards. Privilege rooms are a bit expensive but better for families I feel. No complains as they had all amenities. BREAKFAST: The portions are small as its a small hotel but its nice and OK STAFF: Very helpful, polite and courteous. Well done. They have a coffee machine which is free 24 hours so have as many Cappuccinos or Hot Chocolates.. :-) I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

The hotel was beautiful, we stayed in the apartment which had its own entrance from the street. The room was fully equipped with everything you would need. The bed and sofa bed were both really comfortable. There was quite a lot of choice for breakfast. Plenty of sockets throughout the room including some useful USB sockets in the bedside lamps for the sofa bed.

There was noise from either the apartment access next door or the hotel corridor which was quite loud at times. We were not told the times of breakfast upon arrival but managed to find these from scanning QR code.

Check in and out, reception called taxi for us which arrived on time. Breakfast was good. Family run Italian restaurant next door is good.

Nearby metro trains caused vibration that could be felt in our 2nd floor room. Room shape made getting to one side of bed very awkward. Plastic sheet under bedsheet caused the bed to be very hot and sweaty.

Location was close to the Eiffel tower and a metro entrance very close. Staff were extremely helpful and offered to bring our bags down when the elevator broke. Breakfast was yummy and place was clean with a cute vibe. Staff spoke good English

Could hear the sirens from the 4th floor and footsteps above. Toilet was a tight fit.

I came back to this hotel this year (last time was 2021) especially for their location, but for my surprise they were fully renovated, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

During the night I was sweating under the blanket because I felt like the heater was too hot

Everything went very well & our stay was most enjoyable. Location was perfect for everything we needed to do and especially convenient being so close to the embarkation port for our Siene River Cruise.

No criticism of any aspect of our stay.

I like the location of the hotel and its easy access to the center of the city. Very short walk to the river. the staff was very willing to advice and help.
