The breakfast was really great and the staff during breakfast service was super nice. Comfortable bed. Very near to the RER station.

I had a problem in the shower drain and it was offered me to change rooms. One of the staff members was extremely rude to me (it was just him, the rest of the members were very nice). The issue was solved afterall, no need to change rooms, but it was a very unpleasent situation. Central A/C in the rooms is a problem depending on the season. It was +30° outside and the A/C was just not enough, making the room temperature high, and it was just not possible to cool down thru the central A/C.

Easy to drive to. Located close to a proper railway station so we were in the center of Paris quickly.

The complement tea bags in the room were never replenished. Mags used not always replaced.

The room size is good for one person and it was clean. Hotel is very quiet as it is far from the city centre so most of the guests are coming for business since the hotel is close to companies.

Location is far from city centre but again, this hotel is recommended for those who are coming to work on the companies close to it

Good, quiet area. Near RER train station, 20-25 minutes from the city. Great staff, politely and helpful. Great mattress, soundproofing, excellent sleep. The room is clean, welcoming, correct.

The child's bed (couch) is not so comfortable. Could be improved. Sometimes, I would have preferred a location that is in the city, to catch your breath through the day, after the long walks for sightseeing.

I liked the fact that the Metro was close the hotel so it was very easy to commute with children. Staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable. I was with a friend so we were put next to each other which was great, it’s a good hotel with great location.

Breakfast needs to be improved. For 3 days we had the exact same things. Lacks variety.

hotel is far from the center of the city (20 minutes walk) and the restaurant is closed during weekends. there was noise during the early hours of the days (4 am), someone knocking or moving furniture

the room was large and had good facilities eg shower coffee making facilities. It was good to catch the train into central Paris. Activities for the children were ok in the lobby.

paying for the underground car park. we did have to set off early on tuesday before 8am to avoid the emmisions charge on our car.
