Position, staff, size of the room and services available

The room was not exactly clean to begin with, and the secondary bed was OK for a single person but a bit uncomfortable for a couple

I've been staying here for the past 5 years, and 2-3 times each year, so I'm quite a loyal customer now! I love Séjours, the location, the rooms, when we arrived on the 15th we were pleasantly surprised to see a lovely valentines message along with a marzipan rose and two chocolates left on the bed. I remember when I checked out on valentines day last year 2024, I was given a marzipan rose then. It's a lovely gesture!

Not much really. The only thing that could improve is the water pressure in the shower as it's not very fast.

It was clean, and staff are very welcoming, atleast the recepcionist that received us. The room is at it is. The room itself is not very spacious but its okay to chairs and small luggages, as well as a built in cabinet. The Washroom is also spacious, very clean. Best stay if you are going to Disneyland and has the intention to watch the night shows. Also, just around the block is a Mall and a big one I may say, good place to buy souvenirs, or hang around.

No airconditioning nor fans, maybe request is needed and the fees I’m not sure, they didn’t suggest nor brought it up during the recepcion.

Good location to walk to Disney Parks in 25mins. Good range of breakfast in a lovely decorated and set out dining area. Well organised breakfast. Pleasant reception staff. Under a hour away from Paris easily reached by metro. Great location near shopping centre for range of shopping for supplies. Rooms are a little worn and tired but overall clean. The fan supplied in our room was dirty so we didn’t use it. Supplied all the basics needed.

Lovely basic room with kitchenette and separate bathroom. Stayed 4 nights while heading to Disneyland Paris. Wifi was great, as well as having modern charging plugs already fitted to wall which helped when we needed our universal charger as well. Easy commute from hotel, walk solid 5 mins to station RER Val d Europe》 Marne la Valley one stop and arrive at Disneyland. Entrance is right at station. The staff were very kind and helpful and even let me do some work online in the adjacent restaurant room after checking out. Next to the Val d Europe shopping centre and supermarkets, whatever you need it is there and 2 min walk from hotel.

A truly awesome budget option near Disney and loads of shopping. I liked how efficient and cozy our room was.

self check-in was more challenging than anticipated. Also the front door was incredibly hard to open from the inside when the desk staff were not present. It made me a little nervous!

Perfect place to visit Disneyland, 50m away from the entrance to Val D’europe, a very big mall place(stores, Auchan, foodcourt-everything u want); 5 mins walk to the train station from were u have only 1 station to Disneyland; french breakfast, the croissants were great; the personelle was great, big apartment.

Only thing missing was the air conditiong, the ventilation wasnt enough, it was a bit to hot.

Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Great location.

Rooms were a little more run down than what I was expecting. The website photos are certinally a little miss leading. Bottles of free water would have been nice in the room. The downstairs vending machine was out of order. I'm not sure why guests need to take their own rubbish down to the bins when there is a cleaning service Room 312B heater/cooling not working Tile floors sticky - need to be cleaned better I was charged €9 to park my hire car in the downstairs car park for 30 minutes. I only needed to load my family and bags. There was no available parking on the street at the time.

Very close to Centre Commercial Val d'Europe, which is a warm indoor passage through to the La Vallee Village. The room is spacious. What's exceeding our expectation is that there's a kitchen including microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils, dish soap, and a sponge.

We came during a cold winter and the room heater did not work, while technicians were only available on certain days. However, the central heating was good enough for us and the blankets were nice.

It was close by to Disneyland, the shopping centre and easy parking. The room was lovely and warm as you can control it. You have coat hooks just as you walk in which is great. The bed was comfortable. The little kitchen had everything you needed. I liked the warmth of the bathroom after a rainy day to dry wet shoes, ready for the next day 😂

The bathroom needed bleaching as mold at the bottom half of the shower. Oh and a couple more coats hangers would be good.
