I liked the free shuttle service to and from the airport. I used it in the morning to catch another flight. I enjoyed the free breakfast. I just needed a clean, inexpensive place to sleep for the night and this place provided that.

I wish the shuttle could have late night pickup- I arrived at midnight and had a hard time finding a taxi.

Even though the hotel is undergoing some renovations, everything was up and running including a hot breakfast bar and guest laundry. Hotel has an airport shuttle and there are more than half dozen restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel room was very small, yet still contained everything I needed. Quiet. Clean. Extra linens. AC.

there was no iron and the sink wasn’t clean there was tooth paste in the sink I told one of the cleaners she said is the paint she wiped it off it was toothpaste other then that very good

Despite the accommodations being pretty basic for the money, I will come back again and again to this hotel because they have a fantastic environmental protocol: all their plates, cups utensils, etc are biodegradable!!!! I was so happy to learn that they had made that choice and hope other businesses in Mexico will follow their example! Also, the breakfast was good!

Breakfast was poor. Coffee not good. Food could have been a lot better. I don’t consider hot dogs as breakfast sausage. Yuck

Clean, lovely property. Easy walk to a grocery store and several restaurants. Across the street from a shopping mall. Easy taxi ride to airport.

My only complaint is that the ad says there is a shuttle to/from the airport, but it is not operational.

Front desk at night and morning were amazing, rooms are so clean and overall all staff was super friendly. Also my hubby was vaping and they were very understanding and helpful I love this place I been here 3 times already ❤️.

Everything was perfect. The hotel has a good location they offer breakfast in the morning and also is delicious the cook was amazing friendly and polite love the salsa.

Clean, tidy room. Comfortable bed and pillows. A/C. Great location near several restaurants.

No English channels on TV or any way to switch languages. With all the US visitors that Tijuana gets, this would be a nice option.

one bottle of shampoo no body lotion no kleenex 1/2 roll of toilet paper old sheets and bedspread but clean very old and bath towels(2) and 1 hand towel. food was not too good and orange juice was diluted.

Very good location, everything seemed clean and the breakfast was good.

The water in the shower took a while to drain.
