Food was great, location out of this world, but the staff at Palladium were beyond exceptional. They went above any expectation to make sure our stay was perfect and memorable. VIP service the whole time foe a reasonable price.

I wish it would have stated construction work was being done on the hotel and pools. We were not able to use a portion of the resort due to it. Bonus for them though, we want to come back to see it when its finshed.

Staff was very polite. Conciergerie is available until late if needed. Swimming pools were really good. Beach with seaweed cleaned regularly. Beach is private and away from vendors. Spa was really good. Gym facility was well equipped, clean and staff very polite. Hotel is enormous so many restaurants and places to visit during your stay. There are shuttles available for transportation to other hotel facilities.

Hotel app doesn't work well so all special dinners needed to be booked through conciergerie. Food quality wasn't good at all in most of the restaurants except in the Japanese Sumptuori restaurant which had teppanyaki culinary show. Seaweed is cleaned only on a portion of the beach located at the Colonial hotel.

Food variety and choice were top class.

All staff members were very friendly, the other pools were great, the rooms were clean and spacious, the bathrooms in the room was amazing, the beaches clean, the drinks good, the property itself was amazing! The TRS side did have better food and liquor.

The big pool was under construction which we did not know about and that was a big reason we were staying there. The food wasn’t the best at the buffets and some of the restaurants. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t amazing either.

The property is very impressive, with lots of options of things to do and places to go. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, even when I had to complain about my room.

My first room was horrible. The mold and mildew smell was just too much. I also found after a couple of nights that might back slider door didn't even shut. I was finally moved into a better room, but all the rooms seem a bit dated. This is very much a personal preference, but the property was a little bit too big. It's very impressive, but it made getting to and from things an actual task that took considerable time. I stayed don't the White Sands side which seemed basically dead, so I was frequently going to the Colonial side. I was only able to experience a small percentage of restaurants, but I would say that the food was good, but not great. Perhaps right where it should be for the price range. I had spent the prior week at a higher-end resort and the delta was pretty noticeable.

Beautiful pools, beach, and lagoon. Lobby bar was fantastic. Cabaret was well worth the money.

The intense pressure to do the 1 hour lunch where they try to sell you everything. Way too pushy. Food was average. Didn’t come clean our room some days. Loooots of walking. Place is huge
