Beautiful hotel, the whole compound and the access you get is very cool. Great restaurants with loads of choices. The staff are great. The property is massive but there is a great shuttle service that connects you to everything. For each villa there is a buttler which looks after you during your stay. We had Paola, Nestor and Alfredo and they were amazing. Made our stay very pleasant. Amazing experience, definitely recommend. It also in a good location to visit some of the beatiful attraction in the region has to offer.

We came in 2019, so this was our second time back! Property was still so beautiful, quiet, serene and perfect for our anniversary week getaway! We stayed in Villa 67 which was a poolside ocean view room and absolutely loved the view and location! We could walk right up to the pool and was also next to Helio’s for lunch! There was tons of wildlife around and that was fun to see. TRS made our stay extra special for anniversary with rose petals on the bed and champagne in the room when we first arrived. They also made two of our dinners in the restaurants special with adding rose petals and writing Happy Anniversary on our dessert plates! We loved those special touches! I went to the spa one day for an 80 minute deep tissue massage and it was absolutely incredible! Do yourself a favor and go! The pool was amazing! We didn’t have an issue finding chairs really no matter what time we got out there and enjoyed drinks from the bar and chilling out in the pool looking at the beautiful ocean! Our favorite restaurants/meals were Capricho for breakfast, and Tentazione for dinner!! Alexi at Tentazione was an incredible waiter, he was very attentive the whole night & made our anniversary dinner so special! It was a fantastic week and we will be back!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, we just remember the food being a little better than what it was particularly at El Gaucho. But, we still enjoyed it. Some of the wait staff in the restaurants had a rough time with making sure drinks were filled and we waited long times for initial service, but it didn’t put a bad taste in our mouth! They could have been new and were trying hard to get it right. It was a fantastic week and we will be back.

The amenities are amazing and the scenery of the property is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and attentive.

Having access to bikes would of been great so we didn’t have to also depend of the staff golf carts to pick you up. Did not like the long wait on food at Capricho restaurant. This was the only restaurant where the food was not the best in my opinion. It was not enough vegan options in all the surrounding restaurant. My significant other has a dairy and egg allergy and it was very little options to pick from. The Italian restaurant was one restaurant we could not visit because dairy was in every item on the menu.

We had a great time at TRS Yucatán. The staff there was wonderful, our butlers Ramon and Maggie made sure that we had a wonderful stay. The Booking butler, Fernanda, also made us feel special during our stay by decorating our dinner tables with rose petals for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved the French restaurant (La Boheme) and the steakhouse (El Gaucho). We decided to upgrade to three days (out of the six we stayed) of premium status and would highly recommend this! It includes the Chic Cabaret show which was amazing, and lots of other perks as well.

Really the only thing we didn’t like was when we ventured away from TRS and onto the other resorts connected. They were fine, it just made it pretty clear that TRS was the nicest one there and it made us want to spend more time at our r

The hotel was incredible and staff fabulous. The butlers in villa70 went above and beyond to help make it a special experience, a huge thank you to all the team in Capricho restaurant (the breakfast and lunch service so special) and I would recommend upgrading to the premium experience, Ivan around the pool really looked after us and it's really worth it for all the added benefits.

It’s a beautiful place, very clean and the staff is absolutely exceptional!

I haven’t done an all inclusive before and it’s probably not my preferred way to travel. The food was okay, but we tend to enjoy more authentic cuisine. And as expected, the drinks are very low quality and watered down, including the “premium” bottles. We also noticed that by the last night our room was not fully cleaned, towels weren’t replaced and water and such wasn’t restocked. Perhaps it was just an oversight, but it seemed that the service dropped off towards the end. The staff remained amazing throughout though!

We just returned from an incredible five-day getaway at the TRS Yucatan hotel. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. Fernanda, through Booking.com, made my birthday celebration truly memorable by arranging special greetings at our restaurant reservations and securing a VIP table for us at the Cabaret. She personalized our vacation to perfection, going above and beyond to ensure it was tailored just for me. Emiliano, our archery instructor, was absolutely fantastic, making the experience incredibly enjoyable. I'm now inspired to continue practicing archery even now that I'm back home. Our butlers, Daniel and Emilio, were incredibly attentive, ensuring our room was always stocked with bottled water and snacks. The surprise birthday banner and cake waiting for me in my room after returning from the pool was the cherry on top of an already amazing experience. For anyone considering a trip to TRS Yucatan, I highly recommend booking through Booking.com and sending Fernanda my regards! I'm already counting down the days until our next visit!

The restaurants were exceptional. The service was exceptional as well, and many of the employees spoke decently fluid English. They always had an answer for my questions. It is a true 5-star in terms of food and service. No lines at the check in, no lines at any restaurant. Never any pushback from any employees. Employees like the driver Frank (James Bond), like the two butlers at Villa 71, and the female butler at Villa 70 were VERY helpful. At the front desk, I can't remember his name, but the dude helped us quite a bit. Jamie was also very accommodating for the front door.

It's far from the airport. The beach isn't the nicest like the Hotel Zone in Cancun. The signs for the paths aren't well labeled, therefore walking would sometimes bring you to the wrong place. However, each building has a butler that can call a car for you. A lot of lizards. If you don't like lizards, this isn't the place for you. They even stole my pool chair at times!

Amazing food with a variety of cuisines, daily seaside breakfast with an amazing sunrise from infinity pool. The hospitality from the all the staff specially our butlers Rogelio and Roberto added to our pleasant stay. The room and the property were super luxurious. There were so many daily activity to experience and places to visit within the resort. Plenty of bali beds at the beautiful TRS beach. Romantic dinner at the beach will be a core memory to us. Easy to find golf carts to take you wherever u want go. Very private and romantic except the infinity pool which is curated for party lovers. Basically we can find everything based on our mood.

To nitpick: The beach at the infinity pool is rocky. But there is a good beach 5 min away. There could be more flowery plants.

The breakfast was good . The location was nice and private. The staff was very nice and payed attention to detail and the guests needs. The diners were very good and the restaurants were beautiful. The grounds and pool area was clean and well kept. Overall a very good experience

The meal our first night at Helios was sub par with not much flavour. The room was adequate but it had a musty smell. The room also had a broken tub and we had issues with the safe and the fridge wasn’t working on arrival. These issues got fixed but for a five star resort a better inspection of the room should be done before the guests enter the room. We went to the Colonial sports bar food and service Terrible and staff overall not friendly.
