The property was immaculate and so beautiful. Love the access to the beach. Enjoyed the room which was so modern and comfortable with a fully stocked fridge. The pools were so enjoyable and we fell asleep on the lounge chairs a few times. The spa was amazing, best massage ever! The restaurants were great to access, there was variety and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Definitely appreciated the all inclusive hotel. The service was great ninety percent of the time, we were catered to from the pool to all other areas of the property! One of the best parts is the all adult property! Would revisit!

The beach had too much seaweed to get into the water and enjoy the ocean. The drinks were weak which I can understand why they do it…unruly guests etc. There was a wedding party and other parties on our fourth day, not the hotels mistake, but it took away from the relaxation that we so much enjoyed! They were loud and unfortunately made the experience less enjoyable. It felt crowded at times! Yes the hotel will try to earn your business in the future with a membership!

Great place for couples, they did a geat job of pampering us on our honeymoon with bottles of champagne, rose petals on the bed, discounted room upgrade....bathtub on every balcony which they provide bath salts and bubble bath! Food was great, drinks weren't super strong but I have yet to be at an all inclusive with strong drinks!! Staff was friendly, facilities were super clean, rooms were spacious, decor was really beautiful. Highly recommend!

1) proximity to airport; took us 1 hr 25 min on the way there but longer (1 hr 45 min) on the way back with traffic. Rented a car which was nice to be on our own time! 2) beach is small (narrow) but we mostly were by the pool anyway

The hotel was very clean and well-kept. Very nice and polite service. We enjoyed the well-equipped gym and fitness classes. The rooms are very pretty and the jacuzzi on balcony was excellent. The beach was clean and beautiful

No buffet for dinner. There are several restaurants to choose, where you need to book a table in advance. In general, we rate the food in the hotel poorly 7/10 - we expect much more. The asian restaurant was the best, but was hard to book a table in the right time. 20min to Playa del Carmen and 1,5h to Cancun no much to do around the hotel.

Could not fault our stay, it was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon! From the minute we arrived to the day we left. It was amazing!

do not get sucked into going to the sales/marketing meeting they talk you into going to during check in, it is pushy and took up a good few hours we won’t get back. waste of time!

Big property, clean rooms, nice beach

Little spaces on the beach, the priority is given to people who are at the swimming pool. Not exactly a calm and quiet place, it’s filled with grownups that just came there to party and get drunk, DJ pumping music super loud from 12-4pm Also they attach hotel worker to you, who writes to you every single day and basically tries to get more money out of you…

UNICO exceeded my expectations and I have already recommend this resort to others. We ate at every restaurant on site and did not have one bad meal. The food and drinks are top tier for an all inclusive resort! The service is also fantastic and aren't overbearing - I also enjoyed that the beach was "private" meaning there were not a lot of people passing by to sell you items. I recommend the swim up pool! It's an absolute MUST and they will even serve you by your own pool.

The property was beautiful and the staff were top-notch. We were constantly checked on to see if we needed drinks refilled or food brought to us, and the concierge program made dinner reservations and any questions really easy to handle.

The food was good, but not great. It was interesting that there was not a buffet options available for lunch or dinner.

Smaller resort, easy to get around and great service

The pools with the white bottoms need to be updated as the bottoms had huge black spots. They are adding another restaurant which will give more variety but overall it was great! It is a quiet spot with a more mature crowd.

Selection of restaurants was great and the food quality was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Great room service 24hrs a day. Good selection of drinks and the pools were spacious and clean. Beach was lovely.

Quiet pool was not quiet, and staff did nothing to ensure all people around the pool were happy. Staff waiting beds around the pools varied in standard. On one day a waiter kept asking us if we needed anything but when ordered nothing was brought. He took water and drinks to other beds but ignored us.

I like the fact that the staff was friendly.

I didn’t like the fact that I send emails prior to my trip letting them know that it will be my honeymoon week and when I get to the front desk upon checking in I even show the reception my marriage certificate but still the room wasn’t decorated…My husband and I was really disappointed.
