The place was beautiful base on Tents, but luxury. Definitely will come back again, love to be surrendering with nature and the beach is gorgeous. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The yoga room needs a little more improvement, it was dirty, but we could use it. For a glamping place is well equipped and organized, they also have a pool, very impress.

The yoga room needs a little more improvement in accessories, equipment, and the floor. other than that, was very useful. The Restaurant hours were limited, so if you stay make sure you have reservations because there are no more restaurants around it. They need to improve more the menu and the hours for their guest. They don't have a bell boy, you have to carry your luggage to your room, so if you travel with more than 2 could be difficult to carry them in the ground, because they have stones.

Nice, clean and large rooms with AC, pool is great, beach is 3 minutes walk, very helpful staff. Trafic is a bit loud sometimes, but they give earplugs. Overall, it is a nice place to go.

The breakfast that was included in the price was poor; only toast, butter, milk, fruits and muesli is available, everything else you need to pay for. The morning staff was often overloaded and they had no clean cups/ cutlery, waiting time for service was long, the toaster was not prepared, run out of juice etc.

The overall area of the hotel was beautiful. The paths were well taken care of and the tents themselves were very cozy. The room was nice size and clean. The facilities were all very clean. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

The extra bed did not have sheets nor cover. We did request additional pillows and a cover and received one. The beach was a bit far from the hotel so I would recommend driving there and parking. In the busy months I assume parking gets full and then that is when walking would be best.

Very cool theme/ambiance here. Fun to walk around the beautiful grounds with chance encounters with the property piggy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The beach was absolutely beautiful. White sand with blue waters, no rocks or seagrass issues.

I wanted to love this place. The ambiance, theme, rooms and all common areas were beautiful. But, not being allowed to walk around with any of your foods or drinks was a little let down. The restaurants at both the hotel and beach club (pretty much one in the same) were incredible expensive and probably the worst food we had in our entire 2 week trip in the Riviera Maya. The grounds are also very close to the highway, and all the tents are very close together. So very noisy the entire time.

A wonderful experience, spacious, clean, luxurious albeit in a tent, lots of unique touches. Pool was clean, breakfast had plenty of choice of hot and cold, my kids are fussy and had different hot and cold each day that they liked. Beach club was great, even had a very well behaved pig on the beach on our last morning which was a definite bonus for my daughters.

Mosquitos which is down to setting vs accommodation, whilst there is a mosquito mesh French windows, it might have been good to have mosquito nets to put over the bed. Restaurant food was only ok the evening we ate there.

Serenity provides a relaxing and cozy environment. Only a 3-5 min walk to the fabulous beach with a lovely beach club.

The food at the hotel restaurant, Mystique, has room for improvement. It was not a big deal for me, as I simply had dinner at the beach club, which takes last call orders until about 17.00/17.30.

We loved the on site restaurant since we got in kind of late and were hungry and the tent/room was awesome. We've glamped before but this room was 3x the size of our last with a nice sized bed area and bathroom. Our friends stayed in the family sized room which is the picture I posted because I couldn't find one of our own which was smaller and only 1 king bed but just as lovely. There is a beach in walking distance that was great to go to with massages and food that you could easily spend the afternoon at swimming and laying out on their lounge chairs.

There was nothing to not like! Unless you don't like nature and lizards... then you probably shouldn't choose to go glamping!

The facilities were clean and cozy, very close to the beach and with the quiet chill atmosphere we were looking for.

The only down side is that the hotel does not provide dinner/restaurant services and we frequently had to take the car to nearby towns to eat at night (5-10 minutes in the highway).

Very nice resort, well manicured and lush feeling. The tents were cozy and comfortable, but with all the amenities of being in a hotel room. While not on the beach, it's less than a 5 minute walk down the road and we felt very safe even walking at night there. Breakfast was nice and varied from day to day.

I found the restaurant a little on the pricey side for dinner. It was also very windy which caused the tent sides to flap - but not much one can do about the weather. Just keep in mind during windy season - they did provide ear plugs which was great.

Beautiful place, great bed! The staff is amazing!! Specially the front desk staff! Breakfast is really good! Maybe the best accomodation I had in Mexico!

The beach club is really not nice! It does not look at all as the pictures in the website! The food was not a great value for the money and they pushed us to pay a very high service fee - what we thought they did not even deserve to get! So great disappointment!! There is a very nice place close by - another beach club that looks amazing with great staff and food! You just need to spend 400 pesos per person but with the prices in Mexico it is super easy to spend this!
