The room we booked had a full equipped kitchen with all utensils, plates, hot plate, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is an easy walk to all restaurants and OXO store. We enjoyed the lobby seating directly outside our room door, where we could sit and read. The owners were nice and helpful.

Although the bed was King size, it is extremely hard and uncomfortable. The wood chairs in the kitchen are heavy and hard; some lightweight woven plastic patio chairs would have been more comfortable. No beach towels, chairs or umbrella provided.

I love everything about this place. The host is great in communication. Very close to the main plaza, restaurants. I recommend to rent a scooter from Dias-Mex to get around the complex. I got everything I need in the kitchen. I definitely will come back. Highly recommended to female solo traveler. I feel safe and comfortable.

A small issue on the bed and I hope the host can fix it for the next guest.

Great accommodation, lots of space, very comfortable beds. The roof terrace space was nice. The pool was nice for the kids. Space very clean and lots of bits in the kitchen available for cooking. Great communication with the host. Good location and only 10 mins walk to the centre.

The small electric hob that was provided gave me a few small electric shocks. I would look to get this replaced.

The location was amazing! So close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was very communicative and detailed, making the process very easy.

The pictures made the pool seem much larger than it is. That was a little disappointing.

Excellent location. Perfect for access to Padi duve centre at Catalonia Riviera Maya resort. It was super comfortable and great for 2 friends sharing. Sonia was very helpful and kind.

A more powerful shower would have been good.

Host gave great detailed instructions on checkin and checkout. Room was clean and location is great. Wifi and tv worked well. A great value would recommend.

Low water pressure.

Hosts provide very clear instructions for check-in & check-out. They are very responsive to inquiries. A/C was a life saver.

The coffee maker doesn't work properly---it took 45 minutes to finish brewing. Also, the water pressure in the shower is very weak--glad I don't have hair ;)

Great communication with hosts. All of my communications recieved a super quick response.

Seems like a little thing, but better dishtowels in the kitchen would have been great. An extra would have been appreciated. Also, one bedside lamp was broken.

The location is excellent! The host is incredibly kind and responsive. It is a great little place for the price.

The bed was really uncomfortable.

Simple and efficient, not great luxury but enough to stay a few days and if you move in Puerto Aventuras or make excursions. Otherwise the room n° is rather a dependency which benefits from a common living room to the other rooms of the villa

It is impossible to cook anything in the kitchenette, you have to plan to eat outside but it's not serious there are plenty of restaurants in Puerto Aventuras
