Almost every part of our stay was beyond our hopes and expectations. The staff is friendly, attentive, more than simply competent they make it their business to be sure we had everything we needed. The food was wonderful and the accommodations helped make our stay very enjoyable.

The only issue we had was repeated to us by other guests as well. The hot water in the shower tends to be less than adequate.

Perfect private location for relaxing in the sun in pure 5 star luxury, everything from the Bach, the pool, the rooms with the most comfortable beds EVER to the most fabulous foods ever eaten anywhere in the world. It wasn’t our first visit and it certainly won’t be our last as didn’t want to come home and can’t wait to go back 😊

The entire staff were amazing

Not really in the resort, but a sister property next door. The staff were ok but not the level of service inside. Their restaurants have long wait times while having many empty tables. Many sometimes means half or more of the place being empty. And they don't take reservations. Bizarre. It's the only reason for a 9 rating rather than a 10.

The entertainment staff were great. The other guests were awesome.

The food sometimes didn't have everything that was listed on the menu. Additionally, the way items were presented changed day to day. For example the yogurt came prepared with granola and honey the first next, the next day we had to prepare it. The temperature of the water in the room was hard to get right. The jacuzzi in the room took forever to fill up. Also our window was missing a screen and was not fully closed so mosquitoes were in our room.

The resort is small and intimate. The staff service is outstanding. Everyone knew our name and bent over backward to take care of us. The room and resort were very clean.

We have no complaints.

The resort was an amazing place for our getaway. Great food, wonderful service and delightful people! We loved the daily volleyball games in the pool and getting to know other travelers!

The amenities were amazing, the selection of food was exceptional. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and on the beach.

Beautiful facility. While it is a bit older, it is well maintained and the grounds are spectacular.

From Breakfast til late night room service the foods offered were varied and Delicious. The servers themselves were charming and all smiles to the guests, went the extra mile to please and committed to guest pleasant stay. The morning wait staff taught me Spanish! The grounds are kept beautiful and felt safe constantly seeing staff on the grounds.

Little more update on brochure information, and a little more signage on the grounds. I got turned around, lol The ground transportation is limited - work with the Lomas limo service for your stay
