If we could give this property 100 rating we would. It was absolutely amazing!! We aren't vegetarian but could become one with the amazing vegetarian offer of PalmAiA! In particular the tacos truck!! But it was also great that they offered non veg alternatives. The location is amazing, the beach is perfect, the facilities are just incredible whilst preserving the natural landscape where they reside! The daily classes where spectacular, we loved each and every single one of them, and the locations in the middle of the jungle or at the beach were just magical. The staff were extremely friendly and always keen to help. And the manager was also so nice and approachable anywhere we met him! Honestly I would 1000% recommend, we left recharged, re-energised and with our tummies happy!

Nothing, everything was perfect

The location and the set up is unquie; even though it is a resort, one has the feeling of remoteness somewhere in the jungle while having exquisite restaurants and bars in terms of design and scenery. The offering of yoga or various meditation classes is great and the food is super healthy / clean (though not always tasty), which we loved.

The resort is supposed to be 5 Stars but the service is not consistently 5 stars - while the receptionists and the buggy drivers are absolutely awesome, the service at some of the restaurants is not where it shiuld be (esp Su Casa is extremely slow and random - eg needed 20min every morning to get water and coffee and get someone to order breakfast - it is a pity as the location is absolutely stunning). The food offering for non-vegan kids could be improved too. A more tangible concierge service should be offered sat 5 stars place. Also the awesome beach bar is underutilized esp in the evening.

Such a beautiful hotel! Facilities are just wonderful, the daily wellness programme offers a wide choice of options including yoga, sound baths, mindfulness classes. Food is fabulous, we are not vegan and there was lots of options to add in protien. Staff are exceptional, so many to mention, but especially Reyes who kept us topped up with drinks at the beach, Kassandra, our Nomadic guide, and the restaurant staff, Luis, Domingo, Juan and Blass! Plus many more! All staff are what really make this hotel, would definitely return if we get the chance.

Lovely, quiet facilities, nice beach with a lot of seating, great (inclusive) classes/activities (yoga, breath work, guided meditation) done in beautiful outdoor spaces. Rooms are big and nice. Be sure to NOT book through the hotel website if you want the best price. The assigned 'guides' (via What'sApp) worked well.

Food is beautifully presented but not particularly flavorful, non-vegan options limited, tacos probably the best. Got a little tiring after a few days. And they really push you into specific restaurants and insist you reserve in advance because staffing seems limited, so not a lot of flexibility. Limited seating around the pool unless you have a swim-in room - most of the seating is around the (loud) kids' pool. I wish there was more information about tipping in advance, be sure to either bring some cash for tips OR remember staffer's names and you can tip them individually or as a group (ie housekeeping) with your credit card as you leave, a great option but you have to ask for it, they should tell you about this WHEN YOU CHECK IN. Ask for the form and use it as you go.

All the food are exceptional in flavors and experimentally, and best of all, they are all healthy food and primarily vegan! For example, I had sea bass 3 days straight but each time I had it, the flavors were different and were all amazing. The papaya bagel was also really fantastic, so creative! I can tell Pamaiia is really putting in a lot of effort in its plant forward dining. The sea and beach are also amazing: beautiful colors and gradient of the sea, so clear, the white sand beach is also very soft and wide. The whole property is super quiet, no loud chatting or party bumping music. Also, no plastic whatsoever on the property. From water bottles to straws, they are all biodegradable materials. I can tell it is really living up to its environmentally friendly mission. Truly a gem nested among the jungle and the sea!

Not much I didn't like. The only small issue is because it's in the jungle, there are some bugs. But they have insect repellent everywhere on the property. (All organic andno harsh chemicals!) The gym is a bit small and can use more machines.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The food and drinks were exceptional – every meal was a culinary delight, and I appreciated the variety of vegan options available. It was so refreshing to see such attention to diverse dietary preferences. Amazing staff. The beach was stunning – beautifully maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing or enjoying a peaceful stroll. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with a well-thought-out design and immaculate upkeep that made our stay even more enjoyable. While everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations, I would not recommend the spa services. I booked a manicure with gel polish, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Spa staff damaged my nails, which was frustrating. However, this is not the hotel’s fault. I left the hotel feeling incredibly satisfied and can’t wait to return. It’s a place I would highly recommend to anyone seeking excellent service, delicious food, and a stunning location!

Everything. Difficult to even give some constructive feedback. The whole complex is beautiful, food variety, quality and healthy/ taste balance is incredible, the staff is over prepared and kind. Beach bar was great, the coffe place. On top, this is a vegan paradise, but perfect if you simply want to eat healthy tasteful food. The concept of architected of life is great, but could include some other activities not so focused on healing e.g. the drawing was wonderful, the yoga too. Maybe some group training could the nice?

Only one very minor thing: the bicycles were not functioning well and even without breaks. For such a perfect place, with luxurious standards this was a minus. To be honest it was better to not even have them there until you relate them.

LOVED our stay. Amazing staff, amazing food, amazing facilities, WONDERFUL beach and jungle, wonderful locations for yoga and pranayama.

Could have had more program - the yoga sessions etc got a bit crowded at times. We chose this place specifically for vegan food, and so it was a bit disappointing so many of the staff talked about eating animals, not being vegan, etc. with us. (But - all the vegan food was AMAZING, all the menus were AMAZING, plate size was perfect, loved all the different restaurants, and all staff were incredibly friendly and provided awesome service).

The property is outstanding, paradise on Earth. Every details starting from accommodation the restaurants the beach the staff and every single activity was extremely pleasant so well organised . The attention to details is immeasurable. This was the most beautiful experience I ever had so far. If you’re looking for a place where to be arrested in peace and supported on every side of your vacation, this is the best place for you .

The food was excellent. Yoga instructors were great.

It would have been nice to have free access to free spa amenities like steam , sauna and hot tub.
