Location was excellent. Maid service and pool service very good . Large apartment well equipped kitchen although an electric kettle would have been nice . Office staff very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Good value for money for the location .

The apartment is a little tired . Apt 104 . The toilet flush didn’t work all the time . The safe and the shower in the master bedroom broke but were quickly fixed . Taps in the kitchen were not fixed to the counter top ( we didn’t report this ). A nice feature is the pool waterfall but this was not working fir the 16 days we stayed . Nice apartment and pool complex but needs a little renovation.

Location was excellent, very close to the centre & just a short walk to the many restaurants overlooking the Dolphin enclosure. Room had a view over the Marina. Good Wi-Fi, I had to do a bit or work while I was there & was able to have Zoom meetings without any problem.

The lift & laundry machines were out of order for the whole 2 weeks that we were there. The balcony saftey railings only come up to the top of your thigh. They are certainly noticably lower that EU saftey regulations. You can't lean on the railngs enjoying the sunset.

Great location and staff were very hospitable. Excellent value for the accommodations. The suite was very large and comfortable, and the pool was basically ours to use during our stay as it is a very quiet building.

AC mostly worked though it was hot enough outside that we had to use it cautiously. Staff did their best to ensure we knew what to look for in the event of a failure and wanted to ensure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable! Hardly much to complain about really as it is out of their control.

My time spent in this resort (Porta Adventura Club) was wonderful. The staff at the Porta Adventura club went above and beyond to help me and my family. Every staff member especially Alfredo, handled every need. Alfredo was professional, understanding, and accommodating. Many of us loved the use the kayaks and paddleboards.

The golf cart rentals I felt were overpriced. They were a separate company located within Porta Adventura.

We had a very comfortable bed, and the place was lovely and clean. It was well furnished with a great pool area. Drinking water was provided in a large container. The kitchen was well equipped although we didn’t use it to cook as we ate out. We enjoyed the good cafe next door for coffee and breakfast.

I would have liked smaller, softer pillows!

I liked how clean the room was. The beds were neatly made, lots of available kitchen supplies, and I could not have asked for better. The room service was great too. I asked for towels and that evening when I came back, I had brand new neatly-folded towels and my trashes had been taken out! Very good place and will be coming back as soon as I can. :)

The condos were very modern and up to date.

The only thing is a bit of a smell coming from the washroom cabinets.. a musty moldy smell when the condo was closed up for a few hours but once we opened the doors the air cleared.

It was comfortable and there were plenty of quality restaurants very close. The people were friendly and welcoming.

There were tiny bugs that infested the quarters. The bugs left me with many bites and I also contracted athletes foot.

We loved just about everything! It was such a great surprise to see we were right next door to the dolphins. The day before we left we found there was another dolphin park just up the road. Alfredo was a huge help and the room attendants were very nice and they made us feel at home. The style of the room was spacious and perfect for our honeymoon. We loved it!

The only thing we didnt is that the units didn't have washer and dryers. We had to walk about 10 min away to get to the laundromat. There was one time we walked there and the washer was broke one time, another time they didn't take us dollars. So sometimes we walked there just to have leave and come back. The exercise did us well 😁

Beautiful grounds, lovely pool and they supplied kayaks which was fun. The location was a bit remote but we used bikes daily or you can rent a golf cart or car. The apartment had all the supplies we needed and was well maintained with a wonderful view from the deck. Staff was friendly, would definitely return!
