The staff at Dreams were incredible! The food was delicious at all the restaurants we tried and the resort itself was perfect. This is a smaller resort which we really enjoyed and it is in a gated community with little shops and restaurants. We were there with 16 people of all ages and they all enjoyed it! The staff were so attentive and helped us with any requests that we had. They went above and beyond to make it extra special for us as we were there celebrating a 60th Birthday. This definitely will be a trip that we won't forget! I would also recommend upgrading to the Preferred Club. There is a separate pool which is not as busy as the main pool and the bar staff are fantastic. You also are able to enjoy breakfast a la cart at the Oceana Restaurant which is outdoors and it is delicious. They also have an exclusive bar and appetizers on the 7th floor which is open early for a light breakfast and snacks at night. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We did also hire the photographer on site for family photos. We had a fun time taking pictures and they turned out amazing.

We would have loved a place to sit and enjoy a drink past 11pm at a lobby bar. There is a nightclub that is open until 1 but not conducive to sit and have a conversation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Dreams! Our room was divine, with a breathtaking view. Every night, housekeeping would come by to clean and change the sheets and towels, which was such a thoughtful touch. Myriam welcomed us so warmly at our Preferred Front Desk, just like Cristian and all the amazing entertainment team members. The service was incredible, they have a huge team dedicated to ensuring comfort and making every moment special!

The only thing we didn’t love was the overall quality of the food and drinks. The buffet wasn’t enjoyable, and, in general, the food didn’t meet our expectations. Not even the Oceana restaurant, which is part of the Preferred experience, truly impressed us. That would be the one thing we’d change about our stay, it would be great if they could incorporate more organic ingredients into their offerings or even more authentic mexican food. However, what we absolutely loved was the exceptional service from Bradley, Teresita, Fernanda, and the rest of the staff- they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout our stay!

The beach is nice, and it’s good to have a little town and the marina to go for a walk. It’s good to have a few restaurants to choose from - Oceana is great (available for lunch and breakfast also when you book the Preffered club upgrade). Actually it’s the only reasonable benefit of the upgrade.

It says it’s all inclusive but it’s a tier system. With a preferred club upgrade that we booked, they make it seem like it’s gonna be so amazing but then you learn that there are other perks outside that you have to pay for additionally. Leaves a weird feeling. It’s quite loud, especially the family pool which is pretty bad. Family pool is where all the day drinkers hang out. For kids it’s so overstimulating… Be prepared that when you ask for something or order something, it will take long and there will be mistakes. But it seems to be an overall Mexican practice.

The property was very small but the staff is amazing . We had a beautiful ocean and pull view, exactly as the photos. Beautiful room was very clean and the staff stays on top of everything making sure you are really comfortable and satisfied with everything. Everyone was pleasant at all times. They greet you everywhere you go with hola! Food was great too. Some days better then others but we really had a great luck with it all. Our service and food was really great. We had room service one evening only around midnight and that was ok but that was expected since is simple fast foods u get at night after partying lol. This resort is the smallest of all of the sister dreams resorts but it’s plenty to do, on beautiful marina and what we loved most is that if u want to go outside of the restore for whatever reason, even to take a walk , it’s located in a whole marina community. Few small marinas when they have swimming with dolphins! It’s really nice and we would definitely visit here again bc the staff was exceptional here! The resort is family oriented but they also have stuff for adults to enjoy, we went to silent party and to the club and it was so much fun. They have live bands and pull fun as well so it’s always something going on and the resort is not very loud and crazy. Just lots of fun. Just book it and enjoy! Try not to compare with other huge resorts please bc this isn’t huge it’s perfect size for 4,5 days trip with excellent service. Fresh juices and foods and all else u want.

Size is the only thing that might be different then other resorts but we loved it so much due to great service.

The main thing I would say about staying here is the service. We had the 'preferred club' room and so made sure to make use of all the perks of that. The room service was great, the private check-in service was very quick and informative with a glass of champaign. The room was also a very good size with large bed. Very comfortable. The swim up was a good size and just over from the main preferred area pool so was nice to have easy access to both. Very helpful staff, always smiling and happy to help. They have a dedicated desk for booking excursions as well so we did that. Not super cheap but most of the ones we did were worth the money. You can also login to the Hyatt app on your phone and view restaurant opening times, menus and loads of other information which is very helpful.

If I had to critique, I would say the World Café breakfast could have been better. Great choice but sometimes felt like it had been sat on the heat for a while. Service still great there though and the Oceana restaurant also serves breakfast that is freshly made to order. Also the on-hotel shops were very pricey. We paid £25 for 3 bags of crisps that were on a 3 for 2 deal? There was no pricing on the shelf and we didn't make note of the amount charged until after. Make sure you're clued up with the conversion rates from the start to avoid this!

beautiful views by ocean, bar great by ocean. loved hydro experience that was included! Asian restaurant great. check in with Dulce great. The Fusion show was AMAZING!!!! The musicians were top notch & show was fantastic!!! The highlight of our stay

Thought it had ocean walking area. Bartenders not very experienced in proper drink making.

Food options limited. While they have multiple restaurants they do not change menu.

Julietta was a dream- she helped us have the trip of our lifetime! She planned an iguana excursion just for my son, got us delicious guacamole, and just made us feel very special overall. The weather was beautiful, the resort staff were friendly and we met so many wonderful people we look forward to staying in touch with!! We couldn't have asked for a better trip. We loved the beachside massage and the size of the resort so we could see friends easily. The dolphins were also an amazing perk!! Preferred was also a great addition to be able to eat at Oceana, have a great view, and the lounge for quick food.

The food could have been better, it was a little too Americanized and bland.

It was very beautifully designed . The food was delicious. The kids loved the swim up bar and all the fun drinks !

It would have been nice to be able to order food and have it brought to you by the pool but other than that we loved it !!!

Location was great. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, a pleasure to be around. The games room for the kids was brilliant.

Although the food was good, after ten days it became very repetitive.
