Staff were very nice, the view from the room was breathtaking, they have easy access to the beach. They have security on the complex which is really good. Breakfast is good. Very clean room.

Price is little high for what you get. The hotel doesn’t have any amenities. There is only one restaurant and service is slow when busy. You have to get there by car otherwise is difficult.

We stayed one week with our 3 and 6 year old boys and we absolutely LOVED everything about this place. Easy to find,the room is huge and clean, the beach is just in front. Snorkeling is heavenly. The pool is clean. Honestly,I don't understand how someone can give a bad review to this place. Staff is also wonderful. Food is great ( I do agree a bit pricey but gosh it's so good!). One of the rare places to chich we definitely will try to come back. You need a car to get around,but the hotel is amazingly well placed between Cancun and Tulum. So many activities around....loved it!

Rather small hotel, which is located on the beach front of a nice calm bay with white sand beach, but rocky entrance to the sea. The hotel is part of a small resort with a guarded entrance. It is a great place for a family relax. Our room was spacious, clean, comfy and with a balcony that had an awesome view of the bay. Breakfast included with the accommodation was great, but it covered just half of the menu. Another plus were the loungers in shade on the beach available for the hotel guests.

The only drawback we recognized is lack of dinning options besides the hotel restaurant.

Our stay was super nice, quite place, nice beach/pool for kids. breakfast was delicious. it is a perfect place if you are looking to a place to relax and tranquility (couples or family with kids). In the evening the restaurant sometimes organize a music event with bands (international or local music). i truly recommend Paamul Hotel

The reception is not 24h, most of the time there is nobody there... no phones in the room to call for support in case of needed. we didnt have any problem... but would be a nice to have. breakfast was delicious as I said, but options included in the package were limited, also only one plate per person. you cannot choose like fruits and eggs without pay extras. beach is in front of hotel. some trash on it (plastic bottles, disposables cups/cutlery/etc), staff could make a better clean of it.

Beautiful peaceful setting. Exactly what we wanted for a quiet, chilled fewdl days. The food was delicious, the staff friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and the views spectacular. I would recommend.

The room comes with a fridge and microwave but no Crockery, cutlery or glasses. We checked in after the office closer at 5 so the security ladies gave us our key but there wasn't a lot of information shared so we had to sort of figure it out for ourselves. Only minor things but easy to sort.

Paamul hotel was just amazing! All the staff was super sweet with us. The room right in the front on the beach was just super. The housekeeping and the reception team was always with a smile and always ready to help us.

The restaurant was very nice. We ate a lot of times there and the food was perfect. Just took always too long the food coming out. So if you are in rush, be careful. Sometimes we waited 40 minutes for the food. Just be prepare to wait.

A true paradise in Paamul! Far from the impersonal feel of large resorts, this boutique hotel offers a tranquil escape with charming cabanas, an excellent restaurant, and a breathtaking beach. Our room was right by the sea, offering the most stunning view I’ve ever had in a hotel. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with a jungle trail for exploration, makes it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!

This is a very good hotel that reminds us why Mexico is famous for its hospitality. Top notch cleanliness, comfort and service. The location is unbelievably beautiful. We loved our stay and hope to return!

This isn’t the hotel, but a wedding venue nearby can be very loud at night—we didn’t expect it to be 5/7 nights we were there. The worst was a Monday night with an overpowering electronic music mix until 1 am. If you can manage this with a sleep noise machine or something, it’s utterly peaceful the rest of the time!

The sea view was AMAZING. The staff is very friendly. Cleaning service is EXCELLENT. Delicious food at restaurant, and the portions are quite reasonable

Inclusive breakfast menu had some limitations, which is not fair as this was not mentioned in descriptions. Lack of wifi in communal areas such as restaurant or swimming pool side

Hotel located on a cozy and very nice beach. A big plus is accommodation in rooms with access directly to the sea. Breakfast very good, served to the table

The restaurant in the hotel could be open longer. After returning from Playa del Carmen at 10 pm there was no possibility to drink even a beer. During breakfast a long wait for the meal to be served to the table.
