The property was spacious but not too big. Well lit at night and the employees were always busy keeping the property clean of seaweed and trash.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that one night the wait for all the restaurants on the Heaven side was over an hour so we had to go to the Marketplace on the Hacienda side and it was just chaos. I wish Farro was open for dinner but I’m sure it doesn’t pay to have it open.

the faro for adult only was amazing. lots of choices. great view. never over crowded, waitresses were exceptional (elisabeth) knew our order by heart by the third day. very nice. we went back every morning and lunch. our room was very spacious, always cleaned well. good dinner options. lots of activities on site. we went here for a wedding and it was beautiful. the bartender in heaven and the bar next to umo were beyond amazing. the girl who bardended at umo made delicious and beautiful drinks. eduardo in heaven was so friendsly and knew drinks by heart. shout out to everyone. amazing staff and good food and drinks. lots of wild moneys between 530-630 between buildings 1-2 in the back

honestly just the beaches. they were well maintained, cleaned every day. lots of beautiful fish to swim with but the beaches were just too small. i know the tides in mexico are strong but more swimming for bigger beach areas would be nicer

It was a great experience and great costumer service.

The spa service was faster than the 60 minutes it supposed to last for my facial and my body massage 60 minutes for each one or at least that’s what the service says ,the other thing was the hot tub in my room it was spitting rust and the water turns yellow when you turn it on. But apart from those small details, the service was great ,the food ,the people etc I would definitely recommend this hotel .

Hotel was nice and cleaned, excellent wifi. Good food and variability in buffee and restaurants. Staff was very firendly and provided a quick service. Enough beach chairs to everyone, no need to go early in the morning, do not miss the spot, like most of the hotels. Hotel had program for every night - live bands, music, shows etc. Good location, very close to Tulum and Playa del Carmen, we used the taxi only. They had nice small swimming areas next to cliff. First we missed the long sand beach to swim in waves but after visiting beach in Cancun we were glad to see different options about the beaches.

We had all inclusive and they had excellent room service 24/7, but they did not serve coctails with alcohol to the room, it was possible to order only food, soft drinks and beer to the room. They said it will be with extra cost, but we did not get the information how much it will be, or which number to use for the order. So, I think we were drinking less coctails as we wished, and instead bought some from local shops to the room. Since hotel is located on quite big area, bars were quite far from our room.

Property is large and well maintained. Several different pools and restaurants off a wide variety depending on what you are looking for

Everything. Was my 4th time staying there and they are always doing renovations. They had 3 new restaurants since my last stay. Excellent service from the staff and the rooms are very luxurious.

The disco was in renovation, but the bar was great.

The food was amazing

There room was a little bit old and seems like wasnt taking care as much as it should be.

I loved the pool atmosphere with the dj. The staff was super friendly and accommodating . The dinner selection was delicious

I didn’t like how the pools close so early. The club was sadly closed. And the night time room service food was not fresh

Pool schedule was too short, wished they let the pool open longer.
