Staff was excellent, especially Anders, who was very professional, helpful, and kind when my husband had to go to emergency and ended up hospitalised, and they've all continued supporting me. You should be very proud!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Scandic & will be recommending it to anyone travelling. We wish there were more Scandic hotels throughout the world so we could stay in them when we travel to other places. We liked the friendly & helpful staff, the breakfast was amazing! Our room was comfortable. Just what we needed.

The way in to the hotel was quite messy - the concrete looked as though there was some building work going on, but it didn't deter us or put us off, the rest of the wonderfulness of staying at the hotel meant that we could easily overlook this part. Also, the elevator was a bit strange & confusing, but we got there in the end & once figured out, it was fine.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic: super complete. The building is not super new, but all equipment was well maintained, and the complete set of amenities were there. And there's still a telephone in the room! Also nice that there are 6 charging stations for electric vehicles. The location is only around 15 mins (by car) to Arlanda airport.

Possible tiny improvements: the curtains could be a little more darkening. The rain shower head had some calcification. And if there was a cover for the peekhole in the door, it's gone now. But these are really just tiny details.

I was touring around with my bike and I got sick. I therefore ended up staying here for three nights. The hotel has everything you could expect from a Scandic, including a very good breakfast with a large choice of food. It also has a sauna which is a nice detail. The staff deserves special mention. They are all very smiling and simply wonderful, which makes the stay even nicer.

The rooms could use bigger windows and a kettle, but that's it.

Breakfast was very good, with good variety. The bed and pillows were unusually very comfortable for a hotel. The bedsheet material must have added to the comfort. There was free parking and many parking spaces. There were also many car chargers. More than ten, I believe. It was also quiet inside the hotel, even though the highway is not far from it.

For the bunk beds, safety railings should be provided by default. One shouldn't need to ask for it. Even though my kids were looking forward to sleeping on a bunk bed, the wouldn't dare to sleep on top since there was no railing to ensure they don't fall. Therefore, I had to sleep on the bunk bed top. I assume they would have some in the storage if one asked. But one should not have to ask. There was a terrible smell in the reception area. The plumbing needs to be checked ASAP. The reception should be welcoming, not repulsive.

Always clean and warm, good music in the lobby and super nice staff.

I suggest that the Cushions and bed mattresses to be changed immediately.

Great hotel, Nice staff and good English! Great games to play for the kids. Love the breakfast and the diner. Parking in front of the hotel and 25 minute drive to Stockholm centrum.

We stayed with our toddler for one night coming from the airport before proceeding into Stockholm. The room was comfortable, the restaurant was great (we recommend the fish and chips), and it had a nice child’s play area in the lobby, with comfortable chairs for parents. There was a trampoline in the back and our daughter had the best time! The breakfast was wonderful, but the highlight was the staff, especially Carina! Thank you for everything!

There was a lot of construction around the property, but that’s no fault of the hotel.

Location next to highway, gas station and shopping mall nearby.Good breakfast.

Old rooms but comfortable family room.

Great breakfast, stylist superior room, friendly and smiling staff. Plenty of parking spots outside of the hotel. 20-min walking distance from the train station.
