The apartment has a separate entrance, which is convenient. The room has all the facilities needed to cook, wash, do laundry. So this option is suitable even for a long stay. Also Norrviken is a quite town with beautiful nature nearby. The train station is about 10 minutes walk, so you can easily reach Stockholm central station in around 20 minutes. Also there is a supermarket ICA near the train station.

Don't know if reception, apart from the sign board, exists, because 3 times we've tried to catch anyone there and failed:) at least we had a chance to contact them via email

The room was excellent - it had everything one could need during a stay. The bed was comfortable. Nice additions of faux flowers added charm to the room. Blackout curtains were much appreciated because the sun set after 22:00 and rose around 4:00 while we were there. Located near major road to easily get to airport or into the city. About 1 mile (1.5 km) to the train station, so we were glad to have a car to park at the station. The train went directly to the central terminal in the city (and to the airport). The neighborhood felt safe and clean.

Had a wonderful stay with Magnolia house as the staff was extremely good and responsive. Didn't face a single problem during my stay which was almost 1.5 months. Train station is about 10 mins and bus stop is just outside the house. Hotel is situated in a very calm and peaceful area plus there are 2 big lakes very close the house which is a great spot for outing. Recommended to anyone who is planning to book this place. Kitchen has got everything that you need to cook your meals.

Not even a single thing I can think of that went wrong here. Supremely satisfied

It was much better than we expected. It is just 10 min walking from Pendeltog (train) station. 30 min and you are in city center. We walked near the closest lake and even swim there. There is IKA supermarket near train station also, you can but everything you need there. The apartment complex has gym that was always empty. We stayed there as a couple for one month and it was great value for money!

Magnolia is probably one of the best places I've ever been, especially in terms of price-quality ratio. Good things: - Great location (3 minutes by foot from the station and the local shop). There are also parks nearby. - It's very clean inside, the apartments are new and comfortable - You have your own kitchen with all the necessary stuff: oven, microwave, coffee machine, and various utensils. - The room is quite large, the bed is comfortable. You can really live there for a long time - WiFi connection is reliable - You get very detailed instructions regarding the check in process - Card keys usage is convenient

There are few minor cons to note: - If your windows face the road, it might be quite noisy because of the cars and the trains. It's not a big issue though - You have to buy some additional stuff to wash dishes (which is honestly understandable) - There's only a small piece of soap in the bathroom - Check in starts at 4pm which is quite late

A very tidy, sufficiently spacious flat, with all the necessary amenities. We particularly appreciated the availability of a parking space.

No air-conditioning and therefore high temperature in the flat. But this is mainly a matter of the unexpected heat for Sweden, which was during our stay

Have stayed at magnolia Norrviken several times and I will be back. Privacy of the room at the rear. Kitchen, washing machine, work space. Access to public transport; bus stop out front and can take bus or a short walk to train line that runs between Arlanda airport and city. Sort walk to ICA supermarket, pizza, Thai and kebab restaurant. Gas station next door 10 minute bus ride to Sollentuna Centrum (mall)

I'm staying here for the second time and the experience is once again very good. It's a nice place located not far from Stockholm suitable for long stays. Clean, has all the necessary utensils, fast WiFi, pretty comfy overall.

People are smoking right under your windows. Also, problems with ventilation (it's quite stuffy in summer).

it was great we came home for my mothers funeral and this place was in the middle of it all. 10 minutes in all directions for family and friends, close to all the amenities. Everything that you need.

cleaning staff was okay but didnt speak English or Swedish.

Spacious studio with fully equipped kitchen, very clean, everything is working. Helpful staff.

E-mail necessary for automatic check-in is sent on the day of arrival, so remember to have access to your E-mail or booking on the day of travel, otherwise you need some luck to check in, especially after work hours.
