There is everything what's needed In the room: sleepers, tooth brush, etc. Room looked modern it was also clean. There is also a coffee machine where you can go get coffee, that's a big plus! Good breakfast. It was one of the best stays for the given price :)

Noice isolation, you can hear car noice from the street, although it didn't bother us. Also, the breakfast was 10 minutes late. They say it starts at 7 in the.morning during work days, but it was 10 minutes late. We were in rush because we had to be on time to ferry, so instead of 20 mins we only had 10 mins to eat breakfast. Apart of that everything was great

Good buffet breakfast and staff were friendly. Single room was very spacious and clean.

The air-con in my room wasn't functioning. I let the front desk know and they just put a standing fan in there. Considering it was a windowless room it got extremely warm and stuffy in there, so this wasn't very satisfactory. Upon looking into other reviews it looks as though this has been a frequent ongoing issue for them. It's a shame this is their solution instead of getting the air-con fixed properly. The lift was also pretty tricky to use, had to stand in a specific spot not to set off sensors and multiple times it would only stop on the correct floor for a second before taking you to the basement unprompted.

Considering that it is a "budget" hotel, there were nice touches - slippers, bath robe, vanity kit, dental kit, coffee maker in room and free coffee/tea all day. Staff very pleasant and professional. Breakfast was very good. Room was a good size as was bathroom.

1. The choice of carpet was poor. The pattern looked like it was badly stained (in some areas it was). Really should have installed hardwood floors for cleanliness. 2. The lift was dangerous. No inside door and it broke down on two occasions. The lift nominal capacity was 5 persons but a notice restricted it to 2 persons which to me indicated a mechanical problem. On one occasion the lift stopped 20cms above the floor level and not realizing, I fell out of the lift and hurt my back. The manager and staff were very attentive. Following day the lift broke down again and was stuck between floors.

Almost everything was really stellar. It's easy to reach near a metro station and next to a giant supermarket. A bit far out of town, but I'm okay with that since it meant the price was quite reasonable for a hotel of this quality. My room was very quiet (and I'm the sort of person who would be annoyed if it wasn't). All the amenities worked perfectly. Breakfast was among the best hotel breakfasts I've had, with so many options no matter what kind of breakfast you're craving.

The one single thing I disliked about this hotel were the lifts, but one staff member did tell me they're to be replaced soon, so hopefully the newer version will be less quirky.

Very nice staff, breakfast was lovely and a highlight of each morning. There's unlimited tea, fresh water, coffee or hot chocolate available at the property in the lobby, which is a very nice touch. The essentials provided in the room were good quality, slippers were surprisingly good quality, rooms were modern, cozy and clean. Metro and a large supermarket is a short walking distance from the hotel. We could not have picked a better hotel at this pleasantly low price for the provided standard.

One of our rooms had a bit leaky window, so as we visited in the winter, it was a bit cold. The same room had glass doors in the bathroom that couldn't really be locked, so it was a bit awkward. Shower bathroom didn't have good ventilation, it seemed that there could be mold above the shower and we had to keep the doors open so the steam would air out. But it all happened in 1/4 rooms we booked, so overally it wasn't so bad in all of them.

The hotel was so beautiful and nice, good beds and good room service and all the staff (uncluding the robots in the dining hall😂). Breakfast is the same everday and lots of options so we never got tired of it and the food is really good. In the bathroom there were tiles with glitter, so beautiful 😍 and all the hotel in same style😍 There is a big grocery store next to the hotel and the train station is next to it

The shower was really good but it always overflew on the floor, need a deeper drain for it and the shower curtains are to short. We always had wet towels on the floor which was annoying

Very good communication, easiest late/unstaffed check in I’ve ever had, instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful when dealing with a couple of issues, including a very late night phone call to overnight staff who dealt with rowdy guests very promptly. Beds were very comfy and rooms were spacious and clean.

Internally it is extremely warm, and one of the rooms we booked, an internal economy room without windows, did not have working air conditioning so went to over 30 degrees overnight, would be very uncomfortable during warmer weather. However this was resolved with a room change as soon as staff were notified.

I stayed in 2 different rooms on both of my stays and they were brilliant. Very spacious with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. The hotel is kept very clean, the breakfast area and breakfast itself were great. The receptionist with long dark hair was very good at making my check in quick and simple. She was friendly and very professional. Yes the hotel is outside of the city centre but it's in a good location, safe location, next to a supermarket and the metro station which takes 30 minutes to get into Central Stockholm. I would happily stay here again. Good parking that's free.

The hotel is close to the Johannelund station and there are three elevators to help you in case you bring a big suitcase (one from getting off the platform, one from getting to the road, and one that will let you out in front of Coop Supermarket). The location is outskirt of Stockholm, but honestly just one line from T-centralen by the greenline towards Hässelby strand. In the front desk they have free coffee and water. There are also microwave and fridge you could use along with other guests. The room is also nice, be it the bathroom and the bedroom. The breakfast is also very nice. They have simple but filling options to start your day. I love their chicken meatballs!

The metro takes 30 minutes from T-Centralen so make sure you plan accordingly (if you want to drop your baggage before check in time and head back to the city or you want to store your baggage in the paid luggage storage service in the station and then check in after).
