All the staff were very nice and friendly. Stockholm city centre is easily and quickly accessible from the neighbourhood by tram and metro. Also the area is very safe! There are super bistros, restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast provided by the hotel was plentiful and very tasty, and the bar at the reception was open until 1am, with delicious drinks and beers. Other than that, our room was thoroughly cleaned each day. We liked everything very much, thank you for the warm welcome!

Staff of the hotel were super nice and helpful on my arrival and when I checked out. Everything was smooth and easy, such as the taxi order for the next morning that was made by the receptionist in the evening when I cane back to the hotel from the gig. Hotel is located in walking distance from the Sumpan centre and public transport. The room was cold when I arrived since the heating was off, but radiator was adjustable and I could set the temperature on a comfortable level.

It was all good. Breakfast was a bit small and simple. Porridge would have done the trick for me but I got enough to eat, scrumbled eggs and toast.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Excellent showed and stable wifi. Free parking space, some in front of the hotel and a few at the back side behind a gate. Public transportation is within a ten minute walk. A great place to explore Stockholm.

Breakfast is not bad, but several plates, cups and some cutlery were not clean: we handed them over to the staff. There is no air conditioning. Luckily our room did not get the sun, but if so it will become quite hot on a sunny day.

I liked the hotel from the moment I stepped into the building. The hall was just so inviting, with many decorational details, the floor paintings, decorative plates displayed, a piano etc. There's an elevator and it also looked so stylish, like old fashion hotel, in a good sense. The rooms - the same, very stylish and clean. The room I took was without window but it was cozy. The beds where not so wide and a bit too soft but OK. There was tea and coffee and a water cooker, a table, a TV that has casting built in (no tv6 though!). The bathroom was nice, a lot of space to keep your toiletries and also they provide toiletries - again beautifully displayed. The service in this hotel is top notch - I asked for more tea and the receptionist brought it to the room, like a loooot of tea :) And then I called to the reception (there's a phone in the room) for an extra duvet as me and my boyfriend don't like to share and they brought it to the room too. The breakfast was delicious. I don't remember now exactly what it had but it was a very good variety including chia pudding and ginger shots. The room has a shoehorn and a hair dryer :) The hotel is easy to get to with trams.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They kindly offered instructions to concert venue, that we travelled there for. We knew that the room we had booked had no windows and was very small, but somehow it didn't feel uncomfortable at all, we enjoyed our 4 day stay there very much. The bathroom was quite spacious. Design of the rooms and hotel overall is very classy and beautiful. Location was very good, everything you may need is nearby, grocery shops, shops, restaurants, tramway and train. There was also a river nearby, beautiful place to hang out in the evenings.

Loved every bit of the hotel. Bed comfy, bathroom great, especially the warm bathroom floor. The room has a mini fridge, which is handy. It was quite, calm, and relaxed hotel during my stay. Breakfast was a simple and good selection. The location is great, 10-15 walk to Brooma block mall. 10-12 minutes walk to metro, and it takes minutes to central Stockholm. There is ICA and Lidl supermarket, bakery, cafés, restaurants nearby, and an English pub. Staff were lovely, polite, smiling, and helpful. They were amazing. Thanks to them all.

Location was perfect for us, breakfast was great. Not a lot to choose from but still very decent for us. Good looking building, also nice to have an outside of the room toilet you can use when sharing a bathroom with friends. Special thanks to the cleaning crew who tidied our room after we left it in a complete chaos before leaving for Taylor Swift, they really didnt have to do that!!

This wasnt really an issue for us because they are harmless, but we spotted silverfish insects (sølvkre på norsk) in our bathroom. Forgot to tell you at checkout. Otherwise perfect.

Easy to get in, even with unstaffed reception! They called me on the phone and gave me directions to get the key to my room set up remotely. Very cool! The beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice.

There was a high-frequency noise generated by the cooler in the room, so I had to plug it out to be able to relax and sleep. The parking spots seemed few, so I felt lucky that I got a spot!

It was a pleasant stay overall. The staff was so helpful and very kind, they even made me some breakfast to-go for an early flight. The location was perfect for me, as it was close to the center but still peaceful enough. The room fit my needs for a solo trip. Would recommend!

The sound proofing wasn't the best, as I could hear everything from the room next door - talking, tv etc. Also the housekeeping was a bit lazy a couple of times, but things were taken care of when asked.

The room was clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport into central Stockholm.
