Easy to come from Arlanda and go to Stockholm and back to Arlanda. Train, tram and Tunbelbana stations very close. Local brewery and tap house almost next to ApartDirect Syndbyberg in an old chuch + other restaurants + shops and Marabou art museum and nice small parks inside 5 minutes walk. Nice quite little but living local centrum and all the Stockholm available with well working public transport. We took the accommodation in Sundsbyberg because my daughter lives there, but liked the location and hotel were perfect for us also thinking our vacation, because we don't want to go to nightclubs etc. and like to do the breakfast ourselves. Actually the room is more a small apartment than a hotel room.

- Location: the apartment is 6 min walk to the train/metro station and supermarkets; there are also few restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. In 10 min you reach Stockholm central station, so it is very convenient. - Weekly cleaning (vacuum cleaning, change of bed linen and towels): included for reservation longer than 7 nights, as well as check-out cleaning. - Maintenance: I had some minor issues (the shower seal was detaching and there was a light bulb blown out under the kitchen extractor hood); I contacted the maintenance team and the day after they had fixed everything! - Garbage room: you can sort your waste and recycle (positive for the environment!)

- Cleaning (especially in the kitchen): there were stains on the table, some pans were dirty, and the plates were clean but still wet (they were piled up and there was water between them); I submitted a complaint and they reported it to the cleaning manager. - Thin walls: when someone closes the door in another apartment, the walls (and what is s hanging on them as well) tremble a little.

The location was great! It’s directly on the T (15 min to Stockholm central) and commuter train (7 min to Stockholm central) stop. The tram and multiple buses are close by. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants close by. The windows were big letting lots of light in. The internet connection was good. Basic kitchen supplies, a stove top, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, laundry, and dryer were provided.

It was very hot in the room in the morning during the summer. Small fans were provided, but only slightly helped. More outlets would have been nice. Cleaning was once a week and the time was discussed with the cleaners. The front doors were somewhat difficult to close, which resulted in guests sometimes slamming their doors, though many apartments were facing a quiet street.

Apartment completely reached my expectations. It was nice, clean and cozy, exactly as on pictures. I would it recommend to anyone who is visiting Stockholm for a few days. Location is exceptional if you do not mind using the metro/commute rail public transport. There are cozy cafes, bars and 7eleven as well as affordable supermarkets (Lidl) nearby.

Apartment will offer you 'welcome package' (some sugar, oil, tee, coffee) to buy additionally. While it still is nice and not that expensive, it would be such a nice touch to have it by default, even if that means slight increase in the nominal price.

Good location, very close to bus and metro. Me and my boyfriend had everything we needed in the apartment, it was clean and comfy. I like how easy it was to enter and settle in, the location provides instruction on what to do with the garbage and all. We stayed for a few days and we were very happy to see we had a washer AND a dryer!

Overall a good experience... maybe the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade, but that's about it.

The studio was bright and relatively spacious, well set up with everything I needed, including windows I could open for fresh air. The bed was comfy, TV worked well. When I discovered the washing machine was faulty, I requested it be fixed and someone turned up that day, arranged for me to use a machine in another apartment for 24 hrs and my machine was fixed on Monday. I was very pleased with the arrangements beforehand about the door codes and the efficient service when I needed it. The flat was perfectly located, near shops, pubs & restaurants and public transport. Excellent place to stay!

A welcome package might have been standard, including tea, coffee, sugar and salt & pepper and cooking oil. Laundry powder too.

The location of our property was excellent. It was very close to a subway line, buses and a tram. We were able to easily get where we wanted to each day. We were very comfortable with the bed and bedding and really appreciated having laundry facilities in the apartment. We also really liked that access both to the building and to our room was with a door code. Since our daughter now lives in Stockholm, we will be visiting again soon and we definitely will stay in the same location. It completely suited all our needs.

It would have been nice to have a toaster.

A quiet neighborhood with a 5-min walk to the metro and light rail. There are three big enough supermarkets nearby (and ICA Maxi a 15-min walk away). An excellent playground on a hill nearby. There are no keys. Both entrances (to the building and apartment) are opened with a 6-digit code. The apartment is clean and simply but nicely furnished. The crib was in the apartment when we arrived. The lights are dimmable. The curtains are true black out. The kitchen is well equipped. The tumble dryer is very helpful. There are soap dispensers in the shower and near the bathroom sink.

It takes around 30 minutes to get to the Stockholm's center. Outside is a narrow street which can be a bit noisy because of lots of old buses. The mattress is hard. The pillows get flattened into nothing. There is no vacuum cleaner—only a broom. The curtains are not long/wide enough to cover the window without any gaps. The coffee machine is a drip type, not a capsule one. Only two rolls of toilet paper. No capsules for the dishwasher and washing machine. The top of the tumble dryer and the hairdryer that lay there were very dusty. An armrest of the sofa is broken. The sofa is squeaky. One of the blinds is broken. Water spreads on the bathroom floor under the shower doors.

We like to make our own meals when we travel so this place with a small kitchen was perfect and there were a couple of grocery stores close by. The apartment was a few blocks from the metro, and it was only a few stops to get to the site-seeing areas.

We didn't like that we were in a below ground room but overall, it wasn't a problem. The washer and dryer were a little hard to figure out even though everything was in English and we unfortunately chose cycles that lasted far too long. We turned on the TV briefly and then turned it off and it came back on all by itself several times, so we just unplugged it!

The room was clean and big; my daughter had enough space to play around. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to eat breakfast in the morning and I could also cook a soup for my daughter. The hotel was situated in a safe and quiet neighbourhood, with many restaurants and shops around. It took around 20 minutes to go the city center by T10 metro train. If you wanna get to or from Arlanda Airport, there is a bus station close to the accomodation - really comfortable.
