very clean rooms & bathrooms, clean sheets, good room temperature, no outside noise in the rooms, very good soundproof doors, good quality of the breakfast products, very good location of the hotel (near the train station).

No slippers in the room, the space where the breakfast is being taken is too small (there were times when literally there was no free slot where to sit and have breakfast, poor communication within the reception staff and lack of knowledge for some of them (even from the first day when we arrived, we announced that we won't be able to take breakfast in the last day so we were given some files to fill in based on which we would receive some take away food. However, when I went to the reception to check out and take the packed breakfast, they were not informed and we were not given anything).

The place is absolutely fantastically located, close to the public transport. The hotel room was clean, fully-equipped with everything we needed. It’s a gem when you compare the standard to the location and facilities.

The breakfast was quite repetitive, as the same foods were served every single day; although, it’s understandable and the food was still very good! We asked for a frukostpåse for my sister to pick up before she had to leave early in the morning; and although a man helped us to organize it and she made her selection; in the morning there was no bag waiting for us, which was quite disappointing.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but we encountered two issues during our occupation. Firstly, the pool was closed for construction, which was disappointing. Secondly, there was a significant price change that we hadn’t anticipated. Despite these challenges. We hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

Clean and comfortable place with very helpful staff

Pay attention which side your room is located because the train noise can be loud.

Great transportation access - close to Arlanda airport. Right next to train station and bus stops. Easy and fast way to get to the city center. A new district and a new hotel, nothing looked dirty or worn out. Wonderful and spacious lobby. Great restaurant area. Nice rooms with cozy lighting. Quiet shower. Little fridge. Air conditioning. Comfortable beds. No dusty carpets. No smell of dust anywhere. Great for people with allergies. Nice small spa (Vitalize) that offers water training sessions while your swimming. You can buy a comfortable swim suit or pants when you don't have your own. These are sold in various sizes. No smell of chloride. Soft and warm water. No mold. Great food, especially dinners. Feels like home made food. You can go to eat 3x a day, need to pay of course, but the food is great! Good booking system for meals. Friendly and helpful staff.

I would have enjoyed a bath robe and slippers in the room. Although the room is warm, the body gets chilly when tired. I got a bathrobe and flip flops from the Vitalize spa and was allowed to keep the robe until the end of my stay. It was very useful during the winter time. The fast trains make a little noise when passing by, but it didn't disturb.

We loved everything. It was right next-door to the Train Station, so access to where we needed to go was great. It was a short trip to Stockholm. It was also good that it was on the Airport Line for when we had to leave at 5.30am in the morning. The staff were welcoming and great to deal with the whole time we were there. The breakfast was great and we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again on our return and recommend to others. It's a long way from Australia and I am so please we found you.

The size of my room compared to that of my travelling friends and we paid the same price was a little disappointing. We had Room 214 and they had Room 218. When travelling from overseas with large suitcases, it is a little difficult to move around your room safely as there is nowhere to store your baggage. The room itself was lovely, don't get me wrong, just not big enough for overseas Travellers (Room 214).

The hotel is clean and modern and located next to a train station yet not loud. There was a small shop and restaurants just outside the hotel and supermarket on the other side of train rails. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Our flight was delayed and we were arriving 4am so I was messaging the hotel and the hotel responded quickly.

We were traveling with a child, and swimming pool access for kids was limited, and pool fees were expensive. Check in counter was quite busy in the afternoon so that if I needed something, I had to wait for a while in order to talk to them.

We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food but we loved the hotel and the staff were so lovely. We turned up very early expecting to leave our bags and return later but they sorted us out with early check in. Hotel room was lovely, clean and spacious with really usable space and good storage. Bed was very comfortable. Spa was nice. The complimentary drinks in the spa is a nice touch!

Hot tub was the only negative as it's a bit small! If you have more than two people wanting to use it, it feels a little cramped.

Very good hotel, staff are friendly. The location is brilliant 1 min walk to the station and 1 stop away from Westfield. 2 or 3 stops away to city centre. Very clean rooms. Breakfast is average, beds are too soft for us, we prefer firmer beds for our backs. We will be back. Thanks

Not that I don’t like, but the following can be improved; 1-Beds are too soft, we couldn’t sleep the first night. 2-A coffee machine for breakfast lounge for ( FREE COFFEE). The was only American coffee. 3-More variety food for breakfast please.

Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the gym and the Spa. Recommend them to anyone staying at the hotel. Hotel isn't in a very touristy place, which probably adds to the affordability of the hotel, but it is very conveniently located. You can get into the city very quickly. There are also lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Especially close is the Mall of Skandinavia, which is the largest shopping centre in the Nordics.
