Great place to stay with big family, beds are very comfy, plenty room, we were very happy with our room! Breakfast amazing, it’s have everything you can imagine: like fancy resort style, my kids remember that hotel like very special and perfect one! Sauna was very clean and hot! You will love it!

I would recommend hotel Gió to all who do not seek luxury, but prefer to get a piece of a good sleep, excellent breakfast for reasonable money and easy access to the city centre . Even though there´s a pretty busy highway just next to the hotel, you can´t hear nearly anything in your room. There´s a bus stop almost in front of a hotel that would get you to the Tunelbanna (metro), local rail or other buses going to the city centre. Concerning breakfast - it was really outstanding and there´s no wonder the hotel is quite famous for it. There´s a common room for daily use with free coffee, tea where guests can rest, work, read or whatever on very comfortable sofas or play either chest, cards or pool. I really appreciated free flow of coffee especially. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful. (Except one male receptionist, but I know well one can have a bad day, so no worries). Another great thing is check out till 11:00 a.m. and if your flight is scheduled for afternoon, you may spend the time in the living room (common room). I would gladly come again and recommend the hotel to everyone.

I had a little problem with couple of things that might be an idea for hotels owners to improve. First one are beds. Not that they would not have been comfortable, but our Queen bed mattrasse was very soft so I felt like sleeping on a rough sea when my husband turned around. The other thing I would like to mention was missing socket in the bathroom. But perhaps it was only in our room? The last thing are the windows that can´t be opened therefore there´s no way to change air in the room. And it sucks in a small room like ours (and I knew it would be small when I booked our stay). Air condition did not help especially when you are used to sleep in a really cold air. And by the way - the red wine you find on the table with two glasses is not a welcome drink :-), it´s part of a mini-bar.

This hotel offers excellent customer care and staff are very responsive to guest requests. My request for a late check out was granted because of my flight schedule. The hotel location is great — there is a restaurant just next door and a shop where you can pick up some groceries if needed. Breakfast offered is superb with plenty of variety. The room was clean, bed comfortable, water temperature good and towels sufficient. I enjoyed the sauna and gym. The hotel has a comfortable lounge with complimentary teas and coffees all day long. I noticed the lounge has a pool table for guests.

Just be aware that the small room is really tight if you are one who likes space to manoeuvre freely in the room. The photos showing the small room can be quite misleading— they give off an impression that the small room is bigger than actual from the angles they were taken. I had booked the small room (queen) but was upgraded freely to a standard twin room— which was great!

09.30 is not 10:00, staff should not start clearing the food 30 minutes before closure. No refills in the last 30 minutes either, not even the coffee.

Saturdays receptionist could do with learning some people skills... There is know sign at the back of the hotel for no smoking, I had seen people smoking there all day with nothing said. As I approached the door I was met by the receptionist shouting you shouldn't of being smoking there, get away from the hotel if you want to smoke. No problem with policy, clearly needs some signage do.. but the attitude of the staff member was off putting coming back here.

The asthetic of the whole hotel was so cozy and gorgeous I loved the living room, it had a billiard table and a tea/coffee bar to self-serve Staff was super friendly, even if I stutterd of talked nonsense due to my anxiety, no weird looks or words! Arranging a gift for my boyfriend was quik and easy very fast in responding eben if it was really late A decent amount of glutenfree stuff They also give you good options if you ask for example for a salad without the croutons they will add a small side dish so the food is still filling enough

The food unfortunately wasn't that good but it could also have been the difference between seasoning from my country and sweden.

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and were very receptive each time I approached them. The room was as advertised, clean, with sufficient toiletries and clean towels. The water in the shower had the right pressure and easy to adjust to the temperature I favoured. The breakfast was excellent with loads of variety. The hotel is located next to 2 restaurants— an Indian and Thai restaurant. Also there is a mini supermarket near the hotel where you can buy some essential items. I found it easy to access the hotel from the airport — just come off the bus at Haga Norra, the hotel is around 200 meters. There is a gym and sauna if one needs to work out during their stay. The living room offers complimentary teas and coffees (all day) and is a great place to relax. Staff exhibited flexibility, allowing me to check in early and check out later than scheduled.

WiFi signal seemed to weaken when I was in my room. But this couldn’t dampen my stay.

The breakfast was excellent with many options from continental to English breakfast choices and was of extremely high quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are small but modern, neat and clean and in very good condition with all that you could need. The hotel's lounge with self help coffee and tea provided us with a nice space to relax with our family We were able to store our luggage in the hotel before checkin and after checkout. The hotel is less than 200 metres from the Haga Norra busstop where the flybussarna bus stops on its way from Arlanda airport to Stockholm. To get to the old city is just as easy with public transport. Would highly recommend

Spacious and clean room, with comfortable beds. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. I especially liked the fact that we could leave our bags in a locker room before our flight and could have some rest and coffee/tea in a nice "living room" area before heading to the airport. It's really a big help and makes you feel good. The location is really good too, the airport shuttle has a stop right in front of the hotel, as well as other buses that you can take to go to the center. Just across the bridge there is a beautiful park, great for running or walking. Breakfast is really good, there is a wide selection of hot and cold dishes.

I stayed in this hotel for a pleasure trip to Stockholm. Immediately after booking, the staff was friendly, writing to me in booking and trying to help me in every possible way. The rooms are very clean, quiet, and well-kept. The staff is extremely kind and polite, very careful to give the best possible service. the breakfast is like a "Disney fairy tale", there is everything and very good, salty, sweet Yogurt, cheeses, coffee, bread, and even the famous meatballs that are so well-known in Sweden, in my opinion the best I have eaten in all of Stockholm. 30 meters away there is the bus stop and if you want also the electric bicycle and scooter stop that you can use conveniently by downloading an application, very easy to use. Friendly staff. Spacious and clean room with nice view from the window (9th floor) over the city. Very good and diversified breakfast in the morning. Various bus options to go around the city with at least 3 stations close by, and the one with bus to center city 50m away.

Dinner options are limited to Italian buffet, we love Italian food as much as anybody else, but a little bit more diversity would not hurt. There are various and good Asian food options close by (1-2 min away), with even more options inside Mall of Scandinavia, 20 mins walk.
