Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful xx Rooms and hotel all very smart and has lovely ambience. Also some excellent restaurants located virtually on top of the hotel, Indian St Food and Magri pizza restaurant. Airport shuttle bus on doorstep as is train station

It is a shame that you have to pay a hefty additional charge to use the pool and sauna to me that should have been included in the price it is at other spa hotels we have stayed at. Totally understand paying for treatment at but think pool at least should be free for guests x

💸 Great price for a fairly central location. The university campus can be quickly reached by bus after a short walk. 🧼 Very clean and professional place. 🍳 Great breakfast buffet with very tasty bread. ✈️ Bus stop for both Flygbussarna and FlixBus shuttle buses to airport is very close to hotel. (Cheaper and faster than taking Arlanda Express!)

🦇 Some rooms do not have any windows. The air-conditioning is fine, but some might find it makes for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. 🌀 The hallways are structured like a maze with again no windows to the outside.

We have travelled extensively around the world as a couple. This hotel could not be faulted. All staff were excellent. The room was comfortable and spacious. We booked a room with kitchen facilities so that we had the ability to eat in. This gave us a lounge and dining table. The nearest supermarket was only 100m away. The bathroom was spacious and well designed. Breakfast was excellent with a very large range of hot and cold foods. We didn't need a meal again until the evening. The hotel is used at times for conferences and coach groups, but caters for them well without impacting on individuals and couples. Two large dining areas, well staffed and a good layout ensured that we had a good experience. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel which is well designed, has friendly staff always with a smile and an excellent lift system. The nearest underground train was less than 5 minutes away and the public transport system which includes underground, train, buses, trams and public ferries was amazing. The longest wait we had for any transport was seven minutes. We used this network for seven days and made at 30+ journeys. Always clean, safe and fast. If coming from Arlanda airport catch the Flygbussarna. The very comfortable coach picks you up from just outside the terminal doors (look for the bus stop with a rainbow sign) You get off about 50m short of the hotel. The return bus stop is 70m away from the hotel on the other side of the road, Journey time is 30 minutes and cost £16 per person for a return ticket.

There was nothing to fault it

Good size rooms. Breakfast excellent. Good proximity to transport into then centre / old town. Airport bus directly outside.

No air con- unusually warm spring- 25 degrees! Noise from main road too loud to leave windows open. Towels could have been nicer. No drawers for clothes.

Breakfast was great. I could find everything I wanted. In particular the gym was really great. A room dedicated only for cardio machines, one for Pilates and similar and one with the gym equipment. The hotel is really close to the busses bringing to the airport, great. It worked perfectly. They also have a high frequency. I choose the hotel due to its closeness to the hospital. It is not so close to the city center but with Uber you can get to the city, it is not expensive. There were a few restaurants near by.

I was missing an espresso or cappuccino machine at the breakfast. I did not ask, maybe they would have prepared it if I asked, I don't know. The elevators were rather busy and sometimes I had to wait long.

This hotel truly offers a wonderful experience. Aroma of fresh roses, scent weaving its way through the grand lobby. Staff that is not only incredibly friendly but also highly professional, making you feel immediately welcome and cared for. The rooms are generously sized, comfortable bed that guarantees a restful night's sleep. What sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail, particularly the use of natural, organic herbal products for personal care, adding a touch of wellness to your stay. A breakfast buffet offer a big selection of choices, including organic food, in general a delight for the stomach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Excellent Stay – Great Room, Perfect Location, and Amazing Staff! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was perfect – close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and all the small details were well thought out. It felt like a real home away from home. What truly made my stay outstanding was the reception staff, especially Maja. She is incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. Any issue I had, she fixed quickly and with a smile. Her calm and friendly attitude made me feel very welcome. All hotels need staff like Maja – she’s a true asset! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and friendly hotel, lovely spread for breakfast which was well managed when busy. We arrived and departed quite late at night but this was no problem checking in and out was so quick and simple. The rooms were spacious and quiet. We paid extra for rooms with windows which were well worth it. Great location for exploring the city as it is so close to the metro. We found Ubers from the hotel to the airport quite reasonable but there is a bus which stops nearby

We booked two rooms - one was very clean but the other room had crisps on the floor, a top and a sock left behind and a broken window that meant it was always open. One room had complimentary slippers but the other didn't

It was very easy to get to, with the airport bus stop directly outside. Breakfast was lovely. There was a great selection and the fresh fruit was awesome. I was obsessed with the chicken sausages for some reason, but having them in itself was awesome for people like me who don't eat pork. The fact that they had specifically lactose-free milk, omelette and other options was really considerate (i am not lactose intolerant, but I appreciate the thought that went into it). The overnight chia oats were delish too!

I couldn't get connected to WiFi, but had no time to ask at reception. Oh, and the room's bathroom was TINY. The room was big, so there was a lot of space for it to be bigger without taking space from the room itself, so it didn't make sense. Also the glass shower door over the bath had space underneath it so every time we showered it would flood the bathroom floor. That is a really easy fix, so don't understand why it's like that. Also, no overhead lighting in the room? Annoying to keep turning various lamps on/off.

Very friendly and professional staff with excellent English, very clean and comfortable room with lots of natural light (and blackout curtains), the buffet breakfast is amazing, has anything you could want and until 11am which is great (12 noon on Sundays). Really nice lounge/bar area with huge windows. It's an 8min walk from Odenplan metro station, and the airport bus stop "Norra Stationsgatan" is right across the road from the hotel. It's about a 20min walk to the city center but it's a nice walk, though I was very lucky with the weather.

Spa facilities are not free for guests and actually very expensive (€80 for 3 hours).
