Large room. Wonderful breakfast room

We should have asked for a room away from the street. Some evening car noise.

This hotel is excellent value for money and there isn’t anything to dislike! Perfect location, short walk to the center and metro station right around the corner. The area of the hotel is nice and safe with a park (incl playground), a mix of some chain stores & little shops, supermarkets and many good restaurants and bars. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with many different options - one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel, especially of this price range Stylish and large rooms with good beds & showers, and very quiet. The nice bar with free jazz concerts 2x week is a great bonus (concerts finish at 21.30 so no impact on a good nights sleep).

Very nice and atmospheric place in the centre of Stockholm. Room was small but cozy, very nice small bathroom. Everything was clean. Very nice and friendly staff. There is sauna for guests and twice a week there are jazz concerts in the bar dowstairs, it was a very nice way to spend the evening (concert is free for hotel guests). Breakfast was included, there was a huge variety of food to choose from.

My and my friends' room had sealed windows, as they were facing the patio where breakfast was served. Not being able to ventilate the room was a big downside (turned out our rooms were the only two ones with sealed windows). The seal on shower door wasn't working properly and after shower there was a lot of water on the bathroom floor outside the cabin. Apart from that- I really enjoyed the place.

The staff is great! Very professional and kind. I think the staff makes this hotel special. From the very first minute we arrived they made us feel welcomed. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, typical nordic-style breakfast. During our stay one day there was a live jazz music, which we enjoyed a lot! The acoustic was absolutely pleasant, and really added a charisma to the hotel. The music stopped at 22.00, quite considerate for the guests, but I would wish it continued for a bit longer.

Our room was a bit too small. Two small suitcases don’t fit.

The staff was incredibly nice, introduced themselves by name and always joked with me at the reception. The breakfast was superb, the room clean and I frequently booked the (private) sauna. The hotel is in walking distance to a nearby metro stop, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. I particularly liked that the windows had thick curtains, allowing me to sleep in pitch black darkness. I overall had a lovely time!

I had a single bed, with the topper mattress moving a little when I slept. Nothing major, I just had to rearrange the mattresses in the morning.

The property is beautiful and spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is simply incredible and the location is ideal.

I booked a junior suite as a surprise for my partner, but we were actually given a large double room with none of the facilities that would promote it to a “suite”. In any hotel room that size I would have expected at least a small sofa, whether listed as a suite or not. Our room was comfortable and very beautifully decorated but it was categorically not a suite and certainly not worth the extra I paid for one.

The breakfast buffet was great. Very attentive staff making sure everything was topped and used dishes were removed quickly. Good coffee on tap. Loved the bright courtyard conservatory. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is in a convenient location to explore the city. Gamla Stan as well as museums and the shore promenades are within walking distance.

Our room didn't have a window that opened, making it quite stuffy overnight. The glazed light shaft into the courtyard could do with some vents to allow in fresh air. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean

The location was good, as it's very close to the city and lots of shops and eateries in close proximity. Beautiful design and decor too. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice as there was a good selection of food. The things I disliked were the size of the pillows in the small double room. They were too small, but very comfortable I must admit. Secondly, the position of the mirror in the room. There's not enough natural light as it is opposite the bathroom, far away from the window.

Conviniently located withing the walking distance to the old town and shopping district, couple of steps away from metro station. Rooms with the inner court view are really quiet. Very good breakfast. Comfortable matresses.

The breakfast room seemed a bit small for the number of guests at the particular moment. The sink in the room was cracked, bathroom door was too hard to close (handle was broken). Walls in the room were bit worn out, scratched and stained. The toilet bowl would need proper all-edges cleaning.

Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast in Europe that I experienced this trip. Location is great, easy to get to from the metro or even the hop on hop off bus. Nice that they had umbrellas guests could borrow.

Better explanation on the website that when it lists “laundry” as an amenity that that means they work with a laundry service that comes to collect your laundry. And that it is only available Monday to Friday. Coming from North American, I assumed it meant the hotel has laundry machines on site for guests to do their own laundry.
