The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of the city center. There is a metro station nearby, as well as a number of excellent cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store. The hotel is located on a quiet side street off one of the main streets leading to the city center. The staff is very friendly, the room is cleaned daily, and coffee, tea, and other amenities are provided. The bathroom is small with an open shower, but it was fine for our stay. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and quite varied. The children liked the bunk beds.

Lots of shops and restaurants near by plus a fantastic food hall for meals a short walk away. At the end of the lane way on the main street was a metro station one stop from central and walkable distance down to the water for ferries. Location was excellent as we do not use Ubers or taxis. A good breakfast and kettle supplied in the room, which is a plus for us. and it was very quiet at night.

The room we had was very small and the hotel a little hard to locate when we first arrived as the hotel sighnage was not prominent. The front desk girls are very nice but probably need to know a little more about the tourist attractions and eateries in the area to be a bit more helpful with directions. The breakfast dining room is small and at busy times hard to get a table so there might be a wait.

The staff was really helpful and pleasant. If your room is ready, you can get in, even before the check-in. The room is very nice, super clean and you have everything you need. It isn't very spacious, but it's really cozy. The breakfast was nice. You have plenty of choices and the staff always add more when needed. The location was great, near the center of Stockholm, if you like to walk and near the metro station if you like to take transport.

If I need to choose one thing that I "didn't" like, it would be that the room isn't very spacious. But if you like to explore the city, it won't be a problem, because you won't spend a lot of time in your room.

Very clean room, classic breakfast, delicious! The staff was very nice. We were coming after a very late-early flight, quite tired. The receptionist managed to check us in a little earlier, which was as a life saver at a time! ❤️🙏🏼 the location is convenient for seeing the city and getting to the train station ( 17 min walk) to get to the airport

The room is very very very small for two people. We had problems walking around, epically when you open a suitcase. But I guess that’s how it is in Stockholm for the price.

Very good in this price.Location is in central area, tram bus stop are close to the property.Muslims community center is at walking distance. All the staff members were very professional and helping but Malina was an exception.I found Malina intelligent, hard working, knowledgeable, full of energy and always ready to help others.Overall it was a great experience staying in the hotel

I missed Muslim shower in the toilet.It think it will be a good addition for the Muslim clients.Breakfast was delicious but sitting area needs expansion

The hotel location was a stones throw away from the Tube which made getting around the city exceptionally easy. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. My room was always warm which was welcoming after a day exploring the sub zero temperatures. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent and it was constantly topped up 👌🏼

When the rooms above me flushed the toilet or had a shower it sounded at times like it was coming into the room! The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests stopping. People had to share tables as not enough room.

This hotel was amazing. The breakfast was good and the hotel was just perfect. the only thing was that we were there for a week and we could have done with a little more storage for our clothes. But that was our only grumble. The location is perfect, just a 12 min walk from the station and in a really good location to everything. It's only a 25 mins stroll to the old town and has a really good bus and underground close by. I would highly recommend it.

It was clean and cozy and exactly what I was expecting. The price was very reasonable for its location and the fact that I had an en suite bathroom. They kindly gave me a room on the ground floor due to my huge luggage bag lol. Breakfast was nice, a quick way to fill up before a packed day of walking about. Would recommend this hotel to any solo travellers who prefer not to share a room or bathroom like in a dorm.

I wish the breakfast area was bigger - on the first morning, I had to wait for a seat, as all the seats were taken. The next morning, I went down right as breakfast was starting, so it wasn't as packed.

Clean and tidy, modern classic design, nice staff, choice of different milks, lift, comfortable bed, darkening curtains, water cooker plus one free tree and coffee, easy phone access to TV, hairdryer, enough breakfast

Broken shower holder, to be carful about making wet the whole 2m2 bathroom while taking a shower, tiny spot for pouring water/ similar in the tiny bathroom sink (a turning water tap for more space would be better)

Location was great. Breakfast, wifi was great. Bathroom was small but as a single traveller it was perfect and all I needed. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was super clean and towels changed and bed made every day. I would visit and recommend.

Maybe the curtains could cover the windows more so the light can't get in during the summer months. Couldn't figure out the aircon
