The experience was great! We visited Stockholm as a first two-days stop for our bigger trip to Lapland. The hotel is in a strategic spot: not only very close to the central station where Arlanda Express from Airport leaves you but also it is a good starting point for every possible direction you choose to explore the town. The first floor has a market where you can find EVERYTHIING you need, a big relaxing area for your coffee and of course the spacious areas for dinner and breakfast. The breakfast was included in the price and it had so many options that surely will exceed your expectations! The staff was so helpful and kind! Finally the rooms were at the underground floor. The room was clean,comfortable and surely ideal for couples. The Wi Fi connection was great and the Smart Tv works great! The only point that i would like to mention is that the bathroom glass is made this way that with the lights you can see the shadow of your partner inside. I highly recommend the hotel,the breakfast,the spacious well designed areas to relax and of course pay a visit to the market!

Attached to a "deli" which was really more like a huge upscale market. Breakfast served a buffet from this market so the food was fantastic - some of the best pastries I've ever had at a hotel breakfast. Rooms had a really cool typically sleek Scandinavian design without being too basic or "Ikea"ish. The deli's work/meeting space was the hotel's lobby so there was a cute tech/creative vibe.

I didn't have a problem with this because I don't require light or windows but some who absolutely need views may not like that the rooms are underground. So no windows. Beware if claustraphobic.

The hotel has such a good, relaxing and modern vibe. It’s exceptionally clean, great facilities and in an amazing location - the subway is next door and gets you into the old town in just three minutes. As a hotel guest, you get free tea and coffee, and 20% off in the restaurant, which makes it really good value for high quality food. Breakfast is excellent too - lots to choose from! The rooms are very comfortable and as soon as you close the door, there’s silence and you can’t hear a thing. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The Hotel with Urban Deli is a very interesting place. The location is good because it's near a metro station and by walking distance from the central station. When you enter the first time maybe I'll find yourself lost because the hall it's totally different of any hotel I have been before. It seems that you have entered a bar where you will chill out and not an hotel. But if you look carefully you'll realise that yes there is a bar, but it's also the the check in area. So, stop there and talk to the staff, they will help you. The rooms are all below, literally underground, that's mean they have no windows. Keep in mind if always need a window and fresh air from outside when you stay in an hotel. The room was big enough, perfectly clean, no smell whatever. The furnitures where good enough, not worn out. Maybe a chair would be appreciated. The bathroom was spacious, well cleaned and with discrete toiletries. The walls and the door were really soundproof, even though there was music in the hallway nothing could be heard in the room. What keeps this hotel from others are the facilities. Like I said you can find a bar, a restaurant, a supermarket, a rooftop bar, so you can have a good time with your friends, but there is also a space before the entrance to the rooms where you can relax or work. You can literally live there without leaving the hotel. And you'll find a lot of interesting people, there is a really good vibe in this place.

Like I said all the rooms are without windows. The bathroom it's not a different room literally, because it's delimited by glasses that are not see through, but you'll see the shadow so if you value your own privacy or you are travelling with friends and not the loved ones, I don't think that it will be very comfortable.

The hotel met and exceeded expectations! I chose it because of the great reviews about the breakfast, rooftop, and central location. The breakfast was truly good – with strong, quality coffee, several kinds of loose-leaf tea, plant-based milk, and warm croissants. The only thing missing might’ve been pancakes :) The restaurant and common areas were lovely, and the shop had some interesting products. The weather was perfect for enjoying the rooftop, and there was a DJ playing over the weekend. You could bring your own drinks or buy them upstairs. The rooms are well air-conditioned, exceptionally quiet, the bed is comfortable, and everything is very clean.

Although the rooms were air-conditioned, I still missed some fresh air – my mouth would get very dry overnight. The only thing I would change about this hotel is the semi-transparent bathroom door! You can half-see through it and hear everything – not very private :))

A Delightful Stay My recent stay at the Hotel with Urban Deli was delightful. The room was clean and well-maintained. Noise levels were minimal, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The provided amenities were sufficient, and the Wi-Fi connection was consistently fast and reliable. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of the stay, offering a wide array of high-quality, fresh, and delicious options. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. The hotel also offered opportunities for recreation and socialization, such as board games and a ping-pong table. The on-site restaurant was another standout feature, serving exceptional food at reasonable prices. The Friday night oyster special was quite impressive. I enjoyed spending quality time with my family, playing chess and ping-pong. I appreciate the staff's kindness and housekeeping. I would appreciate larger trash bins, or more of them. Overall, my stay at UD was exceptional.

My stay at Urban Deli was overall pleasant. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the front desk team gave a great first impression when we arrived in the city. Location is excellent, just one metro stop from the city center, where we could take other trams and buses. Breakfast was a major highlight! Great variety and fresh ingredients provided. I was a bit worried about the windowless room, but it actually turned out to be a benefit for us. During summer, the sun rises quite early, so having no window helped us sleep better. The room was in the basement with good soundproofing, and I slept well every night.

I experienced an issue with housekeeping. My room was skipped twice, even though I had placed the cleaning request sign on the door well before midnight the night before. The first time it happened, I spoke to someone at the front desk. He confirmed our room was on the cleaning list and kindly helped us take out the trash and brought fresh towels, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the room was missed again the next day, which was quite frustrating. Another thing I found a bit annoying was the bathroom design. Water flowed all over the floor when showering. I had to use used towels to keep the room dry, otherwise it could be a bit dangerous.

Location of the hotel is great, in walking distance to everything (15min walk to Gamla Stan, 5 min to shopping (NK, Gallerien,…), 10min walk to Central train station / Arlanda Express). In front of hotel is always at lot for electrical bikes and scooters for rent, 10 meters away is also Hotorget underground station. The hotel is cosy and clean, nice vibe all the time. Wi-Fi works perfectly also underground. Staff were great and really friendly. You get also unlimited complimentary coffee and tea at the reception all the time and discount as a guest from their bar. There is restaurant and local grocery shop inside the hotel with really great food. You must visit also rooftop bar.

Rooms are located below ground, that why there is no windows. It was ok but not used to it. From time to time you hear noise from nearby underground. Minus is also that there is no refrigerator in the room. When you travel with small kids you must always have some yogurt or milk for them in the room and refrigerator in that case really helps. Adding some more TV programs (cartoons for kids in English) would be nice. Breakfast could be more diverse, but there was some traditional Swedish food, and what was offered was really tasty.

My stay was excellent and I would thoroughly recommend the hotel. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and tea and coffee free at reception whenever you asked. A great choice of breakfast too. Food from the deli was also really good and I had dinner in the restaurant and had a lovely steak. My room was comfy, spacious, good shower and "rituals" toiletries. The hotel is chilled during the day and extremely busy in the evenings with outsiders using the rooftop bar. Located next to Hotorget metro station and really easy to get to...only one stop from T Centralen.

Hotel was very funky and the room cute. It was quite warm in the room, the aircon didn't seem super cooling but it was more of a 'just right' temp rather than too hot and this is coming from someone who is too hot at just about any temp. Breakfast was tasty especially the bacon, loved the pastries - you can get free tea and coffee from the bar all day if you are a patron of the hotel and you get 20% off their other items. Staff were incredibly helpful leading up to our stay, I had a lot of questions as I'd booked to come during midsommar (before realising it was midsommar, oops)

I think these negatives will only apply if you go during midsommar so please ignore otherwise: - I didn't know the rooftop bar would be closed, as said above I had a lot of contact with the staff and this wasn't mentioned, I wrongly assumed that as the hotel was open that each part of it would be open. - Some of the breakfast took a while to be replenished but this was probably due to being shortstaffed due to the holiday
