Good location, nice staff, great breakfast! Very comfortable bed and clean room.

My room was located in the basement and the room was not "sound proof". I could hear people using the bathroom in the room above me as well as walking around. So be aware of this if your room is located in the basement.

The breakfast was amazing — a wide variety of dishes and everything was absolutely delicious, including traditional Swedish food. The location is very convenient — on a quiet street, but just around the corner is where all the action begins. It was peaceful at night, and the soundproofing was excellent. We felt very comfortable and at ease. I would also like to highlight the wonderful care and attentiveness of the staff.

You definitely need to do something about the plumbing – I had to spend a significant amount of time adjusting the shower temperature, and once it was finally set, I couldn’t touch the tap without risking throwing off the delicate balance, where even a one-degree turn could shift the water from freezing cold to boiling hot. Also, in daylight, I noticed concerning stains all over the carpeted floor. I believe they are old and can no longer be removed with regular vacuuming. However, in my opinion, if you're going to have carpeting, it should be clean — otherwise, it should be removed.

Everything is perfect. Perfect location perfect place. Breakfast is decent and can manage.

I should say as a complain, just voicing my thoughts, booking a time slot for breakfast prior one day can be bit tricky. We don’t have the habit to book it everyday and usually hotels don’t have this. So one can forget very easily esp when u r in vacation. I slightly felt as an added additional task to do this. May be it’s just me coz I literally never booked a slot timeframe for breakfast one day before. And I actually forgot to book as well for the second or third day… lol. I know from the hotel side it’s easier so that it doesn’t get cluttered at once with lot of incoming crowd. Anyways!!

Amazing location- 5 minutes from T-Centralen and Hötorget. You could be at all the main attractions within 20 minutes from here. The breakfast was great- food was delicious and choice massive. Beds were comfortable and had AC. Decoration was modern and well done.

Some parts of the hotel looked a little tired- carpets etc needed a clean. There was no kettle in the room- I asked for one but was told they couldn’t get one as they were the only receptionist (there were other staff available). Had to book a time slot for breakfast which was a bit annoying- but just did this for the whole trip on the first day- meant that there was no queue. Room clean had to be requested. Pillows weren’t very comfortable but they were ok and could’ve asked for more if necessary.

Great hotel, breakfast, staff and location. Short walk from Central station and close by underground station. We were able to leave luggage after checkout at no cost. Note no tea/coffee in room (standard room) but foyer and restaurant/lounge area was available and of a high standard. Reception also had toiletries, snacks, etc for sale which was really handy. Things like toothbrushes, tissues, etc. Basic toiletries provided in room. Good to see dispensers rather than individually wrapped and bottled soaps and shampoos. Would definitely book again.

The location was great, right next to the subway station. Breakfast was very good, something you can't really say about Swedish hotels. Room was pretty big, bathroom was very clean!

There was a fan in the room that cannot be stopped. The staff told me it's because that's the only way to get air into the room. Which was surprising, considering you can ... open the window. And unfortunately that fan blows in cold air. Combine that with the fact that it was mid-september and the heating couldn't be switched on, it was a bit cold. Also, the breakfast needs to have proper coffee. I know Swedes think filtered coffee is good, but it just isn't. An espresso machine? Cappucino maybe?

The room itself was quite small, but cosy, and the bathroom was excellent, very clean and spacious. The staff were excellent, particularly the guy who checked me in. Friendly, welcoming and informative. The breakfast selection was exceptional, with so much choice, and the breakfast room itself large and spacious. The luggage lockers were also very useful. The day I checked out I had several hours before the train left, but it rained hard all day. I got very wet and returned to the hotel for a couple of hours. Even though I had checked out, the staff said I was still their guest, gave me a place to change my clothes and said I could sit in the bar for as long as I needed to. Exceptional customer service.

The hotel was perfectly located. Just a short walk from the train station and literally around the corner from the main shopping area. Lots of restaurants nearby and a short, pleasant stroll from the Old Town Hamla Stan. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast choice was good and being asked to choose a time slot meant it had a relaxed feel. The outdoor space was a welcome addition to sit and relax and read a book. We picked an economy room as our intention was to be out and about rather than spending time in the room. As such, the room was 'compact, but the bed was comfortable and it was quiet which was great.

If you're claustrophobic this style of room wouldn't be for you. Ot reminded of an inside cabinet on a cruise, no windows, but as ot was midsummer with very long days, again this suited our needs, no fighting with curtains to block out light.

Comfortable rooms with bright sunshiney view of the city, we had a standard double room which was spacious enough for 2 bags on the floor. Powerful & hot rain shower. Aircon was difficult/unclear to control so rooms were warm overnight but not a huge issue. Friendly staff everywhere and felt easy to find staff if you needed help. Huge and varied breakfast buffet although have to book a time in advance, can eat inside or on the terrace, loved this. Great location, moments from main shopping street & 10 mins walk to central station. Regularly played Taylor swift all weekend which was great!!

Air-conditioning/heating could be easier to control but we managed. Nothing else, would stay again based on rates (price likely inflated for Taylor swift but not unaffordable especially for Stockholm, felt totally worth it for the money)

We found the staff really helpful, check-in/check-out was smooth. Location was great for our trip, we could access everything by foot, while it was not too noisy. Breakfast was awesome, we were definitely looking forward to it each morning. You do need to schedule the time of your breakfast in advance, but we did not find this an issue.

We were not aware of this prior, but the room temperature/ventilation cannot be adjusted. As we are not used to cold air blowing all night, we did manage to catch a cold.
