Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was very central so very easy to travel around the city from! Nice views from the rooftop bar.

Pool facilities are not included in the room price, you have to pay extra to access :(

Location is second to none: three minutes' walk from the Arlanda Express and commuter trains, which meant I was 15 min away from the Stockholm Fair where my conference was, extremely handy. Great breakfast. Fantastic staff accommodated my early check-in and late check out and changed my room--I was initially given a room opening to an INDOOR courtyard under construction with scaffolding: no light, no air, panic attack-inducing scenario in which I could not stay and they sorted me out.The staff in breakfast room are fast and efficient, really commendable and breakfast selection is excellent. Make sure to book a room with an outside view.

The first room I was offered was opening to an INDOOR courtyard under construction with scaffolding in front of the window, no fresh air, and no light, literallyimpossibleto tell light from day in the room. Who on Earth thought this was a good design idea? And who on Earth in the hotel management thought it was OK to rent such a substandard accommodation at a premium rate? If those rooms came heavily discounted and signposted while construction is ongoing, it *may* be acceptable. This way: bordering on a scam. Thankfully, the staff moved me to a room with access to fresh air. In the end, I had no time for the pool, but why is there an additional charge to use it? Pool use is standard practice in establishments of this level. It feels mean.

Perfect location 5 minutes walk from the Arlanda Express train to / from the airport and right next to Central Station with links to the metro. Lots of bars, restaurants and fast food places within a couple of minutes walk. Modern hotel which is tastefully decorated and offers good facilities. The top floor cocktail bar was a nice surprise and made excellent drinks with a good view through the ceiling to floor windows out towards central Stockholm. The hotel bar/restaurant seemed busy and looked to be very good based on the menu. Rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms featured modern fully tiled walk in showers and lovely heated floors. Staff were effective and polite and able to offer good information on the area. Reasonably priced for Stockholm which is an expensive city for non-Scandinavians.

Use of the swimming pool and sauna was at extra cost which was a little disappointing. TV offered only one channel in English which was BBC News 24.

The location was excellent for central station, jumping on the tram and car hire just across the road. The sound proofed rooms were a God send with two small children and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic - the kids loved exploring all the different options. Having a play room was great.

It wasn't clear that use of the pool would be at an extra daily charge and even if it was, I think this was unreasonable. The pool facilities should be included in the room rate. We never saw a member of staff in the pool area and not sure how well it was maintained. The jacuzzi was broken the whole time we were there and had a strange yellow hue to it. Also, the play room was good, but it is only open at breakfast time and we were only told about it towards the end of our stay. It isn't obvious as it's a room labelled meeting room.

Great location, very central, just a few minutes to the Arlanda Express station. From there you can take a train to the airport. It takes just 18 minutes. I had a superior room, which was a good size. Breakfast was good and varied. There was a lot on offer at the buffet breakfast. And what I thought was particularly good was that every morning there was a sign in the breakfast room making clear how many kilograms of waste the hotel had to throw away after breakfast the previous day. One morning it was 32 kilograms! That is insane, of course. So I think it is good that this hotel tries to make guests aware that they should only take what they are actually going to eat.

The airconditioning was not great and too loud! I often had the window open, but as the hotel is on a busy street (Vasagatan), this was not a good idea (people going out at night etc.)

Hotel location is excellent. It's next to Central station , Bus station, Metro and Tram Station. Lots food options around. Happening place. Room size was good enough for 3 persons. Bathroom size is excellent. Room is with Kettle & free tea coffee, Bathroom towels, hand towels, Refrigerator, ironing facility, locker, good number of power sockets, enough illumination, work desk, enough handwash, shampoo & Bodywash. Breakfast spread was good and of good quality. Cleanliness is superb. Weighting facility available for baggage weight checking. Rooms are well air conditioned. All tourists attractions are nearby and accessible by foot or through public transport. Overall really good Hotel to stay.for business as well as leisure

Price is little high for one night. Atleast breakfast should have been included in the room rent. Tea coffee was not replenished on request since housekeeping staff was not around. Checkin process takes little time due to rush. Bottled water is not kept in Hotel though tap water is safe. Such ki d of Hotel should have few bottles in the room.

This is my favourite hotel in Stockholm. I can't even count how many times I have stayed here and it has always met my expectations. My room was very clean and well designed. I loved the bath-tub in the bathroom and the comfy beddings. The room was cleaned properly every day and the cleaning staff always made sure to leave more towels and re-fill the tissue boxes when they got empty. The location is of course amazing with Arlanda express right next door and a Café right in the hotel. Looking forward to my next visit already!

Closing the room doors can be loud and I could here the neighbouring rooms all night which can be a bit noisy. My room's door was also hard to close which I guess was also loud for the other guests every time I close it.

Amazing location and we were lucky to get a room with city view. Internal rooms would be less appealing. Spacious room - comfortable for sleep (although pillows not brilliant) and a really great shower. Nice sweets in the lobby! Professional staff. Excellent breakfast - almost anything you could wish for (except blueberries!), no trouble getting a table, long breakfast hours and food was always quickly replenished. Not cheap, but to be expected in this central location, right next to the main station.

The music was too loud in the rooftop bar. It felt a little anonymous, but this is to be expected in such a large hotel.

Right next to train station, so perfect if coming or going by train. Very nice property with large attractive lobby and lovely staff. Cleaning staff very good. Large fitness facility. Coffee/tea and sweets provided in the lobby all day. Fast elevators.

Desk staff not very knowledgeable about local transportation options. I understand the benefit of charging for the pool, to keep the number of users down, but the price should maybe be lower. I asked about buying the breakfast for just one morning, and the price would have been a lot higher than what booking.com offered it for when booking.

Good bar and restaurants. Good location. Nice room. Comfortable bed. I was given complimentary access to the pool area which was very kind of that staff member. Loved the complimentary sweets, apples and water on offer in the reception area.

One small issue. I had booked a Superior Room on this site. This site simply describes the bed as an extra large double bed. There was no caveat given on this site to suggest that there could be twin beds instead. I was not thrilled to find two twin beds in a room I’m paying more than £200 a night for. After speaking to two different members of staff, I was eventually upgraded to a room with the bed I was supposed to have. This unfortunate bed alternative needs to be stated on booking.com or they should simply ensure that these rooms have the stated bed.
