Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was very central so very easy to travel around the city from! Nice views from the rooftop bar.

Pool facilities are not included in the room price, you have to pay extra to access :(

Location is second to none: three minutes' walk from the Arlanda Express and commuter trains, which meant I was 15 min away from the Stockholm Fair where my conference was, extremely handy. Great breakfast. Fantastic staff accommodated my early check-in and late check out and changed my room--I was initially given a room opening to an INDOOR courtyard under construction with scaffolding: no light, no air, panic attack-inducing scenario in which I could not stay and they sorted me out.The staff in breakfast room are fast and efficient, really commendable and breakfast selection is excellent. Make sure to book a room with an outside view.

The first room I was offered was opening to an INDOOR courtyard under construction with scaffolding in front of the window, no fresh air, and no light, literallyimpossibleto tell light from day in the room. Who on Earth thought this was a good design idea? And who on Earth in the hotel management thought it was OK to rent such a substandard accommodation at a premium rate? If those rooms came heavily discounted and signposted while construction is ongoing, it *may* be acceptable. This way: bordering on a scam. Thankfully, the staff moved me to a room with access to fresh air. In the end, I had no time for the pool, but why is there an additional charge to use it? Pool use is standard practice in establishments of this level. It feels mean.

Perfect location 5 minutes walk from the Arlanda Express train to / from the airport and right next to Central Station with links to the metro. Lots of bars, restaurants and fast food places within a couple of minutes walk. Modern hotel which is tastefully decorated and offers good facilities. The top floor cocktail bar was a nice surprise and made excellent drinks with a good view through the ceiling to floor windows out towards central Stockholm. The hotel bar/restaurant seemed busy and looked to be very good based on the menu. Rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms featured modern fully tiled walk in showers and lovely heated floors. Staff were effective and polite and able to offer good information on the area. Reasonably priced for Stockholm which is an expensive city for non-Scandinavians.

Use of the swimming pool and sauna was at extra cost which was a little disappointing. TV offered only one channel in English which was BBC News 24.

Hotel location is excellent. It's next to Central station , Bus station, Metro and Tram Station. Lots food options around. Happening place. Room size was good enough for 3 persons. Bathroom size is excellent. Room is with Kettle & free tea coffee, Bathroom towels, hand towels, Refrigerator, ironing facility, locker, good number of power sockets, enough illumination, work desk, enough handwash, shampoo & Bodywash. Breakfast spread was good and of good quality. Cleanliness is superb. Weighting facility available for baggage weight checking. Rooms are well air conditioned. All tourists attractions are nearby and accessible by foot or through public transport. Overall really good Hotel to stay.for business as well as leisure

Price is little high for one night. Atleast breakfast should have been included in the room rent. Tea coffee was not replenished on request since housekeeping staff was not around. Checkin process takes little time due to rush. Bottled water is not kept in Hotel though tap water is safe. Such ki d of Hotel should have few bottles in the room.

Hotel Radisson or 锦江酒店 is centrally located in Stockholm; it's literally right next to the central railway station. It's one of the most expensive hotels there is in central Stockholm. Within walking distance of less than 100m, you can definitely travel to another city in Sweden much easier when you book here. Facilities wise, as a 4/5 star hotel, they definitely have all the rooms & facilities you need to accommodate you. Breakfast is offered at a cost of about 30 Euros or 35 USD....rooms are spacious & very quiet. Bed is very comfortable to stay in. Bathroom/washroom shower head is very easy to operate. Everything seems very good except...

...except in the breakfast area. There are flies flying around the freshly made food like bread, cucumber/tomato veggies & even around the juice/milk/beverage area(( This is definitely not a good impression for guests who purchased for breakfast & having to see flies & bugs around their food. Kitchen staff should maintain better sanitary standards for guests so that they don't get annoyed by insects.

The room was nice and clean. Some members of staff were helpful, however the gentlemen on reception when we queried how far away we were from each (considering the fact we had asked for rooms close to each other as we are one family over 6 months early) was exceptionally unhelpful. Instead of trying to help or apologise he just said' it wasn't him who dealt with the room allocation,' and just tried to brush the complaint off. We asked to speak to a manager who was unavailable and when we asked them to contact us as soon as they were available (we left our telephone number) they never contacted us. We again asked the speak to the managed the following day again was told they were unavailable and again asked them to contact us which they did not. When we got in that evening, we had to again go to reception and asked to speak to someone and finally it was dealt with, but the service and customer care was poor.

The room was very spacious, an additional bed was provided at no extra cost. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The location was absolutely perfect, close to the central station, restaurants etc The gym was well equipped.

The pool was closed during our entire stay, I wish this had been communicated before booking because we picked this hotel for its pool and sauna. We also came back to an unmade room in the afternoon, we had to call to request the cleaning ladies to come and clean while we were there because they had been backed up during morning hours. This should not happen. Otherwise the hotel is quite good.

Me and my partner we went for a holiday before Christmas Eve and the hotel was amazing. The room was big with a huge and such a comfortable bed. The bathroom was as well spacious and nice. The room was modern with very nice lights and furniture, everything was so nice. Also our room was in a quiet part of the building which I appreciated a lot ! The staff from the reception were so kind ,professional ! We will come back here in the future !

I liked everything! I cannot complain about anything to be honest I have been to all North of Europe countries and the hotelsnever disappoint

Anna at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The room we were assigned had a malfunctioning door. WE COULDN'T OPEN IT FROM INSIDE. We were trapped. I called down to the front desk in a panic mode. The fellow who came and entered by opening the door with a master key told us (not true) that all rooms were 'that way for security'. How ridiculous can one be! We told him that we could not spend our week worrying about getting out of the room. We went down with him. He spoke with Anna, who changed our room (upgraded). I double-checked twice to make sure that they flagged the room # 449 and didn't assign it until it was fixed. Now that we were relaxed, we could enjoy our stay in Stockholm. The location is great, and the breakfast was awesome. The property is well maintained.

The incompetent staff member. Common sense isn't so common.

The hotel was centrally located, just 15 minutes from the airport on the express train with the station being minutes away and close to restaurants, shopping and a short walk to the Old Town - staff very pleasant, helpful and friendly - the room was very comfortable and spacious with all mod cons - just needed a little more wardrobe space. The breakfast was delicious, a great choice of good quality food and well presented - the Bar on the top floor is definitely a must, fabulous views of the city while sipping on a cocktail. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and also in Stockholm.
