Very comfortable bed. Very nice room. Room feels spacious.

Despite being geographically right next to the station, it does take like 10-20 minutes to get there if you’re not overly familiar with the station and its many different platforms. The breakfast seemed to not have enough tables, but in the end I realised there were empty ones upstairs. Maybe put up some signs… or more signs (best at the entrance before you can see food, because once people see food, they don’t look elsewhere haha)

Breakfast was amazing with so many options, hotel was clean & really nice with free tea & coffee, a bar & nice reception seating area with games. Friendly helpful staff

We chose the Thon because it was affordable but this came with a downside in that the room was small and missed out on several essentials. It would have been easy to provide more shelf space both in the bedroom and bathroom. In my health condition with a stoma there was nowhere to set out my bags and wipes etc. Similarly with clothing...not enough shelf space. Beds were comfortable and glazing really kept out the noise from the station.

As said above, more basic facilities like shelves were needed.

The hotel is located very close to the main station, which enables great experiences in Stockholm from the get go. The rooms are smaller compared to other hotels, but there is enough space for 2 people with bags. One thing that was noted on other reviews; Yes, some rooms have no windows. When booking the room its something to consider. Its a rather quiet place. The rooms are clean and come with towels, hair dryer and shampoo/soaps. The breakfast was really good with many tasty foods to choose from. The breakfast buffet itself is located on the corner of the hotel, with a great view through the windows, 2 floors and a lovely atmosphere. From the breakfest buffet we especially loved the lemon ginger shots, that clear the throat. There are also a lot of different vegetables, salads and different flavours of yoghurt. The personell is very professionell and helping if you need something. We would like to personal thank for the hospitality of the first and last receptionist. You made us feel very comfortable and welcome! Breakfast times were little too early for us, but that is on us. Other than that, everything has been fine. Edit: Thank you dear Hotel team. This hotel was exactly as described! The staff greeted you like a friend and were very informative and helpful. We missed our connecting flight to Stockholm, and I was nervous about getting to the hotel after midnight. But the staff assured me all would be fine, and it was. The room we had was modest and had no windows (which I knew would be the case), making for a quiet, cocoon-like sleep. The breakfast- OH THE BREAKFAST- had such an expansive spread- I have never experienced anything like it. The quality of food was amazing too. The location of the hotel could not be better- literally a stone's throw from the main train, metro, Tram, and bus station, making getting around so easy. The lobby was really chill but fun, with lots of games to play and good food and drink options for purchase. It is also very LGBTQ+ friendly, which made me very happy. Incredible value for the price. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

It is a very busy hotel, so if you don't like crowds, it might not be the place for you.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with cosy space both outside and inside to eat. The room was perfect for my needs even without a window, comfortable double bed, bathroom, a small fridge, TV and a desk all very comfortable and efficient. There was also an electric kettle to make tea. The location was ideal literally in the center of stockholm, a few minutes to arlanda express train by foot, gamla stan, everything around and beautiful sea and nature all around. The staff was very friendly and totally helpful and this includes everyone ( reception, buffet, room attendants ). There was total peace and quiet in the room and the hall which really helped me relax as it is important to me.

I really liked the soundproofing of our room as being so close to the train station facing it as well, would be very uncomfortable without it. Also all the descriptions and information from the receptionist by the day of our arrival was great and so helpful.

The breakfast room was very busy anytime we went which was unpleasant for having a nice peaceful breakfast and getting the food fast as well so it slowed us down for the morning and as I do not like crowds it made me very uncomfortable. Also I did not like the shower much with only having a curtain to stop the water which did not shield the bathroom at all.

Breakfast was incredible. Location was great. Staff are very helpful, always smiling and lovely to deal with. Although the room was internal and small, we weren't there for the view so it was fine. The bed was very comfortable, the room's rubbish was emptied every day and the bed straightened up. The water was always hot and there was good pressure in the shower. For a small room it had all the facilities of a larger room- jug, tea, coffee, hair dryer, and a small fridge. What it didn't have was space. But if you're on a budget and don't mind being close to your partner then this is a prefect stay in Stockholm.

I personally don't like wet rooms however this was a small dislike that was outweighed by everything else I did like.

Very convenient location, right above Stockholm Central Station and within walking distance to the Old City, which made getting around super easy. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby, but most places tend to close by 8 or 8:30 PM. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety to choose from. Our room had a kettle with coffee and tea supplies which was nice and the smart TV in the room helped keep our toddler entertained. One thing to note: the rooms don’t have windows, which could feel a bit claustrophobic if anyone is sensitive to that. But on the bright side, the lack of natural light meant no disruption from the long daylight hours, perfect for a good night's sleep!

The room without windows took a little bit of getting used to. The rooms were kind of small but was manageable for a couple nights stay. The room service provided fresh towels and coffee supplies everyday but didnt actually clean the room or make the bed during our 3 night stay there.

No one can beat their location! Only a few minute walk from Stockholm central station. Their breakfast is also great with variations. Especially warm dishes. The good sound proof on side walls perfect but the noise from the door side. Without window was ok. I didn't mind at all. I needed to leave earlier than the breakfast hours and the staff gave be a sandwich and coffee.

The path to the room was like a maze.... The breakfast dining place got crowded at peak time and couldn't find seats, waited standing... The power outlet for charging my phone was located only at the door side. Gym facility was 5 min walk away outside...so I didn't use it....too cold to be outside after the workout.
