The property is perfectly located, right across from the train and metro station, and the Arlanda express for those arriving from the airport. The reception is manned 24/7 and they are incredibly friendly. Never before have I come across such an effective cleaning team by the way. Room cleaning was amazing and performed everyday, regardless of the hour I left my room they always found time to clean it. There is a 7/11 next to the hotel that is open 24/7 and the hotel breakfast was of amazing quality. Again, friendly staff, good food, and very convenient (included in the price of my reservation as well). I liked the sauna and the gym area, the showers in the gym area are very spacious by the way so sometimes I would just shower there! Very luxurious and spacious. The whole hotel was so convenient.

It was hot the first nights of my stay, and since I’m on the 4th floor with no A/C I couldn’t sleep. Also because the sun in Sweden in June comes up at 3 am. Thankfully I asked reception for a fan for my room and they obliged, and that fixed the problem! I’m also glad I brought an eye mask, I really needed that because of the early mornings in Sweden. Be sure to ask how to get to the gym by the way, otherwise you’ll never find it on your own! It’s not clearly marked.

Perfect location. Walking distance from Central station and lots of restaurants. We used the Go City Card and were able to catch the Hop-on Hop-off bus across the street everyday. Also, the Arlanda Express train station was only a 3 min walk from the hotel.

There was no AC in the room even though it stated there was in the description for the room we booked. The desk said only some rooms have AC and gave us a fan to use. We also requested a room with a tub and did not receive one. I feel it was deceptive to list a AC and bathtub if you can’t get those.

Staff very friendly and helpful with one small exception. Fabulous breakfast buffet - huge choice - well cooked and plentiful. Room was spotlessly clean, super comfortable bed and pristine bed linen. Issue with safe quickly rectified with a little creative thinking by very nice maintenance guy.

No air conditioning in the room and locked windows - so was very hot and stuffy. asked at reception and they opened one of the windows, which solved the matter although could be a bit noisy from street below.Didn’t stop me sleeping. One bartender grumpy and not very friendly!

Room was tiny but nice. Not totally updated but has a bit of old world charm. The breakfast was excellent. They have a pillow menu for you to pick whatever pillow you prefer. I am really grateful that they let me in my room as soon as it was available because I was unwell after my flight.

The morning of checkout I was going to miss breakfast so they told me that they could give me a brown bag breakfast before I left with a ham and cheese sandwich, coffee, juice. The coffee and juice were much appreciated as was the yogurt they included. The sandwich, however was made of cucumber and peppers. ?!? That is the weirdest breakfast sandwich I’ve ever seen and I can’t eat peppers so I went without. The thought was nice. I called down for a towel but the gentleman who answered said I’d have to come get it because he was the only one on duty. Fair enough, but I’m standing like a dummy outside my shower soaking wet, so I can’t make it, my guy. These are *minor* instances and I was pretty happy with the hotel over all.

Room doors open out into the main hall, which is both dangerous if someone opens it and your walking past plus a fire hazard. Towels were not changed daily Very few English channels on tv Hard to put shower gel in bath tub as can't take off the wall Were unable to open windows and hotel was far too hot although we did get the tool from the staff to open it up No ashtrays outside hotel or smoking areas Breakfast tables are far to close to each other not everybody want to sit on top of others Hotel bar was closed Sunday...why? More tea, sugar, coffee, and milk should be put supplied in the rooms.

Great Location near Central Station, Metro, Buses & Airport Express. 5-10 min walk to all including shopping centre. Lots of bars & restaurants nearby. Staff all friendly & helpful. Room was spacious, very comfortable & clean. Lots of sockets, decent hairdryer & an iron too!. Very good breakfast selection set us up for the day. The bar has a great vibe at night & serves excellent cocktails.

Breakfast was chaotic at weekends. Particularly between 9 & 10am Avoid room 141. We took advantage of a Genius upgrade. Our room was fine but the location was the worst. A long & winding walk farthest from reception. It is above the breakfast kitchen & overlooks the function room. On a bright sunny day it was very gloomy, which may be a plus for some. Bathroom floor was awash after a shower. On the upside we could take the stairs which was helpful as there was only 2 lifts operating Advise checking your room before committing. I will be wary of future Genius upgrades.

The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite being centrally located, the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and elegantly decorated, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, my stay at Elite Hotel Adlon exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm and I would gladly return in the future.

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the Central Station. The room was clean and ample, and the amenities were good. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices.

Travelled with the family. Thne main bed was comfy, but the sofa bed was exactly that: a sofa that had the cushions removed and a thin mattress placed on top (ie, not a pull-out sofa bed). It was quite narrow, even for a child. The shower was fine, although quite snug... these were minor quibbles though. It's also expensive, albeit within the general price range of the area.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location for anything you could want to do in Stockholm. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great standard with a wide variety of options and the sauna which we took advantage of was a great addition to our Scandinavian travel experience. I had mentioned that it was my wife's 30th birthday and they left us a special drink in the room alongside a little card, a small touch that meant a lot to us on this special trip.

Very small things but our room had a smoke alarm with a green light that flashed at 15 second intervals all night. One of the nights, we also heard loud music being played by a bar or flat nearby at 1am which really affected our ability to sleep. Other than that though, the stay was ideal with excellent value for money.

The location was exceptional, a 5-minute walk from the Central Station, and an 18-minute ride on the Arlanda Express from the airport. The location is also very close to the main pedestrian shopping street and an easy walk to all the main attractions. The room was beautiful. Had everything we needed and more. The bathroom was very luxurious. The bed was super comfortable. There was a great selection of food at breakfast, and on our last day we had to check out very early to get to the airport, so the staff offered us "breakfast to go", which we really appreciated.
