Great Location near Central Station, Metro, Buses & Airport Express. 5-10 min walk to all including shopping centre. Lots of bars & restaurants nearby. Staff all friendly & helpful. Room was spacious, very comfortable & clean. Lots of sockets, decent hairdryer & an iron too!. Very good breakfast selection set us up for the day. The bar has a great vibe at night & serves excellent cocktails.

Breakfast was chaotic at weekends. Particularly between 9 & 10am Avoid room 141. We took advantage of a Genius upgrade. Our room was fine but the location was the worst. A long & winding walk farthest from reception. It is above the breakfast kitchen & overlooks the function room. On a bright sunny day it was very gloomy, which may be a plus for some. Bathroom floor was awash after a shower. On the upside we could take the stairs which was helpful as there was only 2 lifts operating Advise checking your room before committing. I will be wary of future Genius upgrades.

The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the Central Station. The room was clean and ample, and the amenities were good. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices.

Travelled with the family. Thne main bed was comfy, but the sofa bed was exactly that: a sofa that had the cushions removed and a thin mattress placed on top (ie, not a pull-out sofa bed). It was quite narrow, even for a child. The shower was fine, although quite snug... these were minor quibbles though. It's also expensive, albeit within the general price range of the area.

This is a great hotel in a perfect location for anything you could want to do in Stockholm. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great standard with a wide variety of options and the sauna which we took advantage of was a great addition to our Scandinavian travel experience. I had mentioned that it was my wife's 30th birthday and they left us a special drink in the room alongside a little card, a small touch that meant a lot to us on this special trip.

Very small things but our room had a smoke alarm with a green light that flashed at 15 second intervals all night. One of the nights, we also heard loud music being played by a bar or flat nearby at 1am which really affected our ability to sleep. Other than that though, the stay was ideal with excellent value for money.

I found this a very smart, well run hotel which is in a great location being just a few minutes walk from the Arlanda Express train stop. It is also very central for trams and the metro and not too long a walk into the old town. The reception was welcoming and had no queues for check-in. Although there were only 2 lifts for a large hotel we didn't have to ever wait long for one. Our room was large and bright and warm (it was February) and very quiet so we had an undisturbed sleep and the bed was comfortable. The bar area and lounge were very pleasant and stylish, and the breakfast room was very large and wasn't too busy during the times we were there. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choice and plenty of food, and with a good number of staff to clear up and keep the food replenished.

Our room (delux) was certainly very large and had good facilities (kettle, tea/coffee, minibar, safe) but was a bit charmless and plain and lacked any 'wow' factor. For the more expensive choice of room it could have done with some style, colour and also a carpet (it was laminate flooring bar a rug around the bed). Also 2 bottles of complementary water on arrival would have been nice. The bathroom was large and bright but didn't have much room to place personal objects except for a small bit of space around the basin. The bed was a double bed but for some reason it had 2 single quilts not one large double quilt which I found odd - not great for getting cuddly with your partner!

Breakfast was best selection we've ever had at a hotel! Room was lovely, comfortable and view. Staff was always patient and helpful (and multilingual) with many questions being new to Sweden. The location was excellent - convenient to local trains, shopping, restaurants, and Arlanda Express to airport. Room was surprisingly quiet even with the many rooms on the floor.

It wasn't clear how to control the heat. In our room, the shower would leak under door a bit (seal not tight), and phone not working. They offered a different room, but we preferred to stay settled in our room and manage.

The standard of this hotel is very good, but for me it is excellent service than makes a hotel stand out, and this one really shines in this aspect. The personnel form reception desk through restaurant to cleaning service were all great. I had more than a few requests, and all of them were fulfilled. Sure, it was luck as well, for example they happened to have a room to give me an upgrade I asked for (free of charge), and the room was available for a much earlier check in as I had an early flight, but all that could be much less smooth without Adlon's relaxed but professional and extremely helpful employees. Thank you for my best hotel experience so far!

Hotel is in a very good location, in the city centre. The reception staff is friendly, the breakfast choice is tasty.

During last weekend the staff serving breakfast area were very disorganized, we could not find a clean table without previous guests dishes on them so we had to clean the tables ourselves (both on Sat and Sun) and eat near the leftovers of others which was pretty unpleasent. The problem is that there was plenty of staff but instead of cleaning the tables for incoming people they were putting new plates or glasses altought there were plenty of them already. It seems that the young staff members were disoriented on prioritising tasks and badly trained. This never happened in any other hotel. The furniture and worn out paint of the walls of the hotel room could be upgraded a bit as for the price spent on the room it does not match the expectations.

Location was great. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was superb. Room was a renovated one on the 1st floor so very pleasant.

The restaurant/ bar beneath the hotel had a DJ. I understand why they do. What I didn’t understand was why along the outside wall down the length of the bar there were speakers. This was mid winter. No one was outside. Yet these speakers pumped out thump thump thump thump right below the hotel rooms on the 1st floor. Granted it stopped around 11.30 but there was absolutely no reason to even have them on.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel’s location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the central station, which made arriving and getting around the city incredibly convenient. It’s also right next to a lively shopping street, so there was always something to explore nearby. All the major tourist attractions were within easy walking distance, which made sightseeing a breeze. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

Friendly, efficient staff. Great location near main station and easy walk to old town. Good breakfast. Room was very quiet at night. Wifi was reliable. This was a very nice stay in a convenient part of Stockholm.

Our stay coincided with midsummer holiday, so restaurant and bar were closed 3 of the 5 days we were there. Too bad, as we did enjoy the bar, and our one meal at the restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast can get quite crowded. Climbing in and out of the tub could be challenging for some. All in all, a very nice experience.
