Its location on the main pedestrian street is perfect. This is where the city comes to life - restaurants, cafes, bars, special little shops (as well as larger stores near the centre), bakery very close, even a pub (Queens Head) just up the road that serves meals and decent beers on tap and on handpull (!). The main public transport hub (T-Central), with trams and metro, is less than 10 minutes down the road. The main station is 12 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone - continental/Scandinavian style including hot choices. The hotel is well established, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The lobby has comfortable sofas where guests meat before going out. The staff are friendly and helpful. The number 7 tram goes to the main museums ABBA, Vasa, Viking, Arak (wrecks). The hotel has guide leaflets to all the museums. The nearby Paradox Museum is a different and enjoyable experience for all ages. The entrance is below street level, off the metro hall. It is worth buying a public transport pass for the buses, city ferries to some nearby and outlying islands, trams and metro to make it easy to get around. It's available in the SL app and soon pays for itself.

There is nothing that could be improved.

Hotel location actually is very good - near main pedestrian street and it's very close to the central rail station. In hotel is (self service) luggage room. It's no fee except if You want insurance of your luggage (standard insurance is about 2 Eur/day/per luggage). Breakfast is quite good, actually like in the most hotels. The rooms clean, bed is soft and very relaxed.

The rooms are small, but it's quite enough for sleeping. Could be the fridge in the room. No A/C in rooms, but it's quite enough to open the window during the night (the air quality in Stockholm is very good). But then the is noise coming from the street. TV we will not use, so actually no needed appliance in the rooms.

From walking into reception the experience began and it was wonderful. The ambience was great. We had booked a family room with breakfast. A small lift was available along with a grand staircase. Our room had huge windows with great black out curtains. Lots of room and a large bathroom. Comfortable beds. Breakfast had great options. Set on the shopping street it was also a walkable distance to the train station and to Gamla Stan. Lots of food options and convenience stores for your needs. Had a luggage storage option which was easy to use. Loved this hotel and would stay again.

Excellent location with lots of nearby restaurants and coffee shops, 15 minutes walk down to the old town, Parliament and Palace etc. Room was lovely, large and light with big windows overlooking the street. Comfortable bed and good shower. Tea, coffee and kettle in room. Very quiet overnight. Breakfast was good. Breakfast room sat about 50... but everyone wants the 9am slot, so going early or later is a good idea. Good range of cold and hot food, regularly topped up by the helpful and friendly staff. Scrambled eggs were delicious! Excellent.

Nothing not to like!

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay very pleasant. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee available at the reception throughout the day. The hotel is in a great location--close to the old town and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes.

The double room is relatively small and lacks some amenities found in the triple and family rooms, such as a fridge and hair dryer. Also, the breakfast area can get crowded quite easily.

The hotel is located near the center and that is very comfortable, amazing place to stay, very beautiful inside, the room is large(but old), beds are very comfortable and everything is clean, workers are amazing and very polite. Breakfast is also very tasty, you will have different choices of food! Also you can have free coffee or tea in the lobby during all day. You can also leave your luggage in a hotel in case you need it. Definitely recommend!

The rooms are kinda old and in winter it’s not so hot inside, the shower was a little broken in our room.

Great location, super comfortable big bed, everything you need in the room, nice breakfast, the room was very quiet (windows facing the courtyard), you can't hear noise from the street or neighbors.

Probably because of the old windows, the room was quite cool, the bathroom very cold - as long as you have a hot shower, so far so good :) You had to wait a long time in the sink for the hot water to start flowing.

Centrally located at Drottningsgatan, 5 -10 min walk from Stockholm City Station, the hotel is directly accessible via Taxi or shuttle. Renovated building, nice rooms equipped with all you require. Large bed was great, windows require new insulation. Soap and shower gel have a great scent. Staff was really kind and helpful, room service well done.

Breakfast selection was rather basic compared to the overall hotel and service. Breakfast room is small and can be quite noisy when crowded.

Breakfast was really good, specially the scrambled eggs and the croissants. It probably missed a bit more of baked stuff, but in general lines, quite good. About the room, apart from some things in bathroom and pillows, it was good, it met our requirements.

The pillows were either too thick/big or too flat/small, a bit uncomfortable. The bed was fine, quite comfy. Other thing that we didn't like was the toilet seat, which was a plastic one.

Great location - close to main shops, 10 minute walk to old town, lots of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep and 10 minutes walk to the central train station. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Our room was ready on arrival at 11 am which was fantastic. Room was nice, clean and well maintained. Despite the hotel being on a busy street it was very quiet. Perfect hotel for any type of traveler.

Breakfast was good but just plain coffee no coffee machine - not a big issue though. Buffett was not renewed past 9.30 so if food was gone it was not replaced... ok we were kind of late getting to breakfast but still.
