Extremely comfortable bed and great breakfast selection. Location of the hotel was also fantastically central in Stockholm.

It was odd that the room did not have a proper wardrobe space. What little space there was for clothes was a struggle to manage and most clothes had to be kept in our luggage. Lastly, since for most of our stay the breakfast area was very full, staff were very poorly managed when it came to seating guests. There was no room number verification to ensure your booked breakfast slot was being honoured. Additionally, waiting 20mins just to be seated down during breakfast was very disappointing.

The highlight for me was the excellent customer service of one of their employees - Lova. I called the reception while I was on the train, panicking as the train was delayed, I have an important appointment almost the time the train will arrive and I missed to print out 1 important document for that appointment. When Lova answered my call, she was very understanding of my situation, was calm and assured me as soon as I arrive she will even help me printout my needed documents and will help me book a taxi for my appointment. That’s exactly what she did, she was an angel! Awesome customer service!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The location is very good, very close to shopping streets and within walking distance. We liked the lobby the most, it has a very nice design and a warm atmosphere. We liked the fact that there are always drinks like tea and coffee in the lobby and they are provided free of charge. The breakfast is also very varied and delicious. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Stockholm.

The lack of a refrigerator in the rooms and the fact that the room windows did not open was a deficiency.

I was assigned a large room. The hotel has large corridors. Location is close to the shopping district and 10 min away from the T-C, the central transportation station.

Trash in the elevator, like broken eggs travelling there for at least 2 days, no trash bins in the hotel to dispose of extra waste. Rather small lobby, more like a non existing one. There is an eating area as the lobby but they mention it is not a restaurant, but they serve hot food. Is this even legal?

- Cool and comfy interiors & furnishings - Easy luggage room access ahead of check-in time - Decent breakfast food range, just need to book the timeslot ahead

- The shower temperature & pressure was jumping up and down which took getting used to - No rooms with bath available (None in the pictures either, but not to get confused by "Bath or shower" in the listings) - Room seemed to be cleaned a bit haphazardly (some dusty surfaces, half a roll of toilet paper left)

clean, functional, there is a storage room (it is shared, but only those who need to leave luggage have access to it) next to the train station, which is convenient (get to and from the airport by Arlanda Express) very pleasant aroma of soap and shampoo!

there was no way to make tea, there were mugs, but it seemed like you had to go downstairs to get boiling water, which wasn’t very convenient.

The hotel has a lovely interior. The breakfast was varied and good. Good location and also close to transport links. We were given an earlier check-in upon request, which was great. We slept well and had a great time.

Nothing bad to say. Only thing to tell, that there was renovation work going on nearby or in the hotel, which often caused noise in our room, but only after 8 am.

Lovely modern room, very comfortable bed nice and quiet. Close to the main street Drottninggarten so plenty of food and drink options on offer. A very pleasant 25/30 minute walk to the Gamla Stan area.

The lift was temperamental on our side of the hotel and broke on our check out. There didn't seem to be a lot of staff in the hotel but those who were available were helpful.

Close to everything in the city (walking distance), very helpful and friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms, looked pretty new.

The shower water temperature fluctuated just as the pressure. The windows in the rooms could not be opened, so you are dependent on the aircon

The location was very central, close to the main train station and a walking distance to the pedestrian street

The room was too small and claustrophobic, staff were too rude, and didn't give a warm feeling. The price is too high for what you get
