Great location on a quiet street but near the main shopping street of Stockholm not far from the central station. The room was clean, comfy and well designed. It had enough space for my things. The Bathroom was clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and really helpful. There is complimentary tea and coffee. The lobby is comfy with places to chill. The lobby also has games like checkers and backgammon to play while chilling. There are free bicycles to borrow with helmets.

I was given a room on the first floor facing the street. The bathroom had a large window with a thin curtain, unlike the bedroom that had both a thin curtain and blackout curtains. The thin curtain meant I could see outside onto the street and it made me conscious and unsure if people could see me too. I hope not. Not sure if the hotel has one way glass. The free bicycles were too tall for a shorter/average size person like myself.

Extremely comfortable bed and great breakfast selection. Location of the hotel was also fantastically central in Stockholm.

It was odd that the room did not have a proper wardrobe space. What little space there was for clothes was a struggle to manage and most clothes had to be kept in our luggage. Lastly, since for most of our stay the breakfast area was very full, staff were very poorly managed when it came to seating guests. There was no room number verification to ensure your booked breakfast slot was being honoured. Additionally, waiting 20mins just to be seated down during breakfast was very disappointing.

Front desk was very nice~They can multi-task because they are not only receptionists, but also WAITERS too who serve meals for guests in the bar area~ This is something that's surprising to me~Check in time can be an hour earlier if they are available, however if you arrive here in the early mornings, I suggest you to talk it out with the hotel to see if that's available to check in early. Location wise is very close to the centre, lots of restaurants and leisure spots are available here! 8-10 min walk to the train station! Hotel room is big enough to put everything that I have. Also thank you blonde girl for giving me the alternate wifi password for Sca 2.4 wifi network~!!

The only bad part is the curtain in the toilet/bathroom...it's transparent so neighbours from the building across from us can see whatever you're doing in the washroom...there's no privacy in other words. Therefore, I strongly suggest the hotel can refurbish & change the curtain to a closed one thank you~

The interior design throughout the hotel was great, mid-century style that felt scandy-esque, understated/quiet luxury. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and rooms were able to get very dark for a good night sleep. Lovely view over the historic Stockholm roofscape and an easy walk to all the main attractions, located in a quieter area. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel as it was a fantastic price so amazing value for money.

Nothing major as we definitely want to visit again but the way finding in the hotel to the rooms could be improved as we struggled to initially find our room, perhaps the staff could walk with you as we were walking around for a long time with our suitcases and eventually had to go down again to reception to ask. Also, we wish they did espresso martinis at the bar as love to have one after an evening out.

Great location, lovely decor and feel. Spotlessly clean. Great facilities. Room much larger than many central Stockholm hotels. Lovely room. Staff were all exceptional - professional, immaculate, efficient but friendly and seemed to genuinely love their job.

Not dislike, but the room did get very hot and the aircon didn’t really work. Automatic window blinds helped a little. Bed was too hard for me but perfect for my partner!

The highlight for me was the excellent customer service of one of their employees - Lova. I called the reception while I was on the train, panicking as the train was delayed, I have an important appointment almost the time the train will arrive and I missed to print out 1 important document for that appointment. When Lova answered my call, she was very understanding of my situation, was calm and assured me as soon as I arrive she will even help me printout my needed documents and will help me book a taxi for my appointment. That’s exactly what she did, she was an angel! Awesome customer service!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. The location is very good, very close to shopping streets and within walking distance. We liked the lobby the most, it has a very nice design and a warm atmosphere. We liked the fact that there are always drinks like tea and coffee in the lobby and they are provided free of charge. The breakfast is also very varied and delicious. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Stockholm.

The lack of a refrigerator in the rooms and the fact that the room windows did not open was a deficiency.

There were a lot of people at breakfast. Breakfast had to be scheduled for a specific time, but even then, there weren’t enough tables, so we had to sit at the bar counter. I wasn't really satisfied with the check-in process – the person in charge was quite blunt and didn’t inform us that breakfast had to be booked for a specific time. We found that out completely by chance.

Great location, within walking distance to all central landmarks / stations. Also felt safe. Nicely designed room, while on the smaller side, but bright and thoughtfully designed with the comfort and convenience in mind. Lovely restaurant, but lots of cafes and restaurants around if you feel like exploring. In general - a very nice stay.

The only thing was missing was a minibar fridge and no complimentary water in the room, but maybe that’s just my preference :)

I was assigned a large room. The hotel has large corridors. Location is close to the shopping district and 10 min away from the T-C, the central transportation station.

Trash in the elevator, like broken eggs travelling there for at least 2 days, no trash bins in the hotel to dispose of extra waste. Rather small lobby, more like a non existing one. There is an eating area as the lobby but they mention it is not a restaurant, but they serve hot food. Is this even legal?
