It was absolutely beyond our expectations. After reading negative reviews from the month prior to our arrival, we even considered canceling our reservation. However, we ultimately decided to give it a chance, largely due to the fact that it is part of the Diplomat Collection, as well as the reassuring communication we had with the front desk prior to our arrival. And we are so glad we didn’t cancel! First and foremost, the rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The smallest room is indeed quite compact, but for a few nights, it is still perfectly manageable. The location is fantastic—just one street away from the main shopping avenue, and if you walk straight ahead, you’ll find yourself in Gamla Stan. We also made use of the spa facilities and had a massage, both of which were excellent. The breakfast selection was very good; adding a Prosecco or Cava option would have made it even more delightful. With the exception of a few breakfast staff members, every member of the hotel team we interacted with was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special mention to the front desk team—upon check-in, we realized we had left our wallet in the Uber, and they handled the situation with great understanding, allowing us to settle the payment upon check-out. The hotel’s restaurant seemed quite popular for dinner, as it was fully booked most evenings. While we didn’t get a chance to try it, it looked promising. Overall, we left extremely satisfied and would love to stay here again!

Excellent location , very clean hotel with very nice bathroom amenities . Staff was very helpful . We loved Stockholm so extended stay another night the park from across the hotel was blooming with fragrant flowers . An olfactory delight .

Breakfast . Limited options for Nordic countries and expensive 50 AUD pp so don’t opt for this . Plenty of close by cafes . Parking is an option but they have very limited spaces so book in advance otherwise public garage next door but doesn’t give you the choice of multiple exits a day without paying . Room could have an iron . But I would love to stay here again .

The breakfast was excellent…so much choice and plenty fresh fruit. Location worked very well for the 2 tours we had booked…cycling and walking.Easy access to Old Town (Old Town)by metro which was only a 10 min walk away. The railway station was a 15 minute walk to hotel. Our room was spacious and quiet. The roof bar is amazing…wonderful views and perfect at sunset.

The room was very warm at night as not able to open windows and air con is controlled to remain at a certain temp. We were offered a fan though..

the hotel has 3 basements. -3 is the spa/gym, and -2/-1 are rooms. Yes, rooms in a basement and zero windows! Some have fake windows, but they are still underground. The hotel deceptively calls -3 floor as "0". And -2 as "1st floor", and -1 as "2nd floor". Making the ground/lobby as "3rd floor" and it goes up from there. So initially, we got a room on "second flood" ; naturally we thought we were 2 floors above ground with a nice park view = turns out we were underground. That is absolutely crazy. After protesting, they charged us 50% more, and we got another room on the real 2nd floor, which they label 4th floor.

This is a fairly new hotel so everything is gleaming and new! It’s in an amazing location, a few mins walk to the main shopping street which leads on to the old town. Loads of lovely restaurants etc nearby. The staff were super friendly and the hotel is also really baby friendly, we rented a lovely crib for the baby and they also gave us a nice baby bjorn bib as a gift which we felt was a lovely touch! The rooftop is amazing for a drink, although it didn’t open till 4pm when we went but we just sat and waited and admired the views.

My husband wanted to use the spa facilities, mainly the pool but was told he couldn’t because the sauna wasn’t working. Not ideal when you’re staying at a spa hotel!

Lovely hotel in a superb location. Loved the surroundings. The room was well organised with a good-sized bathroom. A special "thank you" to the young man at breakfast who made me some scrambled eggs the way I like them (I didn't care much for the prepared eggs available at the counter).

The room was a bit on the smaller side, we expected a larger one. The hotel needs more breakfast tables; there's always a queue. The housekeeping staff never replenished the tea bags and sugar during our stay, so I had to call reception and ask for them every time. The rest was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and it will definitely be our go-to choice for future visits to Stockholm. The breakfast was excellent, and dinner was equally exceptional. However, the wine was quite overpriced. The sauna is a great facility, but it requires advance booking and key collection from reception. Overall, the hotel has a cosy and chic vibe, which adds to its charm.

The hotel is relatively new, being just 4 months old, so there’s still room for improvement. Initially, we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest checked out, but the team quickly upgraded us to a slightly larger room as part of the recovery. We suggested adding paper tissues in the gym for wiping down equipment after use, but unfortunately, nothing had been provided even after two days. Additionally, the sauna was out of order one morning, though thankfully, the infrared room was still operational.

Everything was excellent, Location was super easy to visit all major attractions by foot. The staff were courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good. The room itself was spacious enough, with a huge bed and quiet. Loved the bathroom. There was well stocked mini bar, used the amenities to make myself an espresso and a tea. I found the room very clean

On the negative side, it's quite expensive but we did go during high season. Only room for improvement were the pillows which were not so comfortable for me.

A modern and comfortable hotel located in the heart of the city. The noise isolation is excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay, and the room is equipped with all the essentials, including a Marshall Bluetooth speaker for added convenience and style. The breakfast was truly outstanding, offering a variety and quality that felt on par with a top restaurant.

Some staff members provided incorrect and conflicting information regarding the pricing of the spa, which affected my experience. Unfortunately, I couldn't fully enjoy the spa amenities as I had anticipated.

Amazing location, especially with a young child. Multiple great restaurants all within 5 minutes walking and easy access to public transportation. Staff were very kind and did their best to address temperature issue.

Temperature control and ventilation in the room was quite poor requiring us to need a fan which made it just tolerable. We were told air conditioning was working as expected, but as seen by some other feedback it's clear this is an issue with the hotel.
