People I interacted at the counter were always very kind and supportive. The pizza restaurant was absolutely exceptional and this is coming from an Italian. Loved the charming decor of the rooms: I was assigned a corner room, and I loved the wooden floors (huge point for someone that absolutely hates carpet floorings of hotels), and size was absolutely comfortable. Breakfast was also really nice and qualitative, I just wished it was a bit clearer from waiters how it worked with coffee ordering, especially for an Italian that will only initiate the day with at least 3 espressos at breakfast.

I do understand their point on sustainability for amenities in the room, but for a 4 star hotel with premium vibe (indeed they offer some 5 stars services like 24h room service), I would have expected at least a kettle in the room, as first thing I want when I wake up and go to sleep is coffee/tea/chamomile. I don't mind bringing my own, but would be great to have the bare minimum to be self sufficient.

From start to finish, staying at Miss Clara was a great experience. The service was consistently excellent from the front desk, to the restaurant and the cleaning staff. The interior is beautifully appointed, comfortable and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had very nice toiletries. Did not experience any noise or disruptions. Breakfast buffet was of high quality with lots of choice. Location was very convenient. I would recommend without hesitation.

Small improvements - extra lock for the door, better hairdryer

Our stay at Miss Clara by Nobis was simply wonderful. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our time there. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive care during our stay, their hospitality truly made us feel valued as guests. The continental breakfast offered a delightful array of options, setting a positive tone for each day of our stay. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the level of service and attention to detail, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic hospitality experience.

The location is excellent, just one subway station away from the central train station, and a 3-minute walk from the hotel to the subway station. Despite staying in the smallest room, the corridor still accommodates two 28-inch suitcases. The room retains its previous marble features but overall is clean, comfortable, and classic. The bathroom uses BYREDO products, which smell delightful; they are available for purchase at the front desk to take home! The hotel's breakfast is also fantastic; it's filling enough to skip lunch. The staff at the front desk are very friendly, providing a delightful experience. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. It’s expensive but worth it!

The room's heating is a bit insufficient; those sensitive to the cold might find it a bit chilly, although the comforter is quite warm.

Breakfast was lovely and a great way to start the day. Air conditioning was appreciated as the weather in Stockholm was hot when we were there. We received great assistance from a young man at the front desk in finding restaurants and making reservations. It was the weekend of the Stockholm Marathon and everything was booked up.

The room was very small. We were there on a weekend and there was lots of noise from the streets. We were able to shut our windows and use air conditioning which helped.

We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, the design of the room (well curated) and the quality of the amenities. The location was walking distance to the shopping area and also 1 block from a subway. Breakfast was fantastic!

The only thing I was left wanting was a coffee maker in the room so that I could have one first thing without going to the lobby.

The front desk team ( Diana and Daniel and the rest of the team) were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was really clean and you can tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at the hotel. The location was perfect too since it's close to the main sights. Breakfast was fresh and had several options. Thanks to the kitchen team for accommodating special dietary requests. We will definitely come back to Miss Clara for our next trip to Stockholm.

The staff are very friendly, highly accommodating and very much helpful. Dianne , Daniel from the front desk and Ice from the dining area gave us a feeling of comfort and it goes with the rest which unfortunately I wasn’t able to get their names. I love their very personalized approach to each guests. Daniel made reservations for us in one of the restaurants the moment we asked a place to eat. And, our every request to book us a taxi was efficiently done! Their breakfast buffet was highly adequate - worth it! Room is spacious with nice view of the street. I also would like to comment on their info FIND US, it was helpful in deciding which route to take. Bonus info available on the TV screen for restaurant, activities etc.

The noise from the street at night and early mornings. We got used to it the following nights

Cleanliness is big, so I did like that with my room. I would recommend double checking the pillows as they looked like one of them had one or two stains on them.

My biggest issue is the shower pressure, which did not work as expected and could be fixed. Lastly the pillow and bed stains. Unfortunately there were some and I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable in my own bed because of that

Room design, hand soap, hand cream, body lotion, hair shampoo quality, comfortable bed and pillow, good location,15 minutes to train station by walk with luggage, 20 minutes to old town by walk, sufficient breakfast.

There should be a closet in the room for clothes. Due to the limited space, we kept our clothes in the luggage. Water pressure needs to be improved in the shower but it is okay. Breakfast was fine however scrumbled egg was always cold. Toaster was not talented enough. You need to wait around 5 to 6 minutes to get your bread warm and fried enough. I believe there are different high quality models out there.
