Check in was at 16, with no storage room. We arrived at 11 am so we had to wait in the street with the bags until 15. Cleaning requirements of the apartment were way too heavy on a guest paying that price. The key code did not work after 3 am in the morning so we would have had to call an emergency number, fortunately someone was still inside the apartment to let the others in.

Location is simply excellent: just off the main road, very quiet, especially if you have one of the rooms facing courtyard, but street side probably ok too (little traffic). Close to city center and walking distance from metro. Many restaurants and gyms nearby. Very clean and new. Iron and board, hair dryer provided.

The hotel kept sending messages about the guest's responsibility to clean the room, including vacuum cleaning and cleaning the bathroom. That was very odd and sounded threatening. Upon writing to them they clarified that it only applied to washing the dishes and taking out the rubbish, although the multiple messages that they sent said otherwise. I found that a bit unfriendly.

The check in hours is not expactable at all. 16.00, it is too late. Even at 16.00 the apartment was not cleaned and we were forced to wait. This detail is not mentioned on the site.

Good location, close to the centre. Nice and clean, good size apartment. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Bed was comfy. Tv had Netflix and WiFi worked fine.

Ridiculous message from the provider saying we had to vacuum and dust before we left. Firstly, that is not what is expected, and secondly there was no vacuum cleaner. Also smokers should be aware, despite having a balcony, the message after check in says you can’t smoke on the balcony, which is again ridiculous. Most places say no smoking but obviously smoking on a balcony / patio is fine.

Very central location, seamless check-in and out, comfortable apt for our family of 4. Good rate for Stockholm accommodation and you can walk to many cafes, restaurants and metro stations.

The cooker was hard to use and no instructions available, had to resort to You Tube video. Checkout time on Booking. com said 11 am and property made it clear it was 10 and door codes stopped working at this time.

Comfortable with all the basics. Roomy living space and a nice little verandah. There was a lift - great for getting suitcases up to the apartment. Might be better if you are staying for more than a few days, so you could buy some basic supplies (as none were provided) eg salt, pepper, oil, papertowel.

Is in a hilly spot - so a bit challenging to get suitcases up the hills, narrow footpaths, stairs etc. A bit unclear how to use the one code through 3 different spots and to negotiate the different buildings (A, B, C). The host didn’t get back to me re: early check-in (I was happy to pay - but no communication to sort this out). The facilities are basic and a bit ‘clunky’, eg clothes drying rack and the toaster didn’t work well.

Location was great, a washing machine is a plus. Apartment is decorated and furnished nicely and was very clean. Felt safe at all times and the check-in process (door code) is very comfortable. The responsiveness and service of the host(s) was impecable.

Kitchen could offer some more utensils, but it was fine. Just know for longer stays that kitchen is equipped 'ok', not great. Dish washer didn't function but we told the host and I am sure it is taken care of already. Door cannot be locked from the inside. In our case our 1,5 year old daughter could reach the door handle and would have been able to leave the apartment on her own.

I had a single room and was very happy with it. The room is modern, everything was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location is super central, even if you have to walk a bit to the nearest metro station. The communication in advance was very good and the information about the room access came reliably in advance. The whole complex was very quiet. There is even a discount code for the airport express. The price is very fair, especially for Stockholm.

It lacks a bit of cosiness, but that's okay if you're not in the room much. The TV control was unfortunately no longer fully functional and had been taped up several times. Could have been easily replaced. But in general there was nothing to complain.

I stayed at Forenom Apartments for one week, both for work and leisure. The apartment was very nice, well laid out, and equipped with everything I needed. The location is excellent, right in the city center but still quiet and peaceful. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly for remote work, which was important for me. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great place to stay in Stockholm.

A bit more storage space would have been helpful for a longer stay. Otherwise, everything worked very well.
