Shower gel ran out and no one checked

We like that the location is on the center of where we want to go. You can walk to the shopping streets and famous landmarks plus there is a bus station beside the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers with kids because it is near a big park where kids can play. The room is also big enough for us family of three (two adults and one toddler). The room, bathroom and facilities are clean. They clean the room everyday but there is also option to not clean your room if you want to be eco-friendly. They also set-up baby bed. Check-in and out is easy. All the staff are super nice, especially to the lovely Amanda, who did our check-in and check-out.

It is true that the breakfast area is dark but there is a space near entrance and by the window that is brighter.

The hotel is very nice and had a good bar and restaurant. It's close enough to all the places you want to see but in a quiet area. Lot's of good restaurants and bars close. The staff were very nice and always smiling and that goes a long way. The rooms where nice and well kept. The gym was really good too.

Overall the breakfast was very good. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the consistency of the scrambled eggs. I don't, however, feel this was a big deal as there are plenty of other options to eat and it's not uncommon at most hotels that serve breakfast to have the same issue, but it might be great to have an option for fried eggs.

At the center of Stockholm. One of the great place to stay to discover and get fun in Stockholm. Nordic standards, the rooms are functional, cosy, calm and clean. The bathroom could be a little bit bigger. The breakfast was also good with a lot of different possibilities. There is also an Asian restaurant that is offering bar possibilities in the evening. As we were discovering the city, we preferred to test rooftops and other spots. The gym is in the basement. We did not test the sauna.

Nothing. We keep this address for our next trip there.

Very nice room that was very clean an nicely updated. The hotel has two restaurants that serve until 11pm. The location on the park is beautiful and if you like to walk, you can walk to a lot of activities. We walked on a beautiful tree lined street near by all the way to the Vasa Museum area. It was a lovely walk.

We had a train that was cancelled and we could not communicate with the hotel about our changes about the change of our arrival date. They were unresponsive for nearly 20 hours which is unacceptable for any hotel. We had an unexpected change in our itinerary and they we unavailable to confirm our changes. I reached out to the hotel 5 times by email and messaging through Booking.com. I called Booking.com and had them call and still no response. Terrible customer communications.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. As a gay couple, we felt completely comfortable and respected throughout our stay—something that isn’t always guaranteed while traveling, unfortunately. The service was outstanding, the room was spotless, and every request we had was met with a smile and quick assistance. It’s clear that this hotel values inclusivity and treats all guests with genuine kindness, regardless of background. The atmosphere was relaxing, the amenities were top-notch, and the location couldn’t have been better. We’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to all our friends. Five stars without hesitation!

Location was very good, the port & the hop on/off bus all within a 20 min walk. The old town a further ten mins. Stockholm is a lovely safe city to walk around. There were loads of restaurant/ café bars within a ten minute walk. The room was very comfortable & very quiet (overlooked the court yard. The reception staff were lovely and friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was nice

whilst the breakfast was nice, it was served in a room called Miss Vons, he lighting was very poor and the table were cramped together, thats the only complaint we had

It’s a nice property and extremely close, within walkable distance from a hub of pubs and restaurants, close by to other excursions as well. Room was nice too, well equipped, liked the extra touch of a Marshall in the room, daily chocolates, complimentary wine (once) and daily drinking water. Housekeeping can for sure do a better job, the phone in the room was hideously dirty like I wouldn’t touch it if someone paid me to as well, I noticed that the housekeeping missed a few things here and there over the duration of my stay, cause I was there for 4 nights, so that was my only concern. The basement parking which is next door and accessible from the hotel elevator is a great touch if you’re renting a car, the parking charges are ridiculously steep but parking all over Stockholm is excruciatingly expensive, but if you’re getting your car or renting one, you would’ve already calculated the damage it will do, having said that, I did not like the fact that we had to stop by the reception each time and ask them to open the garage door while going out and on more than one occasion, I had to come inside from the parking garage and ask them to open it to let us in (Good thing it was two of us, so one could afford to get out and do this), even though they gave us a daily card but mostly it stops working by evening 🤷🏼‍♀️ …. Beats me! Breakfast was repetitive yet good, be sure to be on time, as they start wrapping up, by closing time on the dot. One can choose to order eggs by choice etc., for an additional fee as well. But overall, I wouldn’t let these little botherations spoil my experience with the property. I had a good stay, had a room with a balcony with a lovely view of the park and can see the markets on either side of the streets. Bed was comfortable, good hot shower, all amenities were provided, room was of a good size as well, closet space was good. Overall, I was happy during my stay.

Already mentioned in my comments above. Not much not to like just a few hiccups here and there but overall, I was indeed happy with the stay at this property.

The location for restaurants was wonderful, and for walking in to Stockholm itself. My partner is vegan and the breakfast was great for her with many vegan options.

There was nothing I really disliked about the hotel. If I had to say something, I would say two minor things. Had breakfast, the toaster never worked properly, and the mugs for tea and coffee had no handles and were very hot to handle. We never had dinner at the hotel due to the fact there were very little if any vegan options, but there were many restaurants within walking distance I had vegan options.

Staff were wonderful and went over and above to be helpful 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Exceptional Service. Breakfast is a huge buffet with great choices. The Elite Eden Park Hotel is very comfortable with a nice park and National Library, right across the road. I would stay again and I would recommend.

No USB charging available, but this is an issue everywhere in Sweden. Bring, or easily buy, an adapter that includes a USB charger (to charge your mobile phones, etc) and issue solved.
