Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location if travelling with car - outside of the city, easily found, spacious free parking. Spacious rooms and great beds (a bit on softer side but not too soft). Warm enough douvets. Good soundproofing with windows closed, good curtains, quiet ventilation. . Enough power sockets and in proper places. Balcony with huge sliding doors - nice in good weather. Spacious lounge zone with wool plaids. Basic but sufficient breakfast with enough options. Sandwiches and salads + some drinks available at the reception 24/7.

Side tables near the bed utterly useless, too small to fit anything but the phone, round shape and unstable. The table and the chair are not fit for work. Nothing to wipe the floor with while the shower cabin is half open. Simple mop with a rubber blade would do the job and save towels. If sleeping with windows open - keep in mind E4 road is pretty close. No fridge or kettle in the room.

Quick, responsive staff, always happy to help! I had an issue with my booking (I ended up booking the room for 1 adult instead of 2 as I intended), and they made the necessary adjustments in the system, matching the Booking price, which was a nice surprise. They also accepted our cat, and provided us with a nice, clean, cozy room with air conditioning. We had access to sauna and a fitness room. The buffet breakfast was included in the price, and it was amazing: warm (bacon, scrambled eggs, beans in tomato sauce, potatoes) and cold (breads, pastries, sliced cheese, salami, ham, brie, pancakes, etc) dishes to be enjoyed in a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.

A squeegee would be nice, as there is no delimitation between the shower portion and the rest of the bathroom, so water can go in any direction. Having a squeegee would help with the aftermath of taking a shower. There were times when we felt like the air conditioning is not cooling as best as it should, but other than that, it was fine.

I was surprised, usually, at hotels when you have a dog, you won't receive a best room. Here we received a very clean room with a beautiful design and a comfy bed. I really recommend if you have dog. I wish all the pet friendly hotel to be like this.

The sauna even if was heated before it was only warm but not warm enough.So probably it is better if you turn on early in the morning so it has enough time for temperature to rise .

the receptionist are very accommodating. i like the breakfast they serve,they're always on time.. i would highly recommend ten hotels to my friends

there's a certain odd smell at the entrance of the elevator. but you can smell it at night. there is no bidet for sure this is not a big deal to other but i live in italy so i am used to have a bidet. that's it

New hotel, very nice, fresh and very clean room. The personal they was very helpful and nice, professional, the breakfast very reach, we eat dinner and I was so surprised with the food, my steak it was exactly how I wanted and fresh. the girl who served us she was so nice and with smile,she do she’s job with love. I was feeling like home

One suggestion would be that since there are already 2 pillows in the room for each guest, that on of those pillows would be fluffy and the other one flat. For me the pillow was way too big. But other than that great experience! :)

Our airconditioning in the room is not working even if we did not even dare to open the balcony door so our first night was a struggle especially with a toddler. Luckily, we are provided with an electric fan on our 2nd day and moved to another room. The receptionist had been very helpful.

Clean room and friendly staff. Also the lounge section is great if you want to get out of your room and work on your laptop or something or just chill out. There's a gym upstairs which can be nice to some folks

The hotel is seems new, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful staff.

The absence of hair dryer in the room (have to go down to lobby, ask for it and then return it). The absence of trash bins outside the hotel. More choices of hot food could be served during breakfast.
