Friendly staff, clean and cozy room with everything you might need! The location is ideal, between two tram stations (Luma, Sickla kaj 3min walk to each). We travelled as family with one child, and recommend this place to families and whoever likes a spacious, safe, home-like room. We had breakfast included in our reservation, we picked it up each morning at the reception desk in paper bags, the quantity and variety were more than satisfying. Each of us got two bread buns, marmalade, cream cheese and butter portions, a container with cheese, cold cuts and a little salad. A glass of juice, a yogurt cup and some muesli. The price was 590€ for 3 pers./ 5nights in April

Initially we were concerned about staying so far from Stockholm central but wanted a lager room where we could relax and have a meal occasionally. We were delightfully surprised at how convenient it was to walk the 200ft to the tram stop, and make a change to the Metro that would deposit us at T Central fo a total trip time of 25 minutes. An how relaxing it was to return to the quiet, lovely streets of Hammarby Sjöstad where we could enjoy a meal at any number to streetside cafes or grab some good food from the local COOP to take back to the room. And treat yourseld to dinner and cocktail at the adjacent Copper Club asian fusion restaurant.

The bagged breakfast, while good, was 100% redundant and frankly got a bit tedious and less welcome.

I love finding real gems and this is definitely one. But let me manage your expectations. If you are looking for old world Stockholm hotel experience this is not it. But it is incredible value, very functional rooms, your own kitchen, laundry on site and friendly warm staff. Located about 4 km out if the centre ( with fantastic public transport and surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets) the hotel is set within a suburb of housing and light industry ( I am being very honest….as first impression is “what have I done”). But it is so quiet. It takes about 25 minutes to get into the centre with transport every few minutes. Or walk as I did every day. I stayed 5 nights and was very happy

This apart hotel offers good value for money. The room was adequately sized for two guests, with consistently clean facilities and reliable hot water in the bathroom. The heating worked perfectly throughout our stay, maintaining comfortable temperatures. We experienced a minor issue with ventilation noise, but the reception staff promptly resolved it after we reported it. The location is convenient, with the city center accessible within 30 minutes via tram & metro. The surrounding area features various shops and restaurants for everyday needs. Södermalm area is very near, within walking distance. Situated in a calm residential neighborhood, the property feels safe and secure. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Exquisite, yes that’s the word I’m gonna use to describe about BIZ Apartment. What a lovely apartment hotel it is! First of all, thanks to the amazing employees of the hotel. They are always smiling, hospitable and kind; eager to help with any queries you have. Secondly, many thanks to the cleaning employees. They are the best that I’ve ever seen. Everything is spotlessly clean even the black surfaces of the interior. Our spacious apartment is very modern, equipped with all the daily necessities that a person needs. It contains a very efficient and safe kitchen with everything you use for cooking purposes; equipped with different appliances. The beds are comfy, the little dining table and chairs are enough for two people to enjoy meals either in front of the huge array of windows or the TV. We like those big windows and the view from the apartment. The bathroom is very modern and clean. All the utilities are shiny and spotless. The whole building is very safe and comfortable. The soundproof apartment lets us enjoy very relaxing 7 days trip to Stockholm. The hotel is situated in a calm and peaceful neighbourhood yet close to the tram and bus lines. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. For groceries, there are Lidl and Coop outlets just around the corner. I can’t describe enough of the facilities the apartment offers. In a word, Fabulous. * A suggestion to the hotel: there’s always rooms for improvement, so I think, its better to upgrade the TVs of the apartment as it contains only some free channels and no app facilities. People usually use different apps like youtube and such. You could only stream through mirroring.

The room was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette was a great addition for preparing quick meals. The overall cleanliness and modern décor added to the positive experience. Most of the reception staff were very client-oriented and professional, which left a good impression.

At check-in, we arrived before 3:00 PM and were assisted by a petite, slim African-American woman with long hair. She took our passport, checked it, and told us the room was being cleaned, so we had to wait. However, there was no cleaning done in the room within 30–40 minutes before our check-in, as claimed. Only after 3:00 PM, when the staff on duty changed, were we finally able to access our room.

The accommodation is nicely located, the room size is bigger than average, the baby bed was provided together with the sheets, the room was clean and fresh, the bed was comfy. The personnel was very friendly with all our requests. The (paid) parking is available. The rooms and public areas of the hotel are easily accessible with a baby stroller.

The breakfast was the same every day, and the amount of single use plastic for the breakfast was overwhelming. The breakfast is provided in the room, which is nice when you are with a baby, however, the amount of food is fixed and all that we could not eat went to trash unfortunately, what a waste.

A new building with beautiful and clean rooms. The apartment has everything you need for your stay. It's close to tram stop and also supermarkets and food places.

Location is a bit out of the city center (as expected), however has good tram connections to take you to the closest metro station and from there to the center. The only thing I didn't like is the fact that they give you a piece of paper to sign when you check in, saying that you are not allowed to have visitors after 10pm. That shouldn't be happening - I paid good money for an apartment and if I want to have a friend or family member over after 10pm should be my decision (if there was noise etc that's a different case and that would be totally understandable).

Very nice and comfortable room with great and scenic view (I asked for room located on upper floor and reception fulfilled my request). Clean and modern furnitured. Kitchen equiped enough for 2 persons. Very helpful personel (I could store for free my luggages few hours before check-in and few hours after check out). They clearly inform what is included and what is not included in the service. Aparthotel is located in nice, clean and quiet residential district, close to public transport, grocery shops and systembolaget shop. I really liked the location, even though it is not the very center of Stockholm.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located next to a tram stop and public transportation boat which is benefitial. I also liked the area next to the hotel.

Although I was generally satisfied, there are some issues that could be easily fixed. Upon my arrival, there was a noise from the air vent. The cleaning lady fixed this after I reported this issue. I wasn't happy about the breakfast in the form of a bag that could be picked up at the reception. During the three days of my stay, the contents of the bag were always the same. I got the room next to the warehouse gate with lights on during the entire night.
