Although slightly outside the center, the location was great due to the ferry that stopped just in front of the hotel. It was nice to start and end the date on the water. Breakfast was great, and although it was the same for the 2 weeks we were there, we never got tired of it. Also, nice to have the SQ restaurant in the house. It was very practical to have dinner for our son, especially since they also serve the food in the bar area (so we didn't have to book a table in the restaurant).

The room cleaning was pretty random at times. There were a few times when the cleaning personnel forgot to leave things in the room (like towels, cups, or tissues). But when we asked for the items, they were delivered immediately, so in the end, it was not an issue for us.

Not much. Everything was nearly perfect.

Wow! What a location. I would stay here just to enjoy a drink on the pier in the sun. Still haven't been able to understand why you can't be served at the tables outside on the pier and have to go inside to get your drink. The breakfast quality and variety is superb. It did get busy on some of the days but the staff did a great job at keeping items stocked up and organised. The rooms were very large, beds comfortable with amazing views. There are also some great restaurants and bars nearby. The ferry is right outside the hotel and easy to get. Taxis or e-scooters were also affordable and another easy way to get to the hotel. Would happily stay here again. .

Having to pay a daily fee to use the gym and sauna/steam facility was frustrating and poor form by the hotel. Not something I have had to do at comparable hotels. We didn't use the linked spa facility as it was very expensive (even with the 'discounted' guest rate). The evening food was okay. Probably not worth the money and would suggest going elsewhere.

The hôtel is great and location is perfect for visiting the city. Restaurant is also quiet good. Clearly a very good choice for visiting the absolutely beautiful Stockholm.

One remark : we booked a deluxe with sea view, the price was 1000 euros for three nigths and the room and view were both great We also booked a « superior »room for two children price was 700 and quality was clearly disappointing : very small window almost no natural ligth. Conclusion book a deluxe with sea view but supérior room is a far less attractive deal.

I've already recommended this hotel to other friends that travel to Europe. It was an excellent experience. The dining, lounge and bar areas were warm and inviting. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, but the things that made it exceptional was the staff. Everyone gave their best effort to insure that my stay was enjoyable. Two of the front desk employees went above and beyond and I would even consider them to be friends that I look forward to seeing next time I'm in Stockholm or when they come to the US.

The only check in the negative was information that wasn't the best advice. I called in advance of my trip to determine how to get to the property from the Central Train Station and the person on the phone said that it was an easy walk. This turned out to be very poor advice. BUT once I arrived I felt that the staff on duty (front desk, bartender, wait staff) etc. were exceptioanl

Breakfast was fresh, a good mix of all you need early morning. Coffee service, tea, fruits, there were also waffle iron so you could make your own fresh waffle. The staff was friendly all the time, the rooms very clean, the restaurant high quality with good taste. We had fun at the bar with Daniel the resident barkeeper, he made tasty drinks and entertained with us and our son (1). We ordered for our son a baby crib and when we checked in, it was all nicely prepared. The hotel has a near and cool location, when you take the ferry right in front of the hotel you’re fast at any spot in Stockholm. The ambient and furniture in the hotel is clean, warm and cozy. We also ordered late night food and snacks by roomservice from the restaurant, worked very well without high extra payment. Finally it was a good choice for us and by next visiting Stockholm would book the same hotel again. I don’t need to share pictures because it looks exactly like shown by booking and also on their homepage. The spa we didn’t try out because they had some renovations at this week, maybe next time. Loved every bit of my stay here. From the hospitality to the breakfast options and of course the view!! So amazing to wake up to that view every morning and located in a great location. Easy for us to get the ferry into town. They helped with making my sister’s birthday great. Thank you to all the staff there and a special thank you to Bakare for helping us on our last night at Elite. Everyone at the hotel made me and my siblings stay amazing! The property also has a storage area where we could leave our luggage safely after checking out at no extra cost and go into town before our flight in the evening. I would recommend to anyone visiting Sweden and can’t wait to return. Thank you again.

The most amazing thing is the ferry station which is literally 2 steps from the main entrance of the hotel! Ferries go every 10 minutes and you can reach the heart of the old town! Really amazing and so fast! We loved the staff. Everyone really friendly and lovely! We had an early flight, so we just came to ask to store our luggage until check in time and we were offered to check in for free as our room was ready. Thank you! Receptionist Merin (or Merlin) was really very helpful. Dont miss out on the SPA! Its truly amazing! Even nicer than the pictures. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choise and great tasting coffee! It was also not busy during our stay, so it was calm and peaceful. If you like walking, there is a beautiful coastal walk right next from the hotel.

Spacious property, and wonderfully comfortable bed! Great selection at breakfast.

-Breakfast atmosphere a bit chaotic (people often taking each others tables etc) and constantly busy (even earlier) and the breakfast staff aren’t the friendliest. - Cleanliness needs some attention. The bath in our room was clearly not cleaned daily which was off putting. - The windows were strangely quite high so didn’t get much of a view. The curtains are not at all blackout which is tough given the late sunsets

A big hotel by the seaside next to public ferry-stop. A very good and well-organized breakfast. Netflix with your own code. The hotel could add to their automatic e-mail instructions about the ferry, since it is the most sensible way to get to the city. Where does ot leave? What number? How do you pay it? What is SL app? What is the name of the city-stop? Which ferry you take back? What is the name of the hotel's ferry-stop?

Room 825 / 30m2 had just a little window in the left corner. I think it should be marked as "no window" -room. Could not figure out how to adjust temperature with blue and red light and worn out text on the switch. Finding a way to use shower was hilarious, took 15 mins before I noticed the instructions next to toilet-seat. If youre coming from harbour (Viking Line) the route is like three times longer than you think. Check Google-map walking route. You have to go round, get under a bridge, pull your trolley-bag in stairs, figure a way out of construction-site... But once you get there it is very safe and peaceful.
