Location was EXCELLENT! Staff was AWESOME! Room was great and very comfortable. Best hotel in Stockholm!

The staff was exceptional especially the following people..... Patricia and Agnes @ the FD were very professional and knowledgeable and very friendly. Great customer service. Janes in the Breakfast Area was the BEST!!! She should be the Breakfast Manager. She took care of me each morning when I arrived @ 7:30am. She always had cold milk for me...she was the GREATEST! Chimngee, my housekeeper was AWESOME, she found me a perfect pillow for my sleep. She deserves a big raise. Every staff member were AMAZING!!!

Restaurants in this area close at 10pm (kitchen already at 9pm). Good to know in advance!

Great location for the museums. It’s easy to walk around the city, or jump on a tram right outside the hotel or a ferry a few minutes away. Staff were friendly. Food and drink in the restaurant, bar and cafe were great. Breakfast was delicious. A few things they could improve on… I told the hotel it was a birthday celebration but no effort was made which was a shame. For the price I’d like a coffee machine in the room, but there was just cheap dried coffee and one creamer sachet, which is disappointing when Sweden does coffee so well. Also no sufficient shower screen so the water goes everywhere! Overall 7.5/10.

As soon as we checked in, I knew that we were going to have a good stay! The Hotel is situated to the side of the ABBA museum which was the main reason we wanted to stay there. The Breakfast was absolutely wonderful and my daughter especially liked the Swedish cinnamon toast. The beds were super comfy and we both slept really well. The bathroom (although small and compact) was very clean and the shower was good. We had our towels changed every day. The reception staff were super friendly and answered all our questions on local restaurants and how to get about. The location was excellent. A tram/bus stop was right outside (No. 7) and this took us straight to the Central train station in the centre of Stockholm (took about 15 minutes). Our room was very retro and had everything we needed.

Location was great, lots of museums and attractions were in walking distance. Even one of them right in the same building (The ABBA museum). Nice breakfast.

The central air conditioning system was very noisy at night and couldn't be turned off. On the first day, my new pajamas went missing, likely taken by the housekeeper along with the bedding by mistake. The reception staff said they would look into it, but no one informed me of any progress until I followed up myself. Only after asking a third time was I told that the laundry is closed on weekends and they could only check in a couple of days, by which time I would have already left the hotel. None of the staff ever apologized.

I really liked the location particularly as Djurgården is really peaceful but minutes away by tram from the city centre. And the tram is right outside the hotel. Also loved the breakfast! Great choice at buffet and from the menu.

Nothing particularly though we did have a loud clanging sound outside our hotel room that was quite constant. There looked to be building work (at a halt possibly) at a next door building and that may have been it. Possibly the furnishings and finishing a not quite as high quality as they look in the photos.

Great location, lots of transport options. The rooms were modern and very spacious and clean. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The waitress at breakfast (Jensie, I'm not sure if that's right) was so lovely and friendly, nothing was too much trouble (a ray of sunshine in the morning). The food was great and well presented with lots of choice at breakfast. And it was right next door to the ABBA Museum. A lovely hotel.

The rooms were lovely and spacious, but very dark. The area was quiet in the evening. It would be nice to have one last drink when going back to the hotel, but the bar was shut by 10pm.

Beautiful presentation in the rooms - very clean and functional Scandi designs - clearly a lot of thought has gone into making these rooms have personality rather than be generic boring hotel rooms. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast is very Swedish with picked herrings and cheeses on the buffet as well as fruit and salads. There's a small deli/convenience store close by for anything you need and this place also makes wonderful and cheap sandwiches.

Lots of staff on at breakfast but I couldn't get anyone to notice me or take my order so I had to approach the kitchen. Not a lot of options for eating outside the hotel but there is a cafe and restaurant on site and they're both good.

Very good location, very friendly, helpful staff. Room was very comfortable*, clean and nice. Breakfast food was excellent. Free entry to the abba museum (though not a great fan), it was nice. All toiletries supplied except toothpaste and shaving cream.

Nothing major or affecting our stay, but to be excellent; The sink does not have a plug so does not hold water which makes wet shaving difficult. There are no shelves and hooks in the bathroom for personal toiletries and flannels. The Aircon didn't seem to cool the room and was noisy. There are a couple of vases on the shelf below where clothes and coats are hung. They get in the way and need to be moved for fear of breaking them.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was close to parks , museums , zoo , amusement park . A ferry was just steps away snd tram in front of hotel . The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. They served a lovely breakfast and had nice outdoors seating.

The hotel is part of the Abba museum and they play music during the day. We had a front room and could hear it. It ended up that we were gone all day so it didn’t matter at all. I suggest asking for a room in back or side if you plan on being there during the day.
