It was hard to pick a location for our first visit to Stockholm but this was a perfect choice. Most things are easily walkable from here and there are great lunch and dinner options really close by. The room is pretty standard for this type of hotel with comfortable beds and our superior twin room had a great view. The hotel was really quiet for our first couple of nights when the room next door was unoccupied. Unfortunately, these rooms do have connecting doors so when people moved in on the last night, we could hear every word they said. If we stayed here again, we would ask for a room without a connecting door as it somewhat negates the otherwise excellent sound -proofing!

The view is unbelievable. Paying a little extra for the water view is worth every penny. spent 3 nights here and really didn’t want to leave the room! Was offered a room on the 2nd or 9th floor, I took the 2nd floor because the windows on the 9th floor don’t open. Breakfast was really good. Room service was excellent…the chicken tonkatsu is delicious.

I hate to say anything negative but if you’re a 5 star hotel, the room should be spotless. way too much hair found in the room, and the urine smell in the bathroom/shower was overwhelming.

Perfect location to enjoy a nice bay view from a recently upgraded, well-designed room. The room had a coffee machine and an electric kettle, air condition was controlled from a modern panel. Kudos for the additional pillows in the wardrobe and the full-size shampoo in the bathroom.

Breakfast was nice, but a la carte service and selection were not ideal. The bed was tooooooo soft (and by designed it did not include a "real" mattress, just a top layer) and the bathroom was cosy, but a tiny bit small. The wardrobe was also a bit tiny for only a few days' worth amount of clothes. Windows could not be opened properly, so it was either too hot or too cold due to aircon and hardly any nice fresh air from the sea.

the check in staff (a gentleman) and check out staff (lady) are so friendly and nice and sincere, very sincerely helpful. my room no. is 126. room facing the river, super gorgeous can't find milk for my cup of tea inside my room though. only thing i want to comment is the shampoo. is it mixed with shower gel as that bottle doesn't feel like shampoo to me, make my hair super rough. but no big deal.

- nothing beats the location couldn’t have asked for a better location - the view from the junior suite is incredible - staff were very helpful - junior suite is very spacious and nice - the whole room was clean when we arrived - the lobby is small but nice - room service is very good and the food is ordered was delicious

- the fridge was warm - to didn’t have a lot of channels - other branches from ten same brand have a barcode to ask for almost everything here it wasn’t available - windows were had a safety feature on them that we could not open them freely

The location is the best. Short walk to the old town and the centre. Located on the edge a harbour, and it's a must to use the ferries for transport, we went to the museum area. Views are fab, and I thought it was worth paying to have the harbour view. This view is available from the reception/lounge and restaurant / bar areas. Breakfast is great too. Stockholm is a great city to visit.

Very little! I was surprised the bar closed at 10pm. The bathroom was a little small, but very well flitted.

Everything from check-in to room service to the actual quality of the room itself. Breakfast was fabulous whether choosing from the buffet or the a la carte, and the dining area itself is spacious and relaxing. Room was spotless and the bathroom was modern and well equipped, including a tropical shower head. Location was perfect. All in all, a fantastic place for a few days in the heart of Stockholm.

Spacious Room with an amazing view of the waterfront. Location was fantastic, within reasonable walking distance of most attractions in Stockholm. Many public transport modalities available around the hotel: Trains, trams, buses, ferries etc. Regarding breakfast, although the selection is relatively small for a 5 star hotel, the quality is excellent and they have a few made to order dishes too which sets them at a tier above those in this price range.

While the room's heating was excellent, my room's air-conditioning was not very strong. A minor inconvenience for me as I went in winter. Only a small issue for a few moments after coming back into the room after wearing a thick winter jacket. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Friendly and Helpful Staff: The staff at Radisson Strand Stockholm were outstanding in their hospitality. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to assist with a warm smile and genuine concern for our comfort. Their helpfulness added to the overall positive experience of our stay. Clean and Comfortable Room: Our room at Radisson Strand Stockholm was impeccably clean, with modern amenities that enhanced our comfort throughout our stay. The beds were particularly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration in Stockholm. Convenient Location: The hotel's location proved to be a major asset, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. With many attractions within a 10-15 minute walk, we were able to make the most of our time in Stockholm without the hassle of transportation.

Low Water Pressure in the Bath: One of the downsides of our stay was the low water pressure in the bath, which made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing soak. This issue detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of the room amenities. Inconsistent Room Temperature Control: Despite attempts to adjust the room temperature, we found it challenging to maintain a comfortable environment for sleeping. Additionally, the accompanying sounds from the HVAC system were disruptive and interfered with our ability to rest peacefully.

Great breakfast. Central location great for walking to city attractions. Good eating options nearby. Two very good Italian restaurants. We got tired of Swedish food. Room had a view ,right on water. Next to elevator but no problem(quiet). Treats at front were a nice touch. Front desk staff great.

Different layout of room?. Room lighting too much glare. High price but that seemed to be Stockholm. Difficult getting ice. Had to ask at front desk. They were very accommodating though.More English TV options would have been nice.
